Kuronmeru These techniques are for a specialized way of fighting in the Kuronmeru clan. Specifically, this fighting style requires the use of the Kuronmeru's Black Blood as a form of ink in order to mold or manipulate its shape into that of a seal. NAME: Kuroi Chi: Shiroppufīrudo [Black Blood: Syrup Field] RANK: D-Rank CHAKRA USAGE: Low CLASSIFICATION: Fūinjutsu ELEMENT: N/A HANDSEALS: 3 REQUIREMENT: Black Blood KKG DESCRIPTION: Before beginning the technique, the user must first have their own blood available for easy access. This can be through a previous wound, already spilled blood, or they can create a small scratch in which to obtain the blood. The user then slings their blood outward while simultaneously molding it to create the shape of the required seal. The seal itself resembles three outlined triangles that are overlapped at different angles with runes etched in their center. It is 3 feet (1 meter) in diameter and black, like ink. Due to the more liquid nature of the seal, it is able to wrap around a physical object without disturbing the strength of the seal. As the Black Blood splatters outward and makes contact with a physical object, it is immediately activated. The seal will then spurt upwards and outwards and cover a thin layer of up to 6 foot (2 meters) diameter with highly sticky material thanks to the sugars and platelets in the blood. If caught in the trap, the opponent will find it hard to move their feet and may find themselves sticking to their own clothes and flesh like glue for several seconds. Those of higher rank or with enhanced strength may find it easier to escape the coiled chains. NAME: Kuroi Chi:Surajji haku [Black Blood: Sludge Spew] RANK: D-Rank CHAKRA USAGE: Low CLASSIFICATION: Fūinjutsu ELEMENT: N/A HANDSEALS: 3 REQUIREMENT: Black Blood KKG DESCRIPTION: The user nips their lip or the inside of their cheek to open a wound, then spits out the blood while simultaneously molding it into the required seal that can reach a target up to 10 feet (3 meters) in a cone-like shape. The seal resembled chains with runes etched around them in a circular pattern. Once the seal hits a physical object, it is immediately activated. The chains will unravel, coiling around the opponent and then immediately spreading and hardening, essentially binding the opponent for a few seconds. Those of higher rank or with enhanced strength may find it easier to escape the coiled chains. NAME: Kuroi Chi: Tanjū no keisei [Black Blood: Shaping Bile] RANK: C-Rank CHAKRA USAGE: Medium - High CLASSIFICATION: Fūinjutsu ELEMENT: N/A HANDSEALS: 6 REQUIREMENT: Black Blood KKG DESCRIPTION: With their Black Blood already readily available within 100 feet (30 meters), the Kuronmeru clan member can begin to shape and remold a previously created seal with a new one. The previous seal becomes null, and the new seal can take a few seconds to form. With this technique, the user can also force the Black Blood to reposition. Like sludge, it gradually moves to a new position within 6 feet (3 meters) of its original position. Its speed can be controlled by the user, forcing the sludge to arrive at its new position either very slowly, nudging it as the opponent is not looking, or having it move quickly enough to reposition it under a falling or moving opponent's footing. The moving of the bile at quick paces requires a considerable amount of chakra, however. This technique is used alongside another Fūinjutsu technique, allowing them to change the shape and purpose of a seal in the middle of battle. NAME: Kuroi Chi: Byōki no tanjū [Black Blood: Sickly Bile] RANK: C-Rank CHAKRA USAGE: Medium CLASSIFICATION: Fūinjutsu ELEMENT: N/A HANDSEALS: 6 REQUIREMENT: Black Blood KKG DESCRIPTION: The user slings out some of their Black Blood, simultaneously molding it into the required seal. The seal resembles several teardrops with floating runes in their center. The size of the seal is 6 feet (2 meters) in diameter, and is visible, like black ink. The seal only takes a mere second to form once it lands on a physical object, and is activated on touch by an opponent. Once activated, the seal will imprint itself on the opponent and slowly creep up their body and into their mouths. The opponent cannot stop the seal from entering the mouth by covering their mouth, as it will simply slip through the fingers or whatever equipment they have. Within seconds, the opponent will feel disoriented, nauseous, and dizzy. These effects can last several minutes and give the Kuronmeru an advantage in battle due to the opponent's sickly feeling. NAME: Kuroi Chi: Kajū-kō [Black Blood: Great Weight Mimicry] RANK: C-Rank CHAKRA USAGE: Very Low - Medium CLASSIFICATION: Fūinjutsu ELEMENT: N/A HANDSEALS: 5 REQUIREMENT: Black Blood KKG DESCRIPTION: Derived from the Great Weight Seal, the user places a mimicked seal using their Black Blood as the medium on a nearby object through touch. Upon that seal touching another object, they are able to simultaneously mold and move the seal to that of the clashed object. This allows the user to transfer the added weight to an opponent's weapon or clothes. The seal can transfer almost instantly but lasts no longer than a minute after it has been transferred and can only be applied to inanimate objects. Similar to the Great Weight Seal, it appears in Kanji with how much weight is added (up to 1000 pounds/454 kilograms) but can be broken with a simple, verbal command such as "Kai". Its chakra cost is based on how much weight is applied to the seal. Very Low (0-300lbs / 0 - 130kg) Low (300-700 lbs / 130kg - 338kg) Medium (700lbs - 0.5 tons / 338kg - 454kg)

While unique and interesting, none of the effects of these seals (with the exception of Shaping Bile) have anything to do with the Kuronmeru KKG outside of using the black blood as an ink medium, and theoretically shouldn't be locked to the clan as a result.

My recommendation would be to app a Kuronmeru technique that permits manipulation of blood for use in forming seals for fuinjutsu techniques, and to reword the techs you have written above (with the exception of Shaping Bile, I suppose?) to be universally available.
