In the future to avoid confusion please add a note in notify staff that isn't just "Konoha Scum Here We Come" I know it's your theme but you can always add in brackets what you're submitting so that what you are wanting to be processed is very clear.

After arriving the team was able to successfully rescue the members of team 11 whilst also averting disaster but not without a tough fight that nearly took the lives of Taki and Team 11 member Ito after the mysterious enemy shinobi killed himself in an explosion as a means of concealing his identity.

Several issues:

You haven't changed the title. I don't know what mission you took on because you have not provided a valid link for said mission. In other words it currently looks like you're trying to submit spelunking into danger twice, once as a c-rank and once as a b-rank. Change it. Then it can be processed. Please be more careful.
