The blue haired chunin thought about the offer.  looking at his hand it lightly shook but was calming down.  "I still got about half a day worth of chakra left in me."  A bolt of lightning surged up his chest and neck to his head.  "I can act as your back up with some of my kunai and shuriken."

Sliding down to his stakes he removed them and slid down to the sand.  His legs felt like rubber but he was still able to stand.  "I'm only gonna warn you though.  If I have to throw my first one will miss."  Zakku had developed a blood lust since he'd claimed his first kill.  It had come out on plenty of missions.  He knew he had to feed it at times but the urges didn't fade they only get worse.  "I can't make any guarantees about the rest of them."  His loyalty to the village was the only thing that put a cap on his Blood Lust but he often wondered if it would be enough or if it would overcome his loyalty and turn him into a monster.

Arashi would look over toward Zakku, seeing as he began to explain his status as a bolt of electricity coursed over his body. In truth, it seemed like the added effort would be required should this become a bit of a foot race. Of course, there was still a matter of limitations within their ability to act within their rights. "Hopefully we won't have to worry bout that too much...I'm more concerned on what we do if they're already in the badlands...Once they cross that area...we out of our territory....and we can't touch them legally..." Crossing her arms over her chest, Arashi would then wave her hand to the side, summoning two clouds of dust to the surface before then looking over at the blue haired shinobi with a calm expression. "We don't attack unless we have to...if we start executin people in cold blood we're no better than teh thugs that run Sekara...and I like to think we at least have some higher standards blue..." Making her way to the platform, she'd step upward so that she had positioned herself, looking around her as a smirk came over. "But I do think that rules of nature apply...think ya can get the sandworms attention again?"" SPOILER: Click to show -S.A Used- Sand Control Arashi is granted two forms of defense by the Ichibi. The first one is a subconscious ability granted by the Bijuu is that there is constantly a barrier of sand clinging to Arashi’s skin. This barrier acts as a shield against her skin, absorbing heavy blows and protecting her. Her sand defense is very tough, being very difficult to break through. The sand has been likened to steel and concrete. The second form is one which pulls sand from her surroundings and the sand piled on her skin to form a visible barrier and dome like barrier around her. The sand is typically pulled from the ground and any nearby source. Arashi’s various dogs often have a plentiful amount of sand carried in their thick coats. As such, the sand is often pulled from their coats to be used to protect the girl. Through the course of her training, Arashi has learned to control both of these forms of defense to a degree, making her much more capable of mounting a defense in a variety of ways. But she still at times must incumbent some cooperation from Shukaku to ensure of it's sustainability. Arashi can control sand and wind around herself to whip up sandstorms with powerful gusts. The sandstorm often appears when she’s emotionally strained and damaged. If there is no sand around her, powerful breezes will still gather around her. Shukaku enjoys teasing the girl to the point where sandstorms appear. But with the course of time, Arashi had grown more comfortable with this and developed a thick skin towards such actions by the Bijuu. While Arashi had previous had little to no control over her other sand related abilities, she has a somewhat capable hand at this one. Because of the trauma of her sand attacking her classmates at a young age, Arashi has managed to reign in some of this power. Learning to bend the sand to her will, Arashi can keep it from hurting those she doesn’t want it to hurt. Sand will be gathered from nearby sources to be used as a weapon when this ability activates. This ability typically only activates when Arashi is in severe danger, but it has now become possible for her to do so with ease. Though it is more prone to activating near or on full moons. As such, her defenses are much more adapt and capable of taking on stronger attacks and reinforcing itself at faster speed. Zakku let out an annoyed click of his tongue as Arashi said they'd be no better than the thugs.  He'd never seen it as that.  Especially when it made him feel so good.  He looked at his hand and when Arashi mentioned Rules of Nature he smiled widely and evilly.  "I think me and the three that followed me at the end there."

Rubbing his wrists he'd make sure his packs were attached to his belt.  Taking a few deep breaths Zakku would stretch his legs out for a few moments watching where the worms had disappeared towards.  "Point me in the way of the poachers and I may need you to pull me out.  Especially if I can't stop running."  Zakku hadn't run this long in a long time.  He couldn't even remember if he'd ever come this close.  

Taking his shirt off he'd stuff it in his pack.  Numerous razor thin scars could be seen across his back and chest.  Mementos from his Mission of Rescuing Nezumis cousin from kidnappers.  He could still feel the humming bird like puppets slicing him up while he charged his Electromagnetic murder.  It was also the mission he'd found out about his Blood Lust.  Assuming a runners stance Zakku would wait until he'd been told about the Location of the poachers and would take off going slower than before in an effort to trick the three worms into coming after him.

