DESCRIPTION:

Intel has reached Emiri that some Konoha spies plan to infiltrate her borders in an attempt to gain information concerning the recent shifts in power within the country. Countermeasures need to be taken to ensure they do not manage to succeed in their mission, but sadly her information on the spies did not include their identities.

At any rate, common sense would dictate that they would head to key points in order to gain their intel. The goal is to find and intercept the Konoha spies to send them packing or imprison them - all while making sure they get no worthwhile information. Killing them is not preferred - no one wants to start any wars with the Leaf - but if necessary, deadly force can happen.
