[Yusuke Sarutobi]

Yusuke watched as his clones began their charge and Issei quickly expelled a cloud of ash and smoke into the air around him. Yusuke's grin widened as he began to slowly walk towards the cloud, his clones ahead and rushing towards it. His suspicion Issie didn't have the speed to rapidly fire of his explosive technique was slowly settling into conformation in Yusuke's mind. This smoke cloud was meant to obscure, and allow him to try to take out each of the clones individually.

Yusuke's began to form seals as his clones took a deep breath, shit their eyes and blinded swung their staffs as they entered the ash cloud. Issei's plan was good, he stood a real chance of getting a solid hit in to disperse some of the clones in the cloud. But shadow clones had a funny little talent Yusuke had discovered while using them to keep up with things around his tavern. When a clone was destroyed, anything it had learned was shared with the rest. Which gave Yusuke what he needed.

His hair began to harden and shot out from the top of his head, forming twelve large tendrils of steel hard hair floating around him. His clones moved through the ash cloud, their staffs emminating faint light. Yusuke hoped from Issei's position it would look like the perfect chance to launch a surprise attack. The moment the teen destroyed one of the clones Yusuke would know exactly where he was, and his hair tendrils were ready to rush into the cloud of ash and capture the Uchiha.

"Come on, take the bait." Yusuke whispered, his eyes on the cloud.

Yusuke grew up traveling and working with his mother as a performer before attending the academy. These fundamental developmental years were spent weaving between stage hands and learning dances for musical numbers. This has given Yusuke an inherent sense of his own body and it's movements. He is incredibly flexible and capable of stretching his body to an almost obscene extent.

Enhanced Chakra Reserves
Yusuke perhaps inherited his chakra supply from his father as part of the Sarutobi began Onc he began his training he pushed his body hard and began to discover his talents. While he lacked the precision chakra control of some he found that he could perform s variety of jutsu without draining himself. This was further worked on once he was given his signature tool the Blade of Waves, which required him to focus on his chakra reserves as a way of maintaining himself in a fight.

NAME: Kage Bunshin no Jutsu [Shadow Clone Technique]

DESCRIPTION:

Kage Bunshin is a Jounin level Ninjutsu technique. The normal Bunshin technique creates a copy of the ninja that lacks any substance. The Kage Bunshin distributes the ninja's chakra evenly among the clones and creates a real copy with form and substance. The clone itself can also utilize any jutsu the original ninja knows, as well as their kekkei genkai. When the clone finally disperses, any new knowledge it has gained along with it's remaining chakra are passed back to the original ninja and any additional clones. This makes Kage Bunshin an excellent training method if the ninja has the chakra capacity and stamina to maintain the Kage Bunshins for an extended period of time. This allows the ninja to essentially reduce the time it takes to train and learn with each clone added. This is especially true when used with Tajuu Kage Bunshin.

DESCRIPTION:

Chakra poured into the user's hair will extend violently, reaching out like many dense tendrils of fibers. The hair, becoming hard and tough like steel, aims to ensnare and bind targets within thirty meters, their sharpened tips boring into their bodies as it seemingly stitches them while knotting around them. This works well to halt the movements of even massive beasts, not to mention halt several dozen shinboi at once. These tendrils are capable of shaping their ends into what appears to be a lion's mouth, filled with a maw filled with razor sharp iron-rending teeth. Hungry for blood, the beastly endings to these binding tendrils work to finish off whatever prey the user may have caught. With the amount of hair created on average, shinobi are typically able toe create up to twelve individual massed tendrils of hair.

[UCHIHA ISSEI]

The Uchiha had very little to go on from this point. He knew this was more than likely going to be his last stand, but he didn't want to lose without a fight. Giving it his best effort could go a long way in teaching him how to handle himself against those with more experience than himself. Issei waited patiently to see what Yusukes clones were going to do. It was kind of nerve raking as each of them still possessed the same thinking and talent as the original. So far Yusuke had him on edge the entire fight. Everything he threw something creative at him Yusuke had an answer.

