DESCRIPTION:

A group of bandit calling themselves Noroi Ryodan have gone and claimed an outlying town in the Hi No Kuni under siege. They would go on to terrorize the citizens and business owners of the village, and have resorted to publicly executing those who dare question their authority. The organizations leader, Shiro Hashi, has taught his men a handful of low level jutsus, and has trained them in the art of kenjutsu. This wouldn't be such an issue if he didn't have a following of over 20 members in his gang.

The gang has multiple hangout spots, and safehouses throughout the village but they usually all get together to party at a local hub. They can be identified by having red tattoos on their arms, and sporting a leather jacket that has a bear symbol, stitched on the back. Shiro himself is a powerful man himself, a former shinobi who specializes in ninjustu. His location is usually unknown though many say his office is located beneath the gound, below a sacred temple.

Yamori was brought in to assemble a team of at least 3 to deal with the organization. The foot soldiers of the gang are just mere followers under the rule of Shiro Hashi. Take him down and the gang will surely be dismembered, but they aren't being dispatched to merely dismember the group. The objective is to kill Shiro and The members of his gang. Their heinous crimes shall not go unpunished! Therfore the gang should be left with no surviving members.
