Activated by two handseals [ Horse then Tiger]. A skill where the user gathering their fire chakra they imbue it into their projectiles. Releasing them from their hands, spiraling about they catch flame in order to add to the damage of those projectiles. This technique can be utilized with Shuriken, Kunai, and Senbon.

DESCRIPTION:

Much like the Temporary Paralysis Technique, this D ranked jutsu allows the user to force temporary paralysis upon the enemy. Although, instead of using hand seals and forcing the chakra throughout the whole body, the Snake Sage and apprentices merely need to look in the eyes of their victims for such results. But to have this jutsu work properly, one needs to have the stronger will and hold this strength up if they wish for longer duration. The higher the rank and the more skilled the user, the better this jutsu works.


NAME: Naga Shinsei: Doutai no Mai [Sacred Serpent: Dance of Movements]

DESCRIPTION:

The first basic dance form required for the majority of the other techniques. By generating movement through the midsection and then quickly transferring that kinetic energy elsewhere to the body, the user effectively doubles the speed and effectiveness of any physical movement they were about to perform. This allows one to make a twice as fast slap, a twice as high jump or a twice as potent kick to name a few. With senjutsu chakra added to the mix, the effects become quadrupled (x4).

((While this jutsu was placed within Rock's character Personal Jutsu, it was allowed to be taught to Miho through thread. While the thread was never completed, due to Rock's leave of the site, it is a technique that was given by the current Snake Sage to the character as a means of beginning her training, If need be, I will make an appeal for its use if further evidence is required))

After generating energy within their mid section, the user appears to lean and begin to fall in one direction, however they have already transferred the kinetic energy to their feet. Through a series of complicated step movements, the user can cross an area of 10m in a second. The technique us best used on relatively level ground, as incredibly rough terrain will make it incredibly hard for anyone to perform this. The versatile thing about this jutsu is that with added stamina one can make this a continuous motion rather than a simple leap forward, allowing one to either circle opponents hungrily or continuously attack goes that are fleeing without losing momentum.

DESCRIPTION:

One of the most common and beneficial techniques in the known shinobi world. Simply drawing blood and releasing a mass of chakra from one's extended hand is capable of calling an animal or otherwise to one's location. As a Space-Time Ninjutsu, this technique is capable of instantly displacing an intended summon from wherever they may be to the requested location, though there are obstacles that can prevent this. To use this jutsu, one must first make a contract with whatever they are summoning, living creature or not. Both the size and the stamina of what a shinobi calls upon increases the demand of chakra they must spend to perform the jutsu.
