Takara couldn't leave her village without causing distrust, as she'd have many positions and changes to delegate. She had to make sure the village was running at peak efficiency while also trying to wrap up any loose ends of the civil war. Toshu hadn't accomplished many of the tasks she deemed important, she felt the oppression on many due to those ranked-up under terms nepotism. He was trying to work more studiously than she could accept, she didn't know how many terms a Kage might be allowed to run, but she'd not even get a second chance if she couldn't do great things in two years. So she had to attempt everything in such a quick manner it'd shock herself even, the village was capable of greatness and she'd usher it in.

A side from many internal issues to attend to, she had to keep to her other words as well. She spoke of tightened alliances and she sought to seek out stronger bonds more than arbitrary formalities. She didn't see Konoha, Suna, Kusa or Kumo agreeing to an alliance, and she didn't see the point of a strengthened 'truce'. Words were often wasted and hastened alliances rarely breed a lasting relation. Iwagakure had a stronger standing with two villages more than any other; Takigakure and Amegakure. Both came to the villages aid in the civil war, as far as conflicts went these two were brothers of the land. As such Takara knew both needed two things; a reward for their hard work and proof the hands of her village were in competent hands.

Takara planned to deliver this immediately with her appointment to office, but with a need for delegation home delegation she'd deliver these things with clones. A top a clay dragon a lightning clone of Takara would rest legs wrapped around the dragon's neck, it's back had a granite chest upon it's back, it was outlined with gold and had a golden dragon statue atop it. The Dragon Standing atop a small gold mountain embroidered with the words, 'May the Dragon Always Bask Atop Great Mountain Peaks'. A phrase to symbolize the thanks and hoped longevity of the Takigakure's Sage and Lord's relations with Iwagakure.

Takara would of rather it was delivered personally, but she knew through the clouds and with her clay art she could safely transport the package with a clone. The clone was still her image and still had her mind, it'd rely all information shared upon dispersal, so it made for a perfect envoy. Takara didn't fear stirring a commotion and wasn't worried about the chakra spent for a delivery mission. She had to right the wrong of a stronger message being given to those who allied with Iwagakure. Takigakure seemed to take a stronger part in the aid of the rebellion as well, so it'd be foolish not to trust them. As well as trust they'd understand her approaching clay art, it was well known among friend and foe.

Takara had a devastating art, but it was also very unique, so hard to miss coming. Those who'd been allied to her and lived near the Tsuchi no Kuni also knew of her other exploits. She wasn't obsessed with destruction, she simply held the title of being the most destructive. A message not even a days ahead of Takara included the warning of her soon arrival, but she didn't expect or assume they'd have any arrival party ready. She wanted to hold a very strictly business with the sometimes leisurely man, her dragon had the glint of gold upon it too. So it'd be hard to mistake her intention upon her arrival. Clay Dragon was merely the safest mood of travel for the Kunoichi.

Waiting to be flagged down Takara wouldn't dare risk any miscommunication, she'd slowly float into her friends village and land a good distance from any structures. Her Dragon's tail wrapping around the gift the woman intended to deliver, as she'd hop down beside it and wait for the village's response. She hoped the Lord would respect her short noticed arrival and not delegate it off to some random guard. She wanted to stand face to face with this land's military lord, as well as share words with the leader of a long time allied village, Takigakure.

[*] - NPC Files.

-Several Days Before.

Matsuno, Ino - Bodyguard of Ryū - entered the residential area of the lord with a stoic expression. From her posture, facial expression, and unhurried manner, one couldn't even conceive a thought as to why she was currently making her way over. Ryū, however, knew. His body laid comfortably upon a chair made from rare wood that had a reminiscence of a King's throne. Silently, he was meditating with closed eyes. Despite that, there was a pressure in the air that gave off a feeling as if everything within a thousand miles were under his control.

It was.

She entered softly, not daring to utter a single sound with her footsteps or action, and slowly kneeled behind the throne. There was a moment of silence before Ryū himself opened his eyes. As if this was seen by Ino, she begun to speak. "My Lord, Iwagakure's Tsuchikage has been determined." Hearing this, his eyes shone silently with an indescribable glint. No one knew what he was thinking, not even Ino.

"Who?" He asked, his voice contained a profound presence that seemed as if it came from the heavens itself.

"Yutakako, Takara."

