Hello, Kazekage. My name is Raimaa Futago, the new Lady of Kusagakure. I thought that, since we share a border, we could also share letters, and get to know each other a little better.  I met a young genin a while back here, when we were holding the Chunin exams. She had a cute little dog, and we had pancakes, it was nice.

But, I guess, there is no reason to send this letter other than to extend the invitation to sending letters, so it is kind of short, and has nothing of substance to it. So I have kind of finished it already.
