Fallen Blades' Eleventh Chuunin Exams! Initial Announcement! Greetings everyone participating in the late 2022 chuunin exams or wishing to observe the exams. Starting today (10/11) I'm announcing that Kuwana is presently open to all interested in threading. This'll truly be open to anyone, as not only participants, but those simply hyped for event can visit. Kuwana as a tourist attraction has with the assistance of Okada's entertaining professionals have designed the ultimate venue for everyone's viewing pleasure.
The initial arrival of all participants over the shinobi world will take the course of a week. Within that time they'll be gladiator tournaments in the day at cities arena, as well as the Okada's famous wrestling shows at night with all the extra flare of Yutakako pyrotechnicians. The cities market will have all it's venues switch to serving food to keep a rush of people fed, the streets will have an open permit for all food vendors to plot up as well from around the world. Those shinobi's visiting will be treated to a free hotel stay and to assure there's place to rest for visitors. The cities west gate will remain open and a large plot of land has been cleared and tented for cheap rest.
In order to provide fair boarding for all shinobi, Kuwana will assure that there is training ground available and privacy available. These includes a buoyed off section of Kuwana's lake, a relatively dangerous rock course on it's nearby mountain and four fenced off venues clearly designed to serve other purposes. These places having a sign-up for time slots in the day. Though anyone can travel a bit out of Kuwana and train in the nearby wild. Large lantern balloons will mark the territory surrounding cities reach, this'll represent the zone cleared for free and safe travel. Exceeding these boundaries is a risk.
[Note: Despite opening up everyone's ability to post with each other, the actual exams will not be starting until 10/31. If you're not signed up now don't worry! I will be allowing sign-ups until a number of contestants is reached or until the 31st. Upon the 31st all characters participating will be locked to their currently approved or in/review character progress. If something in review is denied or needs heavy revision, it'll likely be denied use in the exams. This does not mean you can't continue to advance the character, but unless announced later in the exams that might be all the progress you'll get to go through it.]
Genin who're participating, upon arrival will be forced to sign-in through posts at the cities dock. After filling out a form provided at the post, they'll be assigned a badge. It's got chakra infused in it and is explained to you as a necessity to get all your participants benefits and to be allowed to actually enter the exam. These badges are identical save for a number in the center, this number will be between 1-64 and you'll choose it in the fill-out form. Your limitations are based on what others choose before you.
