Etsuko would be quite surprised to see her attacks both dodged so almost effortlessly. The skills of an elite jounin, she'd mark the immediate level of talent in the man with that. Her almost instantaneous approach would give her the angle to see his forging hands. She'd grin mid shift in jump, as she'd realize that it was in fact her time.
She'd announce in her head, to which even Matabi got a touch of joy. She definitely didn't want to see a lord held back against, she'd hold her breath for the moments after the battles start. The demon inside Etsuko was vigilant like a cat stalking it's prey, a shared look within Etsuko's gaze as she'd take Takumi with the utmost seriousness. A battle like this was nothing she could wing or gauge with her normal limit removers.
The size of the arena didn't make the fight the most operable, but it was definitely something she'd maneuver around easily with her speed. Uncertain how he'd dodged all her attacks, she'd find herself about to face off against one of the man's jutsu. He'd almost as she'd done hold no bars and cast a viciously powerful ninjutsu. The chakra required to accomplish such a feat was immensely impressive. The whole crowd would feel the torrent of wind, but wind was actually the Jinchuuriki's nature. Her very own S-rank worked off the balance of her control over it, he could infer such things but not know them. She'd used raiton to win her second fight after all, but she'd not have an immediate way to stop or defuse the technique.
Etsuko would state to her beast, as she'd focus in on the force now sucking everything in.
Matabi would insist that there was nothing to be feared, her words brought infinite fortitude to the Kunoichi. Her hand reaching behind her to her homing blade, she'd charge further chakra into it holding little of her personal reserves back. Etsuko would slide forwards as if taken by the man's technique, but only to get in range to fire her weapon. The effect of his jutsu, the effect of her jutsu and much more would launch for the man's back. She'd placed extra chakra within her wire and homing blade, as she'd prepare it for the destructive inner torrent protecting the shinobi inside. She knew the strength of fuuton, to counter it she'd use Flying Swallow to enchant her weapon with an extra defense of wind and with her swift entanglement already add to the pace of her weapon.
Etsuko's aim with her trick blade was incredibly effective especially as she'd move ever close to the perfect targeting range of her S-rank technique. A technique which had already been active, however pouring even more chakra forward she'd gain an even better guide to her weapon with her swift entanglement. Her attack would be coming from the perfect angle too, as she'd be out of even his peripheral vision denying his instinctive fighting. His own S-rank technique creating such a scene and sound he'd likely be blocking any noise and thus also heavily limiting his awareness as a trained assassin. Etsuko's blade at angle to slide between the ribs, but likely moving so fast it'd slip right through bone. It's end goal to pierce the lungs of her opponent, to destroy his concentration and end the wind torrent.
Attack Explanation: Using the effect in my S-rank the one to essentially move the weapon or user at or past Shun-shin speed, the suction that's yanking everything in and the added boost of swift entanglement, I'm essentially trying to light speed shot you with the blade. Using the natural wind nature of my charrie and her attacks, as well as the added protection, cutting force and length of Hein with wind Nature I plan to puncture the barrier which tears to complete the stab. I'm behind you because that was where I was heading in my last post, which you didn't seem to focus. I actually only note you physically dodging my first sword throw, but I'm assuming you dodged or ended my other attacks with your ninjutsu. A technique which in the description describes being slowly cast.

