South of Iwagakure, in the Southeastern region of Earth Country, reports have come in detailing assaults on travelers leaving the village of Tora. Intel suggests there is only one perpetrator that is either ex-shinobi, or has shinobi level combat capabilities comparable to that of a special jounin. The team's mission is to either eliminate or capture the target, and if possible find out their intentions and point of origin.
