DESCRIPTION:

In a small town not too far from the outskirts of Konoha there has reportedly been a take over. Intel reports that it happened over a number of days ago and came about as a result of on going disputes in the village about who was in charge of its produce and finances. In order to get ahead "someone” hired a group of bandits to help him seize control over the town by means of force in exchange for some form of currency. It is reported that the bandits are armed and dangerous, but not anything above what the standard Genin can handle. Chuunin Nara Shikajin has been tasked out to handled this with the assistance of Uchiha Issei to investigate who is behind the takeover, and to take care of enemy bandits without anyone getting hurt.