A smirk would crawl along Arashi's face, looking over toward Zakku as it seemed that he was more than onboard with this plan. In truth, it might seem a bit excessive to do such a thing. After all, these men were likely on free territory. But, the fact that they had not only attacked these creatures, nearly making one of them orphans, threatened the security of Sunagakure and didn't even have the sense to try and at least alert them of this possible assault(mostly due to such horrible intentions), made her less inclined to do the same. Summoning a sand cloud, she' then take a moment to slam her hand into the surface of the ground, summoning a tendril of sand to drill it's way through the area beneath. As it searched for the three, it would lash at one of the larger ones, prompting a low bellow to emit through the area, a rumbling to stir across the desert as the young commander would rise up and begin to make her way to the platform. "Alright...their headed this way...I got your back if ya start slowing down...we just gotta head west...I can smell them going near the border between here and the badlands..." Lets Ride Just as she prepared to mount her dust cloud, a burst of sand would emerge from behind them, revealing the large sand creature as it roared restlessly and narrowed in on them. "Lets ride!" From there, Arashi would launch herself forward, the sand cloud propelling her off toward the distance, leading the way as Arashi could see the three beasts of the desert now hot on their heels. Oonakayama Arashi

Zakku felt a little more confident with Arashi watching over him.  Especially after seeing the plumes of sand after the three sandworms recognized their prey.  "Dinner time!"  Zakku picked up speed throwing his arms behind him and quickly taking off as the worms chased him.  

Dodging rocks and keeping an eye for traps set by worms wasn't going to be fun but he was enjoying it a lot more than he thought he would.  Sliding under a set of rocks Zakku emerged on the other side and resumed his speed.  The worms easily smashed the spot he just was and continued gaining ground on the blue haired shinobi.  

"Crap crap crap."  Zakku began muttering to himself as who he suspected to be the poachers came into view.  They had laid out what looked like a large blanket and were smacking it with hammers?  Large once from what he could see.  Ever smack sending ripples through the sand that even he could feel.  The sand worms let out a squeal at the smacks and started to back off.  

Blood on my name

The blue haired shinobi eyes flashed as his love of animals took full control on his emotions.  A foul scowl formed across Zakkus face as he picked up speed quickly getting to a sprint.  Kicking up a large plume of dust he was on the first man in even less time than he knew.  With a swift movement of his arm and hand he slashed the mans legs with a kunai from his pack.  The blade cut deep forcing him to drop as Zakku disappeared circling the makeshift platform.  They pointed at him and yelled but he wasn't listening.  

Zakku charged in and dodged around them determined to get them to stop smacking the ground so the worms could move in without having their senses be overloaded by the loud thumps.  Zakku slashed anothers arm forcing the hammer to be dropped straight onto the shinobi.  Zakku howled in pain and collapsed smacking the platform twice with his body before sliding to stop just on the edge.  Panting hard Zakku tried to stand up but his legs gave out.  Throwing the kunai he held it soared past the last man holding a hammer.  He smiled at Zakku but Zakku held a wider grin.  "Don't hunt what you can't Kill Dude."  The sand exploded behind him as the Sand worm burst out of the sand mouth open.  

It soared over him ignoring the Chuunin and getting a mouthful of the last hammer guy.  Zakku dragged himself out of the way as the man screamed as the other two tried to reach their hammers but it was too late.  The sand exploded twice more as the worms emerged ready for their meals.  

Wordlessly Zakku lifted his arm up for Arashi to grab.  He panted hard and his legs refused to work.  His knees were screaming at him but he didn't care.  He'd helped the animals and to Zakku that was the best job he could have done.

Boy who could fly While many could question the actual ethics of what the two of them had just done. The allowance of these wild creatures to feast upon the gathering of men whom had perhaps made a small error in judgement, Arashi was hardly in that group of people. In ensuring to collect Zakku just as his finished his assault, Arashi would allow the sand cloud to float a good distance away, yet still with enough of a view to watch the clear horror of what followed. Screams and panic, tearing and roars. It was much like a sinking pit that the fools now were trapped within. At the center was indeed doom and despair, along with the stains of red and the crunching of bone and the earth quaking ruptures that seemed to come from the sand worms connecting against each others as they teared into their previous oppressors. Justice wasn't always pretty, but it was something that had to be done. Though even she had to admit that this was a bit hard to watch. Her expression remained the same though, her arms crossed over her chest as she found herself shaking her head as she closed her eyes. "Even I can't think of a smart ass remark...but I know this was a quicker end than they deserved..." As she spoke, she then looked over at Zakku with a calm expression as she raised her brow. The way he had gone after them had certainly been severe. It was a bit out of character, if not a bit ruthless. "Ya good?" Oonakayama Arashi

Zakku Watched the Carnage without a word.  His eyes drifting around the scene taking in every aspect.  Arashis words sounded far off as he kept watching.  He was enjoying it but something was wrong with him.  He wanted more.  He should have been the one slaughtering them.  He felt a scowl forming as he gripped his pant legs tightly.  