At this point in his career he was still too one dimensional. He needed to add more to his skillset and seeing the way Yusuke fought was the biggest sign of him needing to do so. A soft sigh followed before he noticed multiple light sources emitting the ash still falling around him. It was still pretty faint, but still bright enough to know where some of his clones where at. Once they got close enough in range the Uchiha performed a quick sit-up just before jumping into the air. Almost immediately after jumping into the air he'd release a combustion stream headed into the ground he was laying in. The impact from the stream would be enough to hopefully disperse lowering the amount of people he'd have to worry about.

The plan did remove any consequences as bracing for the impact of the explosion would send him a little higher into the air while giving him very little room to search the area for the real Yusuke. All he had to go on was the location he remembered him last being. It was the direction he jumped in, but if there were some changes made within the time he was hiding there was nothing he could do as a combination of ash still would stretch the area as a result of his combustion explosion.

SA 1 - E.P.T. | SOLE REFLEXES | HANSHA 反射
Isseis continuous training in the art of hand to hand combat has made him a proficient user of fighting from up close. After years of training with his mother Issei has the gained a natural aptitude for countering opponents, mostly due to his heighten reflex arc in his neural pathway. Something she detected during the earlier years of his training. Noting that his ability to react to ones movements was beyond something that could be taught, and that his heighten reflexes might have been a result of their clans KKG bloodline. Nonetheless, because of his heighten reflexes fighting up close in combat with Issei will prove difficult to opponents seeing as his ability to see others movements almost before they even fully develop puts them at a disadvantage. This ability isn't however, made to be an excuse for god modding, instead, it is used as a measure to separate himself from those who have not devoted a prioritized amount of time into that area of training.

SA 2 - SUPERIOR CHAKRA RESERVES
Issei, unlike most has been genetically blessed with an extremely high amount of chakra reserves. Something that was also noted by his mother during the earlier years of their training. While there are few who are lucky to be born with such prowess, there are many who aren't to obtain such gifts given the fact that having a large reserves of chakra is nothing more than a game of science. In others words it is simply something that cannot be gain through training or with natural growth. Nonetheless, with this he is able to perform use a larger repertoire of jutsu without the consequences of running out of chakra like most are accustomed to, and thus isn't limited to the amount of jutsu he can use at once. Also this ability grants him the power to user higher ranking jutsu with little to no consequences given the fact that he has a greater amount of chakra than most.

NAME: Nenshō-ryū ( 燃焼 ) Combustion Stream
RANK: C, B, A, S.

CLASSIFICATION: Ninjutsu

DESCRIPTION: Combustion Stream consists of the ability to channel chakra through the forehead, often marked by an intricate translucent third-eye, superheating the surrounding air, and producing a translucent beam of combustive energy that crack like firecrackers as they traveled until erupting violently upon impact with a surface capable of creating a huge radius of fire burning anything in its path. Both in short and long ranges. This ability is mentally driven, requiring only inhalation and focus on the part of the user to initially utilize. Combustion Streaming requires good chakra flow and a properly calibrated focus in order to be effective, as disrupting it can have fatal consequences should the user not be effectively train to a certain standard. Despite superheating the air directly around the practitioner, this technique does not harm the user unless the fiery eruption occurs in the immediate vicinity. If a combustion user uses this skill and the fire stream erupts too close to the user of this jutsu, it could prove fatal. The length of which the stream is able to travel is dependent on the level of the user as well as the explosive radius of the stream. Also the speed of which the stream is able to travel is that of a thrown kunai. Once the user has reached the next level of rank, if needed is able to use the power of the previous rank to preserve chakra, or to only do damage to a certain degree.
C ➠ RANK - At this level the user is capable of shooting out a stream capable of reaching a maximum distance of 50 meters with an erupting radius of only 10 meters. The degree of damage that can be done on a target at this level is equivalent to a 1st degree burn, and can be sent back flying as far as 5 meters. At this rank explosion is capable of destroying small boulders. The power release from each fiery eruption is also capable of evaporating Suiton jutsu of D rank and below.

[Yusuke Sarutobi]

Yusuke kept his eyes locked on the cloud before him the tendrils of hair he had created, spread out from the crown of his head like roots of a plant, swirled in the open air behind him. As his clones moved through the ash, their eyes closed, and breath held as they waved their staffs in an attempt to look like they were preparing to strike Yusuke couldn’t help but respect the kid’s nerves. Seconds ticked by, but he held his ground in there, not jumping or flinching into movement when faced with the trio of enemies. Steel hard nerve, and it would serve the teen well as his skills grew.