Ryū went into contemplation for a second. It should be known that Yutakako originated from Iwagakure, and likely the next leader of Takigakure will be [Yutakako, Keiko]. Therefore, Ryū already had some slightly positive inclinations towards the Clan. Personally, he didn't truly care, but Keiko did. He may not be one for zealous emotions, but that child was different and albeit he'd never care to admit it - he saw her as his own progeny. To put it simply, he cared. To put it bluntly, if he had to choose between his next heir or Takigakure - he'd choose her. It wasn't even a question if asked.

He only nodded his head, and Ino took her leave knowing she'd been dismissed almost instinctually.

-Current.

Ryū was by no means lacking in political understandings or interactions, and he's performed such deeds with minor countries or lands before. He'd also received a report regarding Takara's views, and even had sent scouts of information to get details regarding her life and attributes. In truth, he was more inclined towards Takara than Tonoda, considering his future intentions. He also supports Iwagakure, slightly. The absolute truth was that he'd even considered eliminating the village at one time due to its constant indecision and civil infringements that kept weakening its leadership and infrastructure. However, he didn't act.

It, simply, was a thought.

Despite this, he still sent individuals to support Iwagakure's leadership in the Civil War which was a decent factor as to their current situation. So, he awaited the arrival of thanks. Having got a notice prior, he'd already sent out Ino to retrieve their guest. As for him, he'd await her in the main office building of Takigakure that was astonishingly well-built and elegant in design - fit for a King.

Ino would see Takara's arrival, she'd use a red object that emitted a light to attract her attention. Normally, anything approaching by air would've immediately been destroyed upon coming in any sort of distance of Takigakure - a strict no flight zone, but as there was prior notice and preparations, Takara would land safely. Seeing the words written on the golden stature, she couldn't help but feel somewhat well disposed towards this leader. She lived for Ryū's sake, and therefore enjoyed when people gave him well-wishes. Even if it was an empty gesture.

With a slight bow, and a respectful greeting to the Takara's lord, Ino would escort her under the protection of several Chūnin-Level individuals specifically skilled in defensive and trapping measures in case of an attack planned. However, before then, Ino would wave at a certain set of individuals who'd take possession of the gift of the Tsuchikage and store it. She made sure to verbally give Takara thanks and described that the individuals nearby will relocate the object. As for Ryū, he'd be waiting for her within his office.

She asked if wished to rest due to her long travel and receive some treatments of food, relaxation, etc. Albeit it would take a day, maybe slightly longer on a flying creature to get here. It seems to creature was constructed of chakra, so she didn't know if it needed to be maintained and Takara would be strained - all of this was asked unbeknownst that Takara was a clone. This displayed Ino's diligence and care in handling guests.

If refused, she'd continue to take her path to Ryū's offices until they were at the door. After which, Ino would say her well wishes and travel not far off so she may enter and they may discuss whatever may be.

As for Ryū, he'd just exited out of his [Sage Mode]. He'd sense the arrival of Takara including with his enhanced senses perceiving from his window-view the dragon and stature arrival. His expression didn't have much change.

The Takara which landed might of been a clone, but it had a consciousness which was forced to endure the long journey. It took the quickest path and wasted no time to look at scenery or practice too much caution, there was little to be cautious of from the clouds. She was an unidentifiable flying object when she needed to, the lightning clone enjoying the natural static of higher altitude. The feeling couldn't over come boredom though, so as the clone would be offered a fair greeting she'd have to deny. She'd use simple gestures and try not to mingle words with the liking of lowered rank shinobi, she seeked the audience of Ryu and knew her title alone should award her that at least.

Takara didn't come of any violent nature she came barring gifts and good consciousness. Her inner self would gleam with excitement over the occasion, but she'd show none of it on the outside. Her head stayed focused on the paths soon given. She'd keep her eyes on the surroundings, she wasn't scoping out the man's land, but she also wasn't the type to open herself up to something stupid. If something unexpected was horribly wrong, she'd like to have a feeling about it first.

She however didn't sense this to be a bad situation despite there being something afoot, it was an interesting time the Yutakako had flown into. She didn't come with any idea of the village's plots, but she did firmly believe in keeping a strong relation to the long time ally. Her gifts being one of her first office moves would hopefully show their sincerity. She didn't have time to have her own plots and she had nothing to gain from Takigakure directly. She did however profit from their closeness and interests already set with Iwagakure.

