A retired foreign shinobi has been charged with a list of crimes; breaking an entry, stealing and having slept with one of the head of cities daughters, there's now a rather ridiculously high bounty on the man's head. This being said Iwagakure has jumped upon the opportunity to bring this evil doer to justice, as well split the bread with one of their visiting allies. It'd only improve the bond between villages, so regardless of how petty the crimes are the payout has made this a high priority mission. Under no circumstances may this criminal be killed, he must be taken in alive.
