Lord Ryū, I hope this letter finds you in good health and good spirits. I want to discuss with you about a missing-nin from Takigakure. I apologize for the brevity of this letter and how this may be a no-negotiation discussion, but as Clan Apprentice, I wish to hold a formal discussion of the individual in question.

I wish to speak with you in regards to a Mikatakujira Ruto. I understand either way you want to proceed if you do.