Takara couldn't help getting a slight grin upon her face as she'd close in on the lord, she felt the place looked a little to styled up. She preferred the much more fortress like structure of her village, everything had this dull simplicity that felt sturdy. The kings look wasn't ugly though it simply didn't quite fit the more humbled Takara. She liked the eccentric nature behind such royal like decor for the man's office, she'd be more excited to finally be taken to the man himself. She wasn't sure until she arrived that she was in fact going to get that personal visit she wanted.

Immediately giving a polite bow to the man she'd introduce herself, "It's an honor to be allowed here, I come bearing gifts and good tides on behalf of Iwagakure. I'm the new Tsuchikage; Yutakako Takara, but I'm sure you already know that." She doubted she needed to introduce herself and she knew he didn't, but trading introductions was a good way to start a positive relation. She might be the leader of Iwagakure and him the leader of Takigakure, but both were shinobi and fellow people. They had base level similarities that could let them communicate peacefully and intelligibly.

The [Divine Emperor]'s body posture was filled with innate power and presence. He didn't sit. He looked towards the window, spectating the happenings of the surrounding village, and basking in the ambience of the village stability he'd festered over his short tenure thus far. He'd turn around shortly before her arrival. Takara was an interesting individual, and he felt, despite not meeting her, deserved a level of respect deserved by leaders.

In consideration of that, he'd reigned in his enigmatic aura to the furthest extent possible. That being said, his body still emitted a strong remnant of pressure throughout the room still lingering. Even when one look at him, it'd seem as if he was a born king who was destined by those high above the heavens. It simply left him with an aura of unfathomable existence  by the common masses.

She would enter, his approach graceful and elegant, and even introduced herself displaying a somewhat lack of arrogance, or at least the ability to determine when to display said arrogance. Seeing as her intentions were obviously to strengthen ties, she must be hard-pressed to follow through with her promises announced at the [Great Civil Debate of Iwagakure]. Seeing this, he couldn't help but slightly smile, inwardly nodding. He wished to see more of her bearing.

"It's an honor to have you, Tsuchikage." His smile at the moment was youthful, elegant, and displayed his breathtaking handsomeness. It was as if the heavens blessed this slight smile. "I have heard. Your battle was one fought by both the hearts of Takigakure and Iwagakure. Many of my men are happy you came out on top." He, and many others, were more inclined towards Takara's perspective than Tonoda's. Especially considering his ambiguous relations with Kusagakure.

He walked towards his desk, and his every step caused that little bit of presence emitted from his body to intensify as the distance between Takara and him shortened. He motioned his hand for her to seat, but obviously it wasn't required. It was a kind gesture. 'You may take comfort in my home. You are well received.'

"Congratulations." His eyes, despite not looking like it, had scanned Takara's body several times. He could gain from her body structure that she was a true warrior. He reached the front of his desk, his chair positioned directly beside his leg, only requiring a slight movement for perfect sitting position. "I'm sure we have much to discuss, excluding the excellent gifts, which I thank you for."

This Ryū was calm. There was no tyrannical expression shown, but one that treated this woman as someone worthy of his respect thus far. However, if she made the wrong move, it's likely that tyrannical existence may appear.

Takara didn't need comfort or leisure as a clone of lightning, but she'd try to play the role of a proper guest. She didn't present anything imposing and definitely didn't intend to appear imposing, so despite the lacking need of a seat she'd end up taking one. It was a lot more comfortable than the dragon, but she had a certain boost of energy from the static of high altitudes. The seat almost came as a pleasant surprise to the clone, but then the words which followed came with almost a joking insincerity.

He didn't mean it as a joke, but she'd lightly chuckle at his words. "Hehe, here I wanted to make my gifts the highlight of our conversation." She supposed she expected a lot more ceremony and a lot more official mixing of tongues, but this man wasn't like all the political figures she'd dealt. She'd heard of his wild exploits and she couldn't help getting amused by how quickly the man engaged her. He somehow in a brief opening covered more than half of what she'd planned to state. It felt good to be welcomed and to have all she planned unfold flawlessly in an entrances.

"I think you're already my favorite host Ryū." She'd state with her honest smile and golden tongue, she had away of carrying her voice. She had the will of stone in her lungs and it made her a solid comrade to her people, so hopefully it'd translate well to the man before her. "I suppose as individuals there's much to discuss, but I ask we keep this as a leader to leader basis. I've got more tasks than time and pleasant conversations are beyond my accepted expectations." She'd again hone in on that honesty, because clearly there was something on the man's mind. She assumed it hadn't to do with her personally or physically, but she assumed he didn't want them to trade formalities either.

