From this snowclouds, the user can then produce chakra-infused snow, allowing them versatility by having access to snow in areas snow might be sparce or even absent. Unlike naturally occuring snow, snow created with this technique is notably more resistant to heat, and as such can last longer in warm environments (10min); however, extrely hot environments, such as the deserts of Kaze no Kuni cut the snow's lifespan in half (5 minutes).

DESCRIPTION:This jutsu allows a shinobi to compact snow into the form of snowflake-like shuriken or fist-sized snowballs. While the shuriken form acts just like regular shuriken, the snowballs are compressed to such a hardness they are capable of causing heavy external bruising and internal hemorrhaging, with a barrage possessing the capability of knocking a target unconsciously. After creating half a dozen shuriken or snowballs, the user can then launch the weapons, either one at a time, or all at once, up to 20m; the user can only create one variant for each use (either shuriken or snowballs, but not both). Each projectile is fired with enough speed and force to tear up skin, even piercing a target through. The user can choose to wield the weapons via chakra, in which case they will float roughly 1⁄2m away from the user. By expending a slightly greater amount of chakra, the user can instead create a flurry of snowballs or shuriken, equally as strong as before, in which they can launch a continuous volley at a target to potentially overwhelm them. Depending on how much chakra uses, a ninja can very easily launch hundreds, if not thousands, of projectiles to pulverize their opponent.

A very basic and easy to learn technique which involves manipulating snow into a very compact version of the user. The Yuki Bunshin is fully capable of combat although it isn't very durable, after all it is only made out of packed snow. Similar to a walking snowman, this clone doesn't make a very good decoy but can be very useful in battle due to the fact that numbers can always be good to have on your side in a heated confrontation.

A variation on the infamous Inner Decapitation Technique from Iwagakure. Utilizing either Snow or Ice as the medium, the shinobi is able to swim beneath the hard and compact chosen surface for up to a maximum of two posts. If the shinobi chooses to grab onto an opponent and drag him under, he will be buried from up to the neck in ice or in the case of snow, buried completely.
A Technique used for the advantage for the the users. This technique is used for spying as well as allowing the user to sneak attack or making a retreat. The user has their body pulled into a vast amount of sand slowly. When this occurs the user is capable of walking around underground beneath the sand undetected and the user is capable of breathing. The user slowly has themselves sneak down into a vast amount of sand. This takes about a round to be capable of doing so this type of defense is best done when no one is around. This technique just seems as if there is a large amount of sand around in one large location. If the user is in a desert this gives the user even more cover then needed.

DESCRIPTION:By using the moisture in the atmosphere the user begins to make snow fall forth into the ground. Shortly after the large amount of snow begins to fall the wind picks up and begins to spin this snow into a very large and deadly blizzard. This blizzard is about fifteen metres in length and due to chakra compacting the snow even further the flakes of snow are able to slice into the skins causing damage equal to about a cut from a senbon. While this normally isn't very dangerous when stuck within the storm itself this can be very dangerous. Due to the user being in the eye of the storm he is unaffected but cannot move. The winds also help redirect projectiles.
After a long series of seals the user calls snow from even the clearest of skies. It comes down in sheets, obscuring vision and laying a foot-deep cover over the ground in seconds before easing up into being merely hard to see through. Stepping through this snow makes movement terribly awkward
After forming the required handseals, the user will release and channel their chakra into the sky which small clouds will be formed. By performing this action, it would be begin to snow slightly at first. After two full turns, the snow fall will become a heavy blizzard which would descrease the surrounding visibility to near zero. The opponent can only see up to four feet in front of him/her due to the heavy snow fall. Although, the user can see perfectly for his own technique as the blizzard will be mainly focus on the target's position and area. The blizzard will cover up to 30m around the area. This provides the perfect technique for silent, swift assasinations, escapes, and sneak attacks. This technique also weakens a fire technique by one rank by any Fire technique B-Rank & below. For example, an B-Rank fire technique will only be as strong as a C-Rank fire technique due to the heavy, long, blizzard. A very powerful jutsu that has been recently created by the newest Hyougakage. By creating a large amount of snow high up in the sky and compacting it to a very high degree, an extremely large ball of snow is created. The chakra that is used to compact the comet itself circles around inside of ball and explodes with the force of two exploding tags when it makes contact with something. This ball can be aimed in a general direction and once it is sent flying it cannot be stopped.
The Shinobi pulls out the present water molecules in the air, forming dozens, sometimes up to hundreds, of miniature ice bolts. This jutsu requires a very large amount of snow. By focusing his chakra into the snow directly infront of him, the snow-nin is able to make a large tsunami of snow rise up into the air. This wave is able of destroying an entire army of ninja and has been forbidden to be used inside of Yukigakure or Hidden Snow unless there is no other way to defeat an opponent. This wave continues on its path of destruction, trapping anyone and anything caught in its path beneath the pure white depths. Compacting snow and drawing it upwards the Snow-nin is able to create a shield of snow directly infront of wherever they point their open palm. While this shield cannot be moved around at Genin level as it must stay in place along with the user to maintain an open palm, At Chuunin level it is able to be moved around as long as the user keeps his hand open at all times. This shield can withstand most projectiles and physical attacks but isn't very good for defending against Ninjutsu.
By pulling Snow up from around themselves the user is able to form a igloo made entirely out of compact Snow all around them. This dome is large enough for the user to remain inside but has very little room in which to move around. DESCRIPTION:The user begins the technique by slamming their hands down on the ground, forcing a wall of snow to rise up to shield them from attacks. This snow wall appears little different from other snow defensive jutsus, but its purpose is quite different. Whenever this snow wall receives an attack, it will absorb the attack completely and then immediately send a blast of snow of equal shape and force back at the attacker. For instance if the target created a concentrated stream of fire the wall would retaliate with a concentrated stream of snow, while if a kunai with an explosion note attached was thrown at the wall, the wall would send out a thin line of snow moving as quickly as the kunai would towards the attacker, and then after a short distance it would expand drastically, mirroring the explosion of the explosion note. After retaliating the snow wall will reform properly, unless of course the jutsu the attacker used was too powerful for the wall, in which case the wall will crumble. This technique can only be used once per thread. The wall can handle up techniques of equal and lesser rank [B-rank and below] while higher ranking techniques can destoy the wall without much effort.