Suddenly he realized Arashi had asked him something.  "huh?  Oh yeah I guess.  We got the bad guys right?"  He offered a weak attempt at a smile as he stared at her.  A sigh escaping his lips.  "Actually no I'm not.  I haven't been for some time."

The Truth
Zakku let his legs dangle from the cloud.  His knees throbbed and he looked out past the carnage.  "I've...Been wanting to kill."  He admitted as he rubbed the bridge between his eyes.  "It started when we rescued Nezumis cousin from kidnappers.  I threw a kunai at a man that charged Nezumi."  

Suddenly Zakku was a scared Genin again watching a man charge Nezumi with his weapon drawn.  He could still seem it gleem in the setting sun as it was raised up to kill his best friend.  Zakku threw his weapon and watched it sink into the mans neck.  He stared at Zakku while the life drained from his body and Zakku watched the whole time.

"I was aiming for his arm but it went straight into his neck.  He stared at me the whole time with an expression that said, 'Why?'  Like he couldn't believe he was dying."  Zakku stared at his hands for a moment before turning to look at Arashi.  "You know what I thought about it?  I wanted more.  I wanted to slaughter all the kidnappers and I would have enjoyed it." 

Zakku returned his gaze to his legs.  "Ever since then i've been feeding the dark passenger.  Rin stopped me a few missions ago and I actually snarled back at him."  He let out a soft chuckle.  "I actually fuckin snarled at him like some sort of rabid animal."  He'd place his head in his hands.  "I'm losing myself Arashi.  The dark passenger is sedated but for how long?  How long until I suddenly lose caring about the people of Sunagakure and I turn on them to feed it?"  Zakku would keep his head in his hands for a bit before he'd remove his head and his eyes had turned bloodshot from holding back his tears.

"I'm sorry.  You didn't deserve to have all that unloaded on you."  Zakku apologized.

Boy who could fly "Ya realize who ya talkin to right?" A calm expression came remained on Arashi's face as Zakku spoke of his growing issue. A blood haze was something that many often came upon when dealing with some of the darker aspects of this profession. It wasn't too rare a thing that people began to see corruption everywhere and often than not wanted nothing more but to root it out in the most vile way possible. In truth, Arashi wasn't any exception to this. Though she had managed to stave off her worst possible qualities in order not to lose sight of who she was. Her friend was still trying to find a balance with that. As she knelt down for a moment upon the platform of sand, she'd look to the side as she then released a breath before reaching over and hugging Zakku. It was a rare thing, but she figured that he might need that comfort at least for the moment. In embracing him, she'd close her eyes as she shook her head. "You're not losing yourself...ya just...have to find a balance between devil beneath the surface and the one that lives above ground. It isn't easy...and maybe today wasn't the best example...but there has to be a balance between doing what needs to be done and what hast to be...as long as you can find that...you'll always still be you...." With a small smile on her face, she'd then pull away as she began to wave her hand as the cloud began to move on away from the scene. Though as she guided their path home, she would then open her eyes as she narrowed her gaze. "But Zakku...I'm gonna recommend that ya take some time off...do it as a favor for yourself...and for me...alright? Maybe gettin away from some of the shady stuff might do ya some good..." Zakku wasn't expecting a hug.  It'd been so long since he'd ever been held by someone outside of his family he didn't know how to react at first until he reached up and gripped her arm tightly with his hands and closed his eyes.  

As Arashi waved them back to Suna he watched the carnage disappear.  He couldn't help but agree with her.  He should take some time off.  Especially now.  "I will.  Thank you Arashi."  He could get caught up on his readings or more importantly.  Get back to training his speed.  He'd never ran as much as he had today.  His knees throbbed in pain and he couldn't feel the rest of his legs.  

"Can you drop me off at the bathhouse?"  He asked and motioned to the building.  "My bans finally up after that 'Pervert' incident you and Miori got me into."  He did air quotes with his fingers when he said pervert.  "And I've never needed a soak more in my life."  

As they approached Zakku would pull his legs under himself with a very audible effort.  Grunting he'd force himself to stand up and did so on very weak legs that shook in the effort it too to lift his light body.  "Thanks Arashi.  I think it goes without saying that I'll go with ya wherever you'd need it.  You're a great friend.  There's not a lot of that in our line of work anymore."   He couldn't but help but look at where his old hideout used to be.  

