The main issue is there being no Senju slots left.

However. Shira didn't use Mokuton. So I could see this being approved.

My recommendation would be to post an appeal to regain your character as a Senju without mokuton. If you intend him to get Mokuton, you would need to wait until a slot became available.

In addition, I'm not sure what you intend to update. But be aware he couldn't rank up without an exams pass.

An appeal just makes it more official with a paper trail and specifically laying out your request. While all character retrievals go through appeal, yours is even slightly more complicated too.

I suggest the appeal and i would tag Sega to give at least one of the grades due to it being his village.