Instantly over a 100 meter radius, thousands of spears made completely out of snow rise about 4 feet out of the ground. These spear heads are about half a meter in width and 3 inches in depth. The spears heads leave no cracks in between one another, so no place in the radius is safe to stand once this technique is used. The spears stiffen and remain that way, dried up. However, enough force once used ("C" Rank) can easily break one of these spears or multiple ones. These spears once summoned remain this way forever, unless used for another snow jutsu or destroyed. There is one safe spot, where the user stands, as the spears appear around them, leaving a small 2 foot by 2 foot radius for them to stand themselves. The spear Heads are as strong as steel as far as piercing and slashing damage is concerned.

The user flies through a series of handseals ending in ‘dragon,’ and breathe out a rush of deadly cold air flecked with snow. The chill of this air is enough to make trees crack open and water freeze instantly; if it comes in contact with living creatures they freeze in all places touched from bone to marrow near instantaneously. The breath emerges from the user’s mouth and continues outward in a wide cone large enough to cover a house completely before dissipating.
This jutsu, obviously, creates a winged dragon out of snow. Capable of flight, the beast is also speedy on foot, able to easily match Taijutsu-specializing Tokubetsu Jonin. With razor claws, the dragon can slash and cause grievous injuries, and if both of its feet are planted firmly on a body of snow, it can open its maw and use the [Snowfall Ninja Art: Snowball Shuriken] or [Snowfall Ninja Art: Roaring Avalanche] techniques via its mouth. DESCRIPTION:Like all polar bears Kasha's fur is actually transparent, but appears white due to the nature of the fur absorbing all light that hits it. As Kasha has been trained to recognize and understand how chakra works, she is able to actually alter appearance of her fur to its original transparent state, granting her a unique variation of camouflage. By sending out Suiton natured chakra to the moisture constantly surrounding her body, Kasha creates an effect similar to a concave lens around herself. Upon visible light passing through this intangible layer of Suiton chakra, the concave effect will cause the light rays to diverge slightly, displacing its position and direction before reaching the other side. This causes a desynchronization between the positions of where objects and people are on the outside of the moisture layer, and the positions Kasha perceives them to be. While the surrounding environment does not have its position affected due to being largely immobile, any moving object or person will be perceived as being three meters [3m] to the left, right, forward or backward.
The direction in which the desynchronization occurs is decided by Kasha, and by releasing another small burst of chakra into the moisture surrounding her body, can change the direction at will. Due to the layer of Suiton chakra surrounding the given area and providing a means of confusion, even Sensor ninja will have difficulty discerning the true position of Kasha while under the effects of this ability, though any specially trained ninja animals (i.e. Inuzuka hounds) will be able to easily sense her. The capability of Dōjutsu able to see chakra is also largely ineffective, as said Dōjutsu merely perceive the chakra of Kasha on the other side of the barrier in her "fake" position and not in her true position, as the very light their eyes utilize to see as far as the chakra pathways is being displaced.

A jutsu that can only be performed by the most talented shinobi that reside in the country of Snow. This technique causes a massive change into the climate of a certain area and is mainly used to change a warm climate into a cold one, letting a Snow shinobi reign supreme. By manipulating the moisture within the ground and air the shinobi is able to make an eternal winter begin by freezing the water beneath the earth itself and turning the ground into frost. The air then becomes cold and snow begins to fall for seven days and seven nights leaving the once fertile area into the current state which the Snow country is in.
The user creates a shrine centered on a stone with four tags attached, each one pointing in a different cardinal direction. After a day of meditation careful application of their chakra they cast a spell over the surrounding ten miles, locking it in an eternal winter in the likeness of Snow country regardless of where the shrine is erected. They can elect to give or withhold resistance to the cold to visitors, allowing allies easy transit while enemies must deal with the cold. The ice and snow blocks out all supernatural attempts to find those locked inside, with no exceptions. DESCRIPTION:A technique that was created to symbolize the need for protection for a large area, specifically the village. A technique utilized by the utmost powerful shinobi of Yukigakure, it drains a significant portion of chakra in order to cause all the snow in an area of no less than fifty meters, but no larger than two hundred meters, to rise up and form a great dome, covering everything from within. The mighty dome is capable of sustaining up "A" Rank techniques before being penetrated, but an area of effect attack of the same rank is still needed to any totally significant amount of damage, otherwise the snow dome will just shorten itself and repair itself under the direction of the user's chakra. The technique can remain in place for up to roughly one minute, until the user runs out of chakra, or until the user cancels the technique.
In order to further facilitate the protection of the dome, the user can create up to five massive wolves made of snow, each 40m tall and 30m long. Due to the already massive drain of creating the dome, the user must remain still in order to manipulate the wolves. Due to their large size, the wolves attack with strength and speed equivalent to a Jōnin Taijutsu primary. The user is capable of performing handseals for techniques and having the Snow Wolves perform them; due to the larger size of the wolf, have the attacks be much larger than normal, as well, although it drains additional chakra to utilize it equal to one rank higher than the technique attempting to be used. |
