DESCRIPTION:

Despite the highway merging many of the villages cities, there's still roads though less traveled are still used. One of which has been having a string of robberies, as a small gang seems to be held up near this road. They target typically weak looking merchants and often will claim to be toll collectors. Which the toll is whatever you've got in your pockets, it's gone mostly unaddressed till now. A rich traveler was hit up by them and feeling absolutely ashamed has hired Iwagakure to solve the problem.
