After getting themselves acclimated however Taki asks for some assistance with her Taijutsu which the sage happily obliges too and the duo end up training in a short but meaningful sparring session where Taki learns a few things about bettering her fighting style and surprsing her with how much she's grown since their last encounter.

The youth goes off to train with her cousin in the art of bukijutsu if you can call it that however during the training session this unlikely weapon ends up breaking. The next day after having repaired it the two go over their usual routine but after concluding their second training session, Taki's cousin offers to help her improve the weapon even further and reintroduces her to the concept of Fuinjutsu, where she learns hows to craft and apply the great weight seal.
