With as many people as there were within the fort it would have been tough to be as stealthy as they wanted, especially considering the chakra signatures he was picking up, but not drawing the ire of everyone who was currently calling that place home was probably a good idea, too, though once the fighting began that hopeful plan would have gone up in smoke. The tiny contingent of lookouts took little time to deal with prompting Kiyoshi to create a glass bird large enough for the two to ride on and had Asahi not been a passenger on Arashi's sand clouds in the past he would have been a lot more in awe.

With the two taking flight the main event was soon to follow as a myriad of emblazoned glass birds rose around them prompting the Kyokujitsu to shield his eyes from the sudden rise in intense light. As they neared the fort the Kazekage would send the projectiles screeching all over the island assaulting every person unfortunate enough to be in their path along with damn near setting the entire place on fire. It was sure to put quite a few of them out of commission while at the same time loudly announcing the duo's arrival. Now Asahi was in Awe. In one fell swoop Kiyoshi had brought a fort to its knees and was still itching for a fight. Suna had done well in picking its new leader.

Landing in the courtyard a call came from the man towards the person who this mission had been centered around to find and with the opening of a pair of large doors the target arrived flanked by bodyguards, their chakra signatures matching up to what Asahi had felt earlier. "Another heart you've broken, Kiyoshi-san?" Asahi asked somehow finding time to be humorous while facing a less than desirable situation.

Two would slide forward throwing projectiles prompting Asahi to weave a set of seals as he took a deep breath before letting out a strong gale of wind that would have little problem blasting the kunai away and maybe even throwing the attackers off their feet if they weren't careful. There'd be no time to act upon the possible advantage as the other two bodyguards fired off attacks of their own, one being a sizable dragon made of sea water cresting over the walls of the fort and the other a multi-headed dragon made of fire. There weren't many things Shakuton couldn't handle in one way or the other but water was for sure one of them. If it were just him alone then it wouldn't have been a problem but evading while also needing to keep close to Kiyoshi was going to prove difficult. Still, if they could put themselves in a better position then things would work out better for them.

"If you can, fall back for a moment Kiyoshi-san." Asahi spoke unable to wait for an answer before holding a single seal and stepping forward, his speed blitzing him past both the water dragon and the five opponents putting him on the other side of them. Ending the technique and turning on a heel another set of seals would be wove as Asahi slammed his hands on the ground creating a large, intricate seal to spread out from his epicenter covering twenty-five meters in diameter. All caught would have their walking movement all but stopped and for the two bodyguards who had went to a knee they'd be unable to stand up if they hadn't managed to do so beforehand. They were for lack of a better term sitting ducks.

NAME: Fūton: Kyōryokuna Kaze no Nami [Wind Release: Powerful Wind Wave]
RANK: C
CHAKRA USAGE: Medium
CLASSIFICATION: Ninjutsu
ELEMENT: Fūton
HANDSEALS: 3
DESCRIPTION:
After forming the necessary hand seals, the caster releases a powerful gale of wind from their mouth. The gale itself has enough power to lift and push opposing Shinobi off their feet.

---

NAME: Shunshin no Jutsu [Body Flicker Technique]
RANK: D
CHAKRA USAGE: Low
CLASSIFICATION: Ninjutsu [General]
ELEMENT: None
HANDSEALS: 1
DESCRIPTION:
By invigorating one's entire body with chakra, a shinobi can seemingly disappear and reappear in another location faster than most people can see. Often times one's movements are disguised with the use of an extra element, be it a smoke bomb, leaves, water, sand, etc. in order to hide the user's trajectory from those with skilled eyes. Though it mimics teleportation, it is important to remember this jutsu merely boosts the agility of its user. As useful as this technique is, it can only be used 4 times in a battle thread, compounding in exertion and difficulty each time. with any more usages beyond that result in muscle tears in the legs from overexertion. The hand seal for this technique must be held until the shinobi reaches their destination, making it impossible to utilize other techniques regardless of any preparation.

---

NAME: Shintai Wanain [Movement Sealing Trap]
RANK: B
CHAKRA USAGE: Medium
CLASSIFICATION: Fūinjutsu
ELEMENT: -
HANDSEALS: 8
DESCRIPTION:
After performing the necessary hand seals, the user slaps their hands against the ground. A giant sealing circle with five sealing lines traveling from the outboard circle to where the users hands are are formed. The circle is about 25m in diameter. Including the user, anyone who steps within 5m of this circle (to the side or above) will have sealing lines immediately launch out and latch onto them within seconds, travel as fast as a thrown kunai, and pull them into the sealing circle. When someone is caught by this, it is incredibly difficult to escape with the only way to do so being walking outside of the sealing circle itself. While inside the sealing circle, the movement capabilities of the individuals becomes sealed to that of a stagger. One can barely walk as if they were trapped in a pool of tar and sludge. Jumping capabilities is limited to 5 inches off the ground. The sealing at first only affects the legs, but if one were to fall or try and move on their hands then those appendages will be sealed as well until the opponent is sealed to the floor.

