DESCRIPTION:

After spending time with her grandmother, Asuka develops a new outfit that amplifies the effects of her Tetsu Kinu no Jutsu by making it more chakra efficient. 

The outfit itself consists on a  one sleeved Gi, with a long asymmetrical skirt and bandages that wrap around her legs and stop at her knees.

ABILITIES:

The outfit is designed using stronger material made from Special Waruichi clan silk worms, As a result Asuka's Iron SIlk Jutsu and other clan jutsu are now significantly stronger.

EX:

Normally when her Tetsu Kinu no Jutsu is active it is in only as strong as Iron. But with this new suit it can now be amplified to be as strong as Tungsten making it much more resistant to Taijutsu, and Bukijutsu. This increase in cloth density also allows her strikes to have significantly more impact. However that being said the outfit is still made of cloth and still leaves the outfit susceptible to fire, water and other elemental ninjutsu, but retains a slight edge over physical earth based ninjutsu.

List restrictions needs changing.

You haven't actually described what the clothes look like. I don't really care how she developed the clothes so much as what they look like. You also start a sentence and don't finish it.

If the ability is durability SA then label it as such.

Channeling chakra means the the clothes need a chakra cost to use the durability SA. Add in low chakra cost on activation. 

Note that as a C rank it won't defend against stronger buki or tai techs and will still be subject to elemental attacks as any cloth would.

Classification is Supplementary - it doesn't hurt anyone but it adds to offensive nature while defending.

Still need to change list restrictions.

Still needs a chakra cost if you are amplifying the effects. Alternatively remove mention of chakra and just say it is stronger.