If this wasn't an event of trading formalities and her gifts truly were accepted as intended, then hopefully the man wouldn't stutter in his ambitions and he'd clearly state his intentions. A discussion of sorts needed to happen, he'd of not mentioned it if it wasn't true. He didn't seem like the type of person who'd waste her time with idle thoughts, he had a plan of action, actions which she and Iwagakure might need involvement.

However if he offered drinks she'd surely accept, it wasn't like her awareness was important. She wasn't in office long enough to have important knowledge and sooner or later the clone would disperse. All knowledge would be transferred and Takara would remain on top in the grand scheme of politics and her surrounding nations.

Ryū only smiled at her flattery. He didn't scuffle over pleasantries regarding gifts, to him, they were needlessly irrelevant. He understood the gesture, and that's what truly matters to an [Emperor]. It seems, albeit her previous words did hold some joking tone, she wished to get straight to the point. They both didn't truly have time to simply waste on engagements and small talk.

"I agree, Tsuchikage." He wasn't one to engage in manners of fluff as well. It may be good to establish deeper relations, but her previous gesture and his acceptance felt enough on this. With a small movement, he'd sit. His hands motioning for the Tsuchikage to do the same.

"Please, let us." He extended his invitation for her to begin her talks. As she had wished for this meeting, he'd allow her to take the lead only because his impression of her, from a scale of 1 to 50, was 26 - slightly favorable. That added with the respect she deserved in winning the hearts of her people only made him act accordingly.

The woman would gleam in enthusiasm over her hosts reply, he was able to be just as straight forward as her. She'd surely chosen correctly when trusting in her sense of politics, Takigakure was her first assignment and then Amegakure. Kirigakure would however already be sending mail the woman's way, she'd chosen three strong allies to make more familiar and all seemed open to meeting her. She couldn't imagine the trouble Tonoda would of caused in trusting Kusagakure, but she had a pre-standing ill will towards the village that stole one of their Jinchuuriki.

Rokubi would be immensely useful to have along side with their recently sealed five tailed beast, Akira would have enough skill to help the newbie into hosting. Those were incredibly high hopes though Takara had for some third or second term. She needed first to secure close military allies, as to have the front of a strong military presence. Her shinobi could focus on establishing a better relation with the common folk, then she could instill distrust in other's leaders. Raise civil revolt in her enemies and strengthen civil approval with her own and those surrounding.

Takara unlike most leaders had a bonds to an organization, a religion which held itself to a holy light and sense of justice. They were a religion both wide spread and well liked in most regions, as they looked to comradary as much as purification. It was like having both a spy network and marketing monster at her disposal, she'd not call upon the ally for anything petty, but she'd use such a link to aid both Iwagakure and the spread word of her every and any success.

"Then straight to politics; I aim to create a strengthened bond with your village, Amegakure and Kirigakure, as well as probe a possible relation with Yukigakure. Despite needing to focus first on self restoration, I will do whatever I can to support Takigakure as well, so do not shy to ask for my villages assistance." As far as Takara was concerned her village still owed his a favor, so she'd be honest in stating this desire to assist. The quicker she could make sure this favor was repaid the easier she could feel about the two village's relations.

Takara made sure to mention the alliances she sought most important, as she hoped to hear his opinion on those alliances proposed. She didn't want her friendliness to any of the factions to surprise the dragon lord, but she didn't care about revealing her intentions as she felt strongly behind them. She'd not only agree to defend Takigakure now, she'd also verbally defend any of the other villages mentioned. Her words aimed to tease out any disdain the man might have for Amegakure or Kirigakure.

Ryū's eyes kept its gaze on the Tsuchikage's. Even his eyes emitted a powerful, innate presence that could instill all sorts of emotions in individuals. He properly listened with an expression of neutral seriousness. Hearing this, he wasn't taken aback. In truth, he expected it.

Iwagakure had just undergone back-to-back civil conflicts destabilizing their leadership, infrastructure, weakening of its military might, and relations. Her job, which is appropriate, is to re-establish alliances and regrowth in their personal attributes. Therefore, he found nothing out of the ordinary. If anything, he commended the woman's stance and willingness to lay her plans outwards. Not to mention, to go full-throttle in getting her intentions across: "I'll defend, side, and fight alongside you if you're willing to do the same, but it simply won't be you."

                      It was firm.

                      It was appropriate.

To let Takigakure know of her intentions ahead of time won't bred any form of mistrust or conceptions of possible hidden agendas. Perhaps it was also to probe to see Takigakure's relations with the three villages listed. If so, then excellently done.