"Ahaha," Kiyoshi laughed heartily. "No - but perhaps I should swing by Sekara after this is all done. I do seem to recall a woman who looked a lot like you, Gen'ichi." he called out as he formed a slanted barrier that diverted the kunai off to the side, harmlessly embedding into the burnt dirt and ash. "She might end up heartbroken, if you don't decide to come along peacefully." Gen'ichi seethed behind his bodyguards.

The gust of wind from Asahi knocked away the other kunai, and shoved back the two in front, though they managed to stay on their knees. The water and the fire dragons rushed forth overhead, though Asahi had already rushed behind the group. Kiyoshi nodded to his bodyguard's suggestion, leaped backwards as he weaved more handseals.

A cube flickered into existence between his extended hands, engulfed the flaming dragon, then shrunk down to a tiny version of itself. Kiyoshi threw it back at the two on the left, now trapped by Asahi's seal. The dragon roared back to life, flooded over them and left their clothes and skin burnt and smoking.

The two in the front were stuck entirely to the seal, while the two in the back and Gen'ichi tried to make their way to the outside of the seal, staggering as they did so. Kiyoshi walked up to the edge of the seal, nodded at Asahi. "Nowhere to run, Gen'ichi," he shrugged at the young man.

"You know, I would've been content to ignore it if you'd just done this nonsense somewhere else." he laughed. "But you had to come to our nation. Even if we spent years together, well, in comparison,"

"You're just not terribly important to me." Kiyoshi turned away from the entrapped target at the sound of rushing footsteps. A half-burnt door burst open as guards shoved their way through it. Some of the men who'd survived the initial attack filed into the courtyard - most horribly burnt or embedded with glass shards, none Shinobi.

Kiyoshi turned to Asahi, then back at the new enemies. Those in the seal seemed well enough restrained for the moment, so Kiyoshi prepared and launched a wave of glass shards at the half-dead crowd. "We're not leaving without him, Asahi," Kiyoshi called out through the screams. "death is too good for a traitor of the country like him."

It shouldn't have surprised him to hear that Kiyoshi had visited Sekara during his journeys, pretty much every Suna-nin had at some point and he could only hope that the woman in question wasn't the same he and Arashi were indebted to. Hell, it was hard to remember her name after all these years but he'd never forget those piercing eyes, but she was probably younger than whoever Kiyoshi was talking about.

Speed had allowed the special jounin enough time to get around his targets and essentially trap them, though what remnants from the initial assault who hadn't been put out of commission burst through the door behind them wanting to exact revenge. Surprised to hear that Kiyoshi wanted to take their target alive, Asahi thought of ways to further restrain the man while journeying back to Suna as the Kazekage began to take care of the riff raff. Taking out his brush, the Kyokujitsu would draw the word for construct on the back of the man's neck before clapping his hands together which caused six sealing lines to spring forth and wrap around the man's body completely sealing his movement; they'd be able to drag him back to Suna or wherever with no issue.

"He shouldn't cause us any problems on the journey back, Kiyoshi-san. But what of these two?" Asahi would ask. Leaving them be would no doubt cause issues for whoever lived out here as they were still very much bandits and ones that had some shinobi training no less. However, the man wasn't going to preemptively put them out of their misery without instruction from the Kazekage.

NAME: Kasetsu Fuin no Jutsu [Construction Seal Technique]
RANK: B
CHAKRA USAGE: Medium
CLASSIFICATION: Fūinjutsu
ELEMENT: -
HANDSEALS: 0
DESCRIPTION:
After drawing the seal for "construct" onto an object, the user claps their hands together. Six sealing lines travel from the seal and wrap around the target to form a tied 'knot' on the other end, which effectively seals the target's movements permanently until the seal is undone. If the target is wrapped up in a medium and then the seal applied to said medium, the target will be sealed inside and the medium will be unable to be damaged or destroyed until the seal is broken.

The seal can also be prepared on a sealing tag beforehand which will quicken the use of this technique.

The men fell limply under the barrage of glass, the few still alive groaning or harshly breathing. Kiyoshi turned back to his bodyguard, and the prisoner. "Kill them, or restrain them, it doesn't matter much," The Kazekage brought their large dove back to life with a hand pressed against the glass. "the Daimyou's men will be here by dawn." Kiyoshi explained.

