overview.

Post Requirements - To successfully train a jutsu there will be a minimum requirement of posts for the individual training. This requirement allows others to enter the training thread if they so desire, but the post requirement will need to be met by the one taking part in learning.

If there are two people taking part in training, the post requirements will lessen for each trainee.

Word Minimum - There is a 200 word minimum per post.

Turning Training In - As of now, each character individually will place their training applications into their jutsu purchase threads. Example. This will allow us to keep track of turning in one thread with a week's separation. There is no need to get original approval for these threads, but you will need to turn them in to get your tech, discount or points.
• To avoid spamming, a character can only turn in one training thread with a week's separation between each.

• There is no post cap per day for solos, simply the week separation.

E, D, & C Rank Jutsu in your Specializations - if your ninja rank is capable of training these ranks of jutsu, one can choose a jutsu within their Sole, Primary or Secondary Specialization to completely train. Pick one in your specialty, get the word minimum and post requirement, then you turn it in for your jutsu.

B & A Rank Jutsu in your Specializations - if you train above a C rank jutsu, your training will not be as effective due to their increased difficulty and complexity. When you reach the post requirement and word minimum, you are 75% of the way to earning your jutsu. This training can be utilized as a discount towards your jutsu purchase. You pay 25% of the cost for the jutsu and show the link for the training in your jutsu purchase thread.

[[Specialization Discounts will be applied to the remaining 25% of B/A ranks.]]
[[100 exp cost. 25%=25. Then take 10 or 25% off the 25.]]

Non-Spec Training - if you are training a jutsu that is not in your specialization, your training will not be as effective. When you reach the post requirement and word minimum, you are 75% of the way to earning your jutsu. This training can be utilized as a discount towards your jutsu purchase. You pay 25% of the cost for the jutsu and show the link for the training in your jutsu purchase thread.

[[Pay flat 25% price.]]

Special Jounin - Special Jounin are a level between Chunin and Jounin. If they decide to train a justu within their specializations, they may train up to that of a Jounin level. (B Rank). If they are training outside of their specialty then they may only train up to that of a Chunin. (C rank)

Training for Experience.

This is where a ninja can freeform train to gain an experience bonus. This can be utilized towards special abilities you are training for, be shown in training threads with a partner even if you aren't training the jutsu with them, or taking a slow grind to reach the amount of experience you need for something you can't quite train yet.

The post requirements and word minimum for these are the same. One chooses what level of training they wish to work towards and meets those requirements.

The amount of experience one receives at each rank training and each rank ninja is explained below.

Sensei Bonus.

This is a specific bonus for those that are teachers or otherwise full-fledged shinobi (Chuunin+). Sensei's of a group, team captains, Sage's, high ranking clan members. Generally this is for shinobi that are a rank higher and have more knowledge than the one(s) they are teaching.

These teachers apply for freeform training experience (even if the one they are teaching are learning a specific jutsu) then meet the post and word requirements for the rank of training the student/one learning in that thread is doing. When approved, they receive their points for that training. The BONUS for being a sensei is an additional 50 experience points on top of the normal training reward. So for example, if a genin is learning a D-Rank technique and a Chuunin instructs them then at the end of the thread the Genin will get their D-Rank technique for free and the Chuunin would get 105xp. (55xp for the training and another 50xp for the sensei bonus.)
