While your land and mine have not been in conflict - and have little reason to- it is my hope that the friendship Mizu no Kuni and Tsuchi no kuni share will not sour any chance I have at talking with you. Kirigakure has been idle for too long, isolated from the world around us, but times are changing and I hope to establish a possible agreement between our villages. I am of the opinion it is best discussed in person, so I'd be most pleased if we could meet and discuss further. I am humbled by your open invitation for negotiations with your village, in which Kusagakure will gladly accept. Rest assured, your association with Tsuchi no kuni does not affect this in any way, for I am interested in discussing such matters and much more. Kusagakure will gladly welcome your invitation so that you and I may speak about such matters. Perhaps we can come to an agreement that works for both of our villages.

Enlighten me on the time you would like for me to visit or perhaps for you to arrive. I will duly prepare for the meeting and await to see what comes of it. Thank you again for your time, it is greatly appreciated. May we be prosperous in our negotiations, for a better Kusagakure and Kirigakure.

Your proposals are quite humbling! I would love to discuss them and potentially advance them into reality. We may discuss intentions and goals for our newly acquired positions, for I see a bright future for our villages and all villages.