"All the stragglers will be arrested, likely executed anyway. Just make sure they can't fight back for a few hours." Kiyoshi took Gen'ichi and loaded him up onto the dove, waited for Asahi to finish up with the stragglers, whether he chose to kill them, maim them, or otherwise. With Gen'ichi physically lodged into place, clutched by the dove, they soared off into the sky once more.

They drifted north for a while, looking back at the smoke rising up from the islands. "Good work today," Kiyoshi told Asahi with a smile. "I think we'll work together just fine. Should be back in Sunagakure before too long." He turned to look down at Gen'ichi.

"You, though, my old friend," the Kazekage laughed. "You'll never the see the desert sands again. The Pit would be too much like home for someone like you, and I don't want traitors polluting our air. I've got a nice place picked out for you - somewhere no one has heard of, somewhere where you'll never be heard from again."

They turned west, flew for a few more hours before a large island appeared on the horizon - nominally unclaimed, it sat in the middle of the sea between Kaze no Kuni and Cha no Kuni. The dark green mess came into focus as they came closer and closer - the island was covered entirely in thick jungle, but of a type utterly unusable for lumber. Uninhabited, it was never deemed worth attempting to clear, leaving it unwanted by all parties save for Kaze no Kuni.

Truly ancient stone poked up in certain spots over the canopy as they flew lower and lower, before eventually a half-constructed black glass dome appeared. Kiyoshi brought them down into it and they landed. A set of four men stepped out of the pitch-black of the dome and the jungle, wearing black and tan uniforms, along with blank white masks, unadorned save for two slits for vision.

Kiyoshi hopped off the dove into the beam of light that broke through the canopy, the scent and sounds of the jungle nearly overpowering. "This, Asahi," he said as he freed Gen'ichi from the clutches of the dove. "is a little project of mine. SABU. But this place," he said, gesturing to the forest and the massive half-completed dome. "has no name."

He beckoned him to follow, as the four men took hold of Gen'ichi and wordlessly led him, and them, into the darkness. A glowing dove rose from the dense jungle floor to light their way, illuminating half-completed glass cells and all manner of interrogation rooms. "Gen'ichi here gets to be the first resident. These men are rehabilitated members of Squad 88 - now, Unit 808."

There had been enough death and destruction for the time being, Asahi felt, so he opted to bind the remaining two men's hands and feet and leave their fate to the Daimyo's guards. They'd have a hell of a time getting out, especially on a time crunch, which left the bodyguard feeling pretty good about his decision and while the chances were slim perhaps there was an opportunity for these guys to start a new chapter in their lives... assuming they were given the chance. Asahi's first impression of the man in charge of the country wasn't the best and subsequent missions handed down from him to the village were rarely of the forgiving type so it honestly may have been more merciful to end their suffering before it began.

The Kyokujitsu's mental gymnastics were cut short by the signal to depart, and once more he was atop a flying glass bird as the now trio made their exit from the singed fortress that was covered in as many bodies as it was glass. Asahi had had his doubts about taking down a group this size with only two people but Kiyoshi had demonstrated in great detail why he had been chosen to lead Suna. "Thank you, Kiyoshi-san." He replied with a small smile. There was plenty of doubt and uncertainness leading up to this moment, first with not even knowing if the man would want to keep the Kyokujitsu on as a bodyguard and then being put under the proverbial microscope to test his abilities, but hearing Kiyoshi say that they'd be able to work well together did wonders for his confidence and finally put those fears to rest.

As for their third passenger it sounded like he was in for a punishment that was worse than anything the Diamyou would have been able to cook up. Most ne'erdowells ended up in The Pit were they served time in tiny cells and Asahi assumed that was the worst place Wind Country had to offer though Kiyoshi seemed to have something else in mind. The hours passed as they continued to fly and instead of a never ending expanse of desert the man was greeted by the sight of a thick jungle canopy that covered the entire island that reminded him of his chunin exams back in Taki all those years ago.

Every so often what looked to be carved stone peeked through the thick foliage and it became clear that at some point people had lived here but natured had reclaimed these lands some time ago. They were set upon by a group of masked men the moment the glass bird touched down and try as he might Asahi couldn't find any definitive markings on them to say who they were or where they belonged but as he listened to Kiyoshi it became clear that this was a project of his own creation: Sabu.

Furthermore, the masked men had been formers members --if you could call them that-- of the de facto suicide squad that Suna had put together to handle tasks that were deemed too risky for regular Suna shinobi to be involved in. The dim glow illuminated what it could of the still under construction holding cells and the multiple rooms used for interrogation. It was essentially a black site that probably didn't exist on any official village records and only meant for the worst of the worst.

"Do you plan on trying to rehabilitate him as well, or is this his final stop?" Asahi inquired. Either option was possible though given how much trouble the man had caused there was a chance Kiyoshi wouldn't be so lenient. "How do you determine who gets put all the way out here?"
