The bird wouldn't release a sound at first and instead would tilt its crimson head to the side in confusion as it tried to squawk at him. "Is something wrong?" Takame would ask concerned for the fragile creature his vocal tone softer than he had ever spoken before. This seemed to bother the bird as it flew closer to him and gently placed its wing upon Takame. It had a warmth to it that made him breathe in and calm any nerves he may have had in this location. The bird's wing almost caressed him as he leaned his head to the wing as if it was trying to comfort the storm in his heart. It was nice and safe feeling like he was the bird's child and it was his mother. The voice would tell him it would be ok and he would be a little startled that he could understand the bird's words as its gentle eyes stared deep into his soul. "I'm sorry," he said tears beginning to fill his eyes as the bird began to turn around. Takame would take this as an invitation to climb aboard the bird's body which to his surprise was a lot bigger than he was expecting. His face rested upon the shoulder blade of the bird. Their feather tickled him at first but they slowly became comfortable with his touch and made him feel like closing his eyes. He was getting so sleepy now being so close to this bird. It was like he belonged with this bird and he had found the bird who could be there for him. "Thank you," Takame would say to the bird as it began flying off into the dreamscape sunset with him on its wings. As his consciousness started to come into he could feel the warmth of the bird that was in his dreamscape. It was like he was still in the dream so he couldn't help and say groggily, "I love you" It was quiet so unless Azarea was listening to him intently she might have missed what he said. His grip upon Azarea would firm up as his brain began catching up to him. After a few more seconds Takame's mind would process that this wasn't feathers he was laying in, but hair and as he opened his eyes he realized where exactly he was. A quick yell escaped his mouth as he pushed himself away from Azarea not realizing his legs were interlocked onto her arms. The words were soft, but clear even mumbles from half parted lips into the mane of her hair as Azarea's heart stuttered in her chest. The woman's steps faltering as her grip tightening a touch more protectively on Takame as she came to wonder what sort of life the Kyuumu was living if a little bit of kindness was enough to garner such words. Not that she herself could argue the fact. She'd loved Riku the first time her Sensei had tossed his jacket atop her as they trudged through the snow. Love was not such a limited thing that there wasn't more to give though as a shinobi it was dangerous to give freely.

"Love you too bud," She mumbled back her own soft reassurance reminding herself it was probably just the concussion talking for the bird user as she shifted her grip to carry on. Perhaps that was what had fully woken him as she felt Takame tense against her back. The boy pushing off from her as he flailed nearly toppling them both over backwards. As Azarea was forced to release his legs. Her hands coming together in the seal for the shunshin as she flesh stepped behind her training partner. Catching him as she hooked her arms under his armpits doing her best to try and cradle his head and let him down slow.

"Easy there! Easy. You've got a really nasty concussion." She informs him voice firm, but soft. "It's me Azarea. You're in Kumogakure no Sato on the training grounds. You're safe. Can you recite me your name and registration number?" Azarea questions hoping to check how severe the damage was and soothe that initial panic that gripped every shinobi when they woke up in a strange place.

Joō no Taikanshiki no Regaria [Queen's Coronation Regalia]
A mutated variant of the Aburame clans Yūdai no Omorejō ["Bewildering Grandeur of the Alpha"] resulting from the subsequent poisoning of Azarea's former Yūdai no Omorejō hive to prevent potential hijutsu theft. While the Joō no Taikanshiki no Regaria lacks the Yūdai no Omorejō size instead Azarea's hive has maintained the ability to produce alpha pheromones and commanding vibrations. Evolving instead to hyperspecialize in these two aspects allowing them to produce pheramones and vibrations strong enough to be detected by human hearing and sense of smell.

Reigning Chakra Control
Fine tuning her chakra control to a razor's edge Azarea is capable of performing delicate techniques with minimal to no wastage of chakra. Allowing her to conserve her reserves in prolonged combat and managed more finickity techniques and jutsu.

Kagura Mind's Eye
Born with a natural affinity towards sensing chakra like her Father before her Azarea has trained herself to become a capable sensory shinobi. Unlocking the Kagura's Mind's Eye, and with it, the ability to passively sense chakra signatures in the distance (when using the technique), thus allowing her to not only track, but also memorize a person's chakra signature, even if barely any chakra is being used. Due to her proficiency with this technique, Azarea can currently passively sense chakra up to 500 meters and actively at 2.5 kilometers.

