A rather simple yet powerful technique, the surrounds himself in sand, either in the form of a in shapeless form that is aimed to intercept incoming strikes or in a layered sphere of  Sand compressed to such an extent that it becomes as hard as stone. It is also capable of repairing surface damage by shifting the sand over a flaw in it's defense, making it an incredibly useful technique. There is one rather large flaw however, in that the user's visibility is completely null when inside the sphere of Sand.

DESCRIPTION:
With chakra, the user connects an eye made of chakra enhanced sand to their optic nerve, which enable the user to know what happens in the artificial eye's field of vision, this is genuinely a third eye for its user. The user can control the size of the eye depending on its use, retaining the perception of a normal human eye. Its main purpose is spying, since it can form and disperse in any location on command. In order to use it however the user must keep one of their eyes closed for the duration of the technique. The Maximum range of the third eye is of fifteen meters.

After performing the "Dragon" and "Tiger" handseals the kanji for sake [酒] will appear on the hand of the user. The user will then tap the forehead of their target and the target's vision becomes blurry, much like a drunk person. This causes confusion and instability on the enemy, making it easier to defeat or escape from them. After two posts the seal wears off and the inflicted targets begins to vomit.

I believe there has been some misunderstanding about the prices of jutsu. With Arashi as a genin her prices for jutsu are as follows;
• 75 XP - E-Rank
• 100 XP - D-Rank
• 150 XP - C-Rank
• 350 XP - B-Rank
• 750 XP - A-Rank
• 1500 XP - S-Rank

The only time she then gets a 25% discount is on Fuuinjutsu. On all other types she has to pay 10% more.

Sand Bullet will cost her 110xp. Sand Clone will cost her 165 xp. Sand Drizzle 165 xp. Wine Seal 112.5 xp. Beast Tearing Palm 385 xp.