Whirlwind Step #1
Etsuko is well known for her speed, she's by no means weak, but her pace is high beyond most. The first reason being her style of fuuton assisting her bukijutsu, she uses her chakra almost purely to assist her movements. Due to this she's mastered her evasive and speed enhancing fuuton to a great degree, she'd often referred to as having the ability to walk on air. Using wind currents she's able to pull and push herself around a fight, while using shift and her higher level Bukijutsu she's able to make these movements at the fastest pace in the least amount of time. Her Jinchuuriki status has greatly helped her manage the chakra lose involved in using such supplementary jutsu. Her whirlwind step though also refers to her uncanny ability to charge an opponent and instead of lunging at them, she almost gravitates around a person when charging, keeping a small distance between her and her opponent allowing maximum trick weapon efficiency.
Weighted Training #2
Relying almost entirely upon her CQC skills Etsuko doesn't take her training lightly, she in order to improve her natural strength as well her human speed, has spent the past nine years weight training with a specially designed cloak. In lesser situations she'll even wear the cloak into combat, as it's material is quite durable and the weights hidden inside it act as armor. Half of the weights in her cloak have been broken due to her wearing it into battle, though she's made it habit to remove the cloak before winning a fight. It being an all white cloak she dislikes it getting blood, but once removed the girls speed seems to double and the fact she can wear the cloak all day unhindered, she also free's up enough carrying strength to carry her whole team once the cloaks removed.
Trick Weapon Master #3
Etsuko upon turning jounin, five years before the present, had a couple unique weapons added to her inventory. These weapons were more than capable of just stabbing an individual, so they also required more training to hone. Relying largely on her homing blade though, it's without a doubt Etsuko has mastered her skills with her own odd weapons. She's often capable of getting off surprise attacks in a fight and her ability to master a unique weapon in five years is no subtle feat. Her most practiced weapon being that of her Homing Blade, a weapon despite it's name has no inherit homing ability. However Etsuko named it after her own ability to not miss her mark. So, when she fires her weapon she typically makes a mark or is easily rallied to a position to make it. Her weapons wired nature does allow her great control over the pathing of her weapon, but she has no real physical means to 'track a target with it'.
Amazing Swordplay #4
Etsuko had trained long with a katana as it was traditional a genin start with base weapons like a standard blade, however proving she was beyond the weapon in recent years hasn't stopped her from wielding them. Her speed beyond most allowed her even to beat a highly skilled samurai in her youth, she didn't devastate the samurai, but she proved her inherit blade skills and past training turned into into the amazing sword artist. She now carries seven Katana's which she can fight until their destruction, or as she prefers to do, throw them as if they were kunai. Etsuko never felt the killing potential behind a kunai or shuriken, so in her recent years and acquired strength she'd just about nailed down the art of whipping a sword as if it were meant to be a thrown projectile.
Nibi Jinchuuriki #5
Etsuko is well known in her village for being the Nibi Jinchuuriki, her eyes are that of the cats and her hair naturally stands in two cats ears at the top of her head. Even as a child without any ability to call upon she was noticed for her kitty similarities. Etsuko however has been mostly in denial of her potential power limits, even knowing Matabi as a giant chakra structure Etsuko has always seen the two-tails as more of an idol or friend, than a means of power. Her natural element feeding Nibi's flame but not being Etsuko's own personal strength, so instead of brandishing cloaks of fire she remains normally quite unchanged ability wise. Her weapon usage even means she understand little if any of her ability to extend her nails into claws, but the Nibi didn't leave her unblessed. Etsuko being the Nibi Jinchuuriki has granted her speed beyond most others. Her reaction timing most importantly being above par and even many elite jounin's capabilites. On top of her speed Etsuko has gained a larger chakra pool than most, but she can only tap it with Matabi's approval most of the time.

DESCRIPTION:
Focusing her futon nature to her feet and her weapon, Etsuko can charge at almost shunshin speed, she's not however limited to charging forward, she can launch herself in almost any direction with a release of wind chakra from her feet, however her feet not being the only thing charged makes this technique more than an advanced shift technique, instead it also acts as Etsuko's signature attack pattern. Keeping her enemy on the guard with quick shifts, she'll attempt to dart around the user and fire her Homing Blade at the blind spot of an enemy, she'll sometimes combine this with other techniques, to enhance the single attack, but if this technique is dodge, the user is capable of using the vast chakra in the blade to recall it to it's sheath or her hand. Once back in sheath she can rinse and repeat her technique at a costing chakra drain. Etsuko's gotten the title fortune's blade from her ability to faint an attack, which she uses to trigger an opponents counter, which she's prepared herself mentally to dodge. Once dodged, she'll usually be at an opponents rear a good five yards behind them, but still in the striking range of her released Homing Blade.

DESCRIPTION:
Homing Blade being a wired weapon requires great skill to effectively use, to adjust to this Etsuko has mastered the swift entanglement technique a skill of great chakra control and bukijutsu mastery, where the user effects the motion of their weapons wire, as well as the flow of wind nature weapons, it works similarly to that of Shift, it uses wind to stop and speed weapons in an instance to their maximum pace. It also allows Etsuko to maneuver her wired Homing Blade as if it were effected by the manipulated shuriken technique. A comlex technique to master, but a life saver on the battlefield with so many varied styles of kenjutsu.

DESCRIPTION:
The user funnels their chakra into a blade which can absorb chakra easily. The materialized chakra is shaped like a blade whose length can change with the right chakra control. The chakra is dense enough that it becomes visible and can cut through solid rock and iron. What makes this jutsu so versatile is that one can apply elemental chakra into it, which can greatly change the effects of the technique.