[Kyuumu Takame]

He was expecting another point of impact from his sudden movement, but it seemed like Azarea had other ideas as she shunshined to catch him. Her arms interlocked under his armpits keeping him from getting yet another concussion. The pain from the previous hit started to seep through his skull as he placed his hand on the impact point and groaned slightly. "Yeah yeah I know who you are," Takame would respond in his regular grumpy manner as he rubbed his head and his eyes readjusted to the light around him again. Gaining a bit of the memory of what had happened earlier and what he saw in the dreamscape his face would be flushed slightly as he would turn away from Azarea and asked, "Can you put me down now?" His normally prickly attitude was a bit softer than normal as he tried to keep himself calm and from exposing himself. He didn't understand what these feelings inside of him were nor did he feel they were real. It had to just be the whole concussion giving him weird thoughts and feelings right? Once he was given room to stand and be normal again he would ask slightly awkwardly, "can we continue where we left off?" Azarea carefully lowers Takame to the ground at his request her gaze worried as she keeps half an eye on her kohai. His chakra flickered with embarrassment, confusion, and contemplation. "We can continue, but I need to check and see how bad of a concussion you have." She explains her voice patient as she reaches out slowly, "I'm going to brush the hair out of your face and check your eye dilation. Stare into the light all right?" Azarea requests her hand gentle and warm even through her thin leather gloves where her palm rests against his forehead. As she snaps her fingers producing a small flame with her gloves to illuminate Takame's face as she checks to see if his eyes dilate or not. They're slower then they should be, but they do contract and expand.

"All right." She murmurs sitting back down on the grass. "I'm not going to cast anymore genjutsu on you since you've had a head injury, but you should be safe enough to cast on me. Try and carefully weave your genjutsu together. Like knitting. The term genjutsu layering is actually a misnomer and... I'm pretty sure one of Riku's more asshole jokes." Azarea quips with a twitch of a smile as she keeps her eyes on Takame. Making herself an easy and open target for any genjutsu he'd like to try.

"Once you get the hang of this you're going to be pretty great at it. I can feel it." She murmurs her smile encouraging.

[Kyuumu Takame]

Takame would reluctantly agree to Azarea's demands as embarrassed as he was trying not to show any of the blush that tinged his face when she touched his hair. Her hand was so delicate and there was a nice warmth to it. It was a nice feeling, but then the sudden appearance of fire did slightly make Takame flinch. He would follow instructions and keep his eye on the flame as she suggested his eyes feeling slightly woozy from the fact he could identify each flicking flame of the fire due to his Kyuumu eyes. She would put him back down on the grass and explain she wouldn't be putting him under any genjutsu herself because of his head injury and while this sort of annoyed Takame, he figured it was probably for the best. Taking a moment to collect himself, including breathing in and out a few times, he decided he would use the false summoning genjutsu again to summon more fake crows, but instead of using the body flicker ability he went into the painful ringing technique. He figured attacking two different senses at the same time might be a bit easier to layer the genjutsu together. Takame would do the hand signs for the false summoning and crows would come flying out in front of him to attack Azarea then as this happened he would begin whistling a low note and slowly make it higher and higher in pitch. Things must have gone a lot better for Takame than he realized. His two jutsu seemed to work together and would put Azarea in both genjutsu at the same making her ears ring while also it seemed like tons of crows were flying straight at her. This would give Takame time to sneak up behind her with a kunai and have it set behind her while he released the genjutsu. It wasn't perfect and Azarea probably let herself get caught simply to give Takame a sense of accomplishment despite the issues from before so he would need to train this a lot more before he perfected it.[break][break] They would then spend the rest of the day trying to get this technique done correctly and well enough that it might be viable in a combat setting, but it was still rough. Takame would need to try and practice this on other people as he was getting more and more adept at figuring out Aazarea's openings and this wouldn't be the same as others. After exhausting all his chakra the two would call the training and each go their separate ways Takame thought that maybe just maybe he could do this.