"By the way, Commander, don't let the title get too much into your head.  You're destined for something great."  Zakku had seen her improve so much since they were in the academy together and and one point in time he was jealous and scornful she was improving so quickly.  Now he was impressed and motivated to try just as hard.  He stuck his tongue out at her.  "I'll be ok.  Really."

Zakkus quick thinking and his intelligence have made him a tactical expert on the field. While not 100% fool proof his plans can often been seen getting the results he needs or something close. He can devise a plan in little time and takes very little to change it to get his results.



Large Chakra Pool

Zakku was born with a larger than average chakra pool. He can do multiple jutsus without losing mush stamina and won't tire out as easily. He can also fight for awhile longer than his fellow Shinobi of his skill group.



Enhanced Speed

Zakku has trained his legs to react and move faster. He can move double his normal speed and even can triple it if he's sprinting. He can run for longer periods of time at normal speed.

Boy who could fly While Zakku thanked her for the suggestion of taking some time off to perhaps gain some rest, as well as much needed break, she would follow his request to take him down to the ground, allowing the cloud of sand to lower to the surface as she allowed for him to depart from the vessel of dust. At the mention of the incident involving the pervert of the bath house, Arashi would smirk as she placed one hand upon her hip as she shook her head. "At least we cleared ya...they just weren't a fan of the fact that you and Miori happened to have ways of spying on people within the building itself...not the fact that you were using em or not.." Though that had been a hard one to convince them of, and the ban was light compared to what happened to the real one responsible for the event. As he prepared to make his leave, he'd turn to state his thanks again, also reminding her that he would follow her, that she was a great friend. Arashi wasn't sure if that was true. A great friend would have realized something was off sooner... It was at that point where Zakku changed the subject to her, prompting her to blink for a moment in confusion as she held a blank expression. Destined for something greater.... "Heh...I don't know about all that...but I have little intention of lettin it get to my head...I got ya here to remind me...heh heh" A toothy grin came over her face, and while it remained for a moment, she was sure it was replaced by a look of concern, even though Zakku stated that he would be okay. As his gesture seemed to point toward it being true, her eyes would roll as she then smiled in his direction. "Alright alright...I believe ya...just...ya know...tell me when they aren't...I'll listen...cause I'm a people person now....I blame you for that in part..." A small laugh would come out as she then began to rise up on her cloud as she nodded in his direction. "Enjoy your vacation...but..not too much alright?...Good job today..." With that said, Arashi would nod as she began to zip through the sky toward the Kage Tower. She'd have to make a report of the events in the desert. Long, thought out reports. Not to mention the fact that she'd have to explain what the end result was and come up with possible means to detour it from happening again. But in the end, it was a successful operation. SPOILER: Click to show -S.A Used- Sand Control Arashi is granted two forms of defense by the Ichibi. The first one is a subconscious ability granted by the Bijuu is that there is constantly a barrier of sand clinging to Arashi’s skin. This barrier acts as a shield against her skin, absorbing heavy blows and protecting her. Her sand defense is very tough, being very difficult to break through. The sand has been likened to steel and concrete. The second form is one which pulls sand from her surroundings and the sand piled on her skin to form a visible barrier and dome like barrier around her. The sand is typically pulled from the ground and any nearby source. Arashi’s various dogs often have a plentiful amount of sand carried in their thick coats. As such, the sand is often pulled from their coats to be used to protect the girl. Through the course of her training, Arashi has learned to control both of these forms of defense to a degree, making her much more capable of mounting a defense in a variety of ways. But she still at times must incumbent some cooperation from Shukaku to ensure of it's sustainability. Arashi can control sand and wind around herself to whip up sandstorms with powerful gusts. The sandstorm often appears when she’s emotionally strained and damaged. If there is no sand around her, powerful breezes will still gather around her. Shukaku enjoys teasing the girl to the point where sandstorms appear. But with the course of time, Arashi had grown more comfortable with this and developed a thick skin towards such actions by the Bijuu. While Arashi had previous had little to no control over her other sand related abilities, she has a somewhat capable hand at this one. Because of the trauma of her sand attacking her classmates at a young age, Arashi has managed to reign in some of this power. Learning to bend the sand to her will, Arashi can keep it from hurting those she doesn’t want it to hurt. Sand will be gathered from nearby sources to be used as a weapon when this ability activates. This ability typically only activates when Arashi is in severe danger, but it has now become possible for her to do so with ease. Though it is more prone to activating near or on full moons. The sand takes the form of blunt objects or tendrils to bash or choke enemies. During moments of extreme strain, Arashi loses all control over this ability as well. Ichibi Host Arashi is the host to the Ichibi. As such, she has been granted a massive boost to her chakra and various other skills.
