i never told a lie, and that makes me a liar.

As Kazui stood in front of Shikajin, she felt a mixture of emotions and didn’t know exactly what they were, or what to say other than thank you to the medic. She knew that he tried his hardest to save her grandmother from the inevitable, and she was being hard headed and wouldn’t listen to the words he was saying back then, it was because she loved the woman dearly. The girl couldn’t exactly say there wasn’t any anger towards the man, she just couldn’t shake that feeling inside of her that just made her feel .. bitter, perhaps she was still healing from the wounds of losing a loved one, physically, mentally, and spiritually. She wanted to get to know Shikajin better, and this seminar was a slight look into what he had to deal with as a medic, if only for a brief moment. Perhaps one day she could completely come to peace with not only Shikajin, but herself as well.

Once Shikajin replied to her thanks, the young Uchiha stood there for a brief moment, fidgeting with her backpack as she remained looking at Shikajin. If he paid close enough attention he could see there was still pain behind her gaze, sadness to be exact, but she didn’t want to bother the man with her problems, nor did she know how to go about vocalizing them. She twisted her lips to the side as her gaze lowered to the ground beside her.

"..’Kay, bye.”

She would say quickly before walking out of the classroom in a hasty manner. Maybe she could bother him some other time, but she was sure he had more important things to tend to at the moment.