Ryū sat there, silently, as if digesting the words said.

"I see no issue in this. I also," He paused momentarily, "am very neutral in my opinion of Kirigakure's leadership. However, until I understand his intentions, I can't say we won't be standing in opposing opinions."

His words were clear but indirect: One day, you may have to choose between Taki & Kiri; today, however, is not that day.

He didn't mention Amegakure or Yukigakure. Yukigakure posed no direct relation with him, so no conflict. As for Amegakure? She should know more than anything the lasting alliance of Takigakure's relations w/ Amegakure. He felt it wasn't needed.

"However, my relation and intentions towards Kusagakure - becoming belligerent nations isn't an impossibility." Albeit he didn't directly state it, he subtly mentioned his intentions of war. He wished to see her response. Takigakure and Kusagakure has always had tense relations, and small skirmishes at the border isn't something that isn't infrequent or frequent. So, if she didn't get his meaning, then perhaps his words needed to be more direct.

Would she make her stance firm on her backing Takigakure, even in the case of absolute war w/ Kusagakure? If anything, Ryū would loved if Iwagakure acted as a blockade for Konohagkure, to prevent further interaction and possible threat of a World War. If Konohagakure decided to engage, and if Kirigakure decides to stand firm with Iwagakure, while Iwagakure stands firm with Takigakure, then this deterrence would be phenomenal. If they decided to take action, it's very likely that Konohagakure could be [Four Vs. One]. As Kusagakure would already be put out of commission by Takigakure's blitzkrieg intentions at their weakest hour.

It would solidify the position, and redesign what it meant to be a [Major Village].

Takara was proud to hear her ally would not only hold alliance, but had no ill thoughts of her plans. She could make diplomacy happen more effectively with the sound backing of other leaders. Even little leaders like the minor villages and lands without shinobi held weight. It wasn't a lot of carry weight, but combined it could easily overwhelm others. The idea still stood in Takara's mind that no great village held superiority over another, she had faith her village was the best but only on a scale to match and win an individual fight.

The aid of two or three minor villages would easily give Takara vantage over any other one great nation, but as Takara planned and hoped for now the alliance itself would prevent conflict. The larger the conflict could be the more feared of it's happening. Takara had expected to talk about many things, one topic was stolen from her own mind; Kusagakure. "Kusagakure... Hmph." Takara scuffed at the mere mention of the villages name, as she'd still feel the sully of their previous conflict. She served on the battlefield now with and against them.

"They're bloody thieves and as long as they hold Rokubi, I will never forgive them for their treachery. Under my leadership I plan no affiliation with them, it was only my opponent who saw any reason to favor those dogs." Takara took the fact her village had a prisoner slash defective shinobi from the village, it clearly didn't have a tight hold on itself. The village would be shifting leaders as fast or faster than Iwagakure. In Takara's eyes that meant the village was fundamentally weak, she'd not mind seeing them vanish from the earth. Though she didn't realize the declaration of war being proposed.

Her stance however was surely going to be to aid Takigakure, if it was asked of her at least. She wouldn't however want to make a big war of the occasion, she saw much more benefit in her mixing words with Konoha before Kusagakure. It wasn't like she enjoyed the relation they had better or saw konoha as similar in diplomacy, it was the mere fact a war with Konoha would look bad. Though no great village stood firmly to start a war, as just about every village had one or another problem occur in the past twenty years.

As expected. This level of response is why he was assured in his intentions, and his mind inclined towards Takara being elected. Takara wasn't fully able to understand her allies intentions or words, especially as he spoke so few to her. She did however like that the short exchanges were all positive, she'd covered the important briefings of alliance. There was really only one other matter to discuss, "So with alliances out in the open and agreed upon, I believe that leaves us with nothing more than trade to discuss." Takara knew what things traded best between the villages, but based on Ryuu's words she could also infer an impending conflict. She'd use that potential conflict and recent events to her advantage.

"There's still a good few injured of my shinobi and thanks to the abundance of injures our supplies are low. Your land is rich with medicinal herbs, if you can send up a surplus of those, then we can in exchange send you a surplus of weapons." Her village was one of the most capable for creating standard shinobi gear, as well as specialty gear. The casualties of her village and the surplus made from the war meant she had a surplus to offer. Hopefully Ryuu found this to be a fair exchange, as he'd surely need the weapons if he intended on waging and winning a war.

