"Yūjin" - The Norowareta katana OWNER: Uchimiya, Takao RANK: A CLASSIFICATION: Offensive ELEMENT: N/A RESTRICTIONS: Can only be wielded by those who are damned. DESCRIPTION: On a surface level, this katana looks no different than any other. The blade is sharp, though the tsuka appears a bit older and more weathered from time. Blood and sweat have stained the ito, though it is hardly noticeable due to it being braided with black cotton. There are no fancy garnishes, no additional charms or symbols etched into the blade. Visually speaking, this katana is completely ordinary. Alarmingly unimpressive. ABILITIES: Chakra Conductive The steel of this katana was imbued with the ability to conduct the chakra of its wielder to perform even more deadly assaults. Whatever type of chakra the wielder pours into it is exemplified for even more deadly strikes and killing blows. Soul-Bound A cursed blade that cannot be wielded by any man--or at least, not just any man--without grave consequences. The weapon is engraved with an ancient seal, that is only receptive to certain chakra signature types. Any soul who is not compatible to the blade would be unwise to wield it. If they try, they will feel their life-force quickly drained out of them and released to the ether. Should you wish to live, it is best to leave this blade to the hands of its owner. Legendary Status While this blade may not look like anything special upon first glance, any smith who knows their history might be familiar with the legendary Norowareta Katana. A cursed blade that is said to have been forged with the soul of a demon. The blade holds its edge even with the fading of time, so long as it is fed human blood. With this measly sacrifice, it will never dull and will repair itself in time.

The only thing that needs changing here is the Soul Bound SA, as it veers too close to the Araikettei's Lifeblade bond. You can get much the same result using the Chakra Lock Seal jutsu, so I'm going to ask you to replace that SA with something else.

Fixed! I do plan for it to be technically wieldable by other people (I moreso just wanted it to be a "cursed" blade for "cursed" people, which is left up to IC decision and discussion and whatnot) so this works just fine. Hope the updated wording is fine.

So I'm torn on this. On the one hand, I like the idea of a cursed weapon that only specific people can use, but on the other the wording of who can and cannot use this is very vague, and would need to be clarified on what, exactly, it means. Additionally, since this would be a Reactive, ability, it would take up two SA slots, meaning you would have to get rid of your other SA to have this and Conductive.