If this discussion piece went well then there was nothing more Takara needed to discuss, but then again maybe Ryuu wanted to say more. He may of hinted toward an upcoming war or conflict, but he still hadn't outright spoken his plan. It might of been for the best, but Takara was surely going to offer more aid if it was requested, as long as she could hold limitations.

Such alliances did not come without some form of give and take. With the events that had transpired within Iwagakure, it was not unlikely that there were more than a few that had been caught within the midst of their little revolution. Though having the victory in his ranks did not conflict him in the slightest, nor did her request for medical aid. So long as she delivered as this arrangement demanded. While he could not give his reservations of where the situation with Kusagakure would lead, he imagined that with a growing alliance, it would hardly grant them any favors in becoming a problem. Nor would it for any of the others. Though he still needed to ensure his own ties were firm, he found himself intrigued by the woman's clear desire for influence and respect in her new title.

If he hadn't no better, he'd say it was greedy...but better to display an aura of confidence in action than to be seeing as lacking in it in doing nothing but lavishing in it's achievement. Success lasted only for so long. It was only through constant achievement did one truly obtain respect.

"I can accept such an arrangement..."

It was then that he began to clasp his hands around each other, embracing them before resting them forwards.

Takara had accomplished all the goals she'd beset upon herself and this journey, she knew if her village took it's own break it's weapons would be better put in others hands. The medical herbs would undoubtedly assist her village in keeping strong. There'd be no lost lives over simple stock issues, but more importantly she learned the positioning of her ally. Might Iwagakure get it's vengeance for the atrocities of Kusagakure's betrayal. The Tsuchikage knew very little about this man who trained her niece, but he'd already found a place in her good fortune.

Smiling Takara would lean back in her seat as she'd feel reason to be comfortable. A heavy weight lifted from her shoulders, as she'd intertwine her hand and look back to Ryu. "We've covered the important stuff, so now there's only to celebrate. Unless you had something you wanted to ask my most gracious host?" Takara would compliment the dragon sage, as it felt best to simply fan the man on his agreed alliance. Takara hadn't changed history in any sense by appeasing to Takigakure and Amegakure, but if her village had lost either alliance it'd be a huge game changer.

Kirigakure and Yukigakure would be the odd balls, but they could wait further as Ichigakure and the surrounding lands were Takara's targets after re-establishing stability. Her ability to re-establish made all the easier by Takigakure's trade contribution. The potential for missions from the land was also a juicy possibility for her shinobi. It could be the funding she needs to prove the prospering of her new reign.

                                              It would have been easy.....

To ask a request of the new Tschikage for a reason that could even present perhaps an opportunity to give him more leverage. Though what part of his position entailed him to be completely without his own desires? For that matter, what drove him to do anything that was required for a Taki-lord? They were old hypo-critics that were more than comfortable to perform their acts in secret. No one was more aware of his actions than his people. They knew the kind of man he was, so were his enemies. But an alliance was certainly different. As much as he saw this individual as a woman, he also acknowledge that she was worthy of his time and of his aid in getting her to where she was now. In the end, he would simply wait. Why press things when it was clear that he could easily tame her? Why not allow her to come to him?

"I believe that we are done here....."

A calm expression crossed his face, allowing him to lean back within his seat as he looked towards the female with an almost serene expression.

"You have shown yourself to be a competent leader, much to my expectations and you have shown grace in your demeanor and respect within your new position. One can only admire such dedication....especially in one who has already shown themselves capable in one task of quelling an rebellion and gaining the support required to succeed. I can think of no other honor....at least at the moment..."

"Perfect!" Takara would state with a smile as she'd have no objection to solidity, his lack of questions was a show of trust. She needed trust, loyalty and conviction most of all. Even if she couldn't get all these things from this man she could see he respected them too. She could share in his ruling style and enjoy the moxie he displayed. A younger Takara might of been more swain by his charm, but even an old one could appreciate the good view. She'd made such good choices in allies, it was crazy how handsome the other village leaders had been. She doubt she could use that to her advantage, but keeping them on her side and guiding them could work better.

Scouting to the edge of her seat Takara would either be ready to leave or up front and social now that the delegations were over. "Might I suggest we celebrate this good meeting with a toast of wine? Nothing like fine liquor to concrete a good relationship." Everyone she'd met enjoyed to drink mostly, so a man of Ryu's stature seemed like one who'd take her up on the offer. It'd humanize her a little more as well as maybe make their relationship more personable. She wanted this man to believe he could call on her nin and have them to back his own. She wanted to be assistance and not deliverance.