The explosion rang out as Yusuke watched and one of his clones was dispersed from the impact. The cloud of ash seemed to blast outward from the explosion, the rapid expansion of air throwing it outward. Yusuke hopped back to stay out of the black cloud. His eyes scanned for movement and saw Issei rise above the ash cloud Yusuke let his other clones vanish as well. His hair tendrils shot out, closing the distance rapidly as he moved them. They would aim to reach out and wrap around the teen’s limbs, before combining together to leave him bound in a cocoon of hair with only his head exposed.

So far everything was seemingly working out for the kid. However, it appeared as though his luck was about to run out. Yusuke remained close to where he was previously, but by the time he spotted him a number on tendrils were coming toward him. The sight of them greatly confused the Uchiha, just as he began to get wrapped in it like a burrito. "What the hell is this?" Watching the man down from below again it was clear to him that the tendrils were coming from his hair, hence the color. The range of this mans talents was quite inspiring,

After all the combat that transpired it was hard to tell which skills were his best. His displayed high level movement speeds, Ninjutsu, and now some weird hair jutsu he never heard anything about. He wondered if it was clan related or not. Regardless, the attack was clever and quick enough to catch him off guard to the point of having no answer. If only the force of his last attack had gave him just enough room to use another combustion stream.

Nevertheless, the tendrils continued to cover him until he reached a point where he couldn't even use his own body. "I have so many questions." Issei muttered to himself, letting his head down in defeat. So far his arsenal of skills were pretty two dimensional. He could handle himself easily in close range, and he was pretty good from a distance, but the techs he learned so far didn't entirely add up in a way that might elevate his fighting strategies.

"I concede defeat... Pretty boy.."

The latter of his words were muttered softly in jealousy of his own demise. His signature combustion fire was not a compliment to his fighting style as using it too close could prove dangerous. As a desperation you could do it just as he did moments before he got caught up in his hair, but that didn't leave him room to form more handseals. That is unless he was willing to take the heat up the explosion fully.

There was a lot he could learn from Yusuke. While most of the higher ups he went against mastered their perspective abilities, he seemed like a man of multiple, and that wasn't to say the others weren't. It was just the way he tied them all in that was something to be amazed about. Once he was lowered and released he'd have a great many of questions to ask.

[Yusuke Sarutobi]

Yusuke heard the boy call out in surprise as the tendrils assaulted him. From his vantage point below he could see the wheels spinning in the teen’s brain as he tried to think of an escape or a counter. This was one of the hardest lessons for a young shinobi to learn, that sometimes you lost. Sometimes there wasn’t always a clever escape or a way to avoid being taken out. In training facing this fact lead to frustration but taught the important lesson. In the real world, knowing when you were beat allowed you the crucial moment to decide whether to flee or face death. Yusuke had chosen both options, and in the latter had been fortunate enough to be rescued or to find his way out.

Once the teen had been grabbed and contained the Sarutob heard him speak, stating he had questions he had to ask. This was followed by him conceding the fight and the Sarutobi gave the young Uchiha a sympathetic smile as he lowered him and released the tendrils, his hair flowing back to the top of his scalp and resuming its natural form.

”Before I get into it, I want your opinions. What went wrong for you? Why did you lose?” he asked the teen even as he finished releasing him.

He wasn’t the young man’s sensei, and while demanding answers was somewhat out of his level of authority with the boy, it was important. Yusuke had evaluated his technique and fighting style, but giving the teen the answers would not help him as much as asking him to face the question himself. To constantly self evaluate was a habit and tool Yusuke had only himself recently began to use, but doing so gave him far greater insight into his own areas of weakness then having someone tell him. To be told his failures was to get in the habit of not looking for them himself, instead he took every loss every failure, every challenge he faced, as an opportunity to better prepare himself. Now to see if the boy could adopt the same mentality.

Issei was under the impression that once he was let out of Yusuke hair attack that he'd be the one asking all the questions. Instead, before Yusuke even finished releasing him from his jutsu he had questions of his own. "Already?" Issei muttered before thinking of how he was going to respond. "Sigh.. What went wrong is that I ran out of ideas.." His answer was honest and as direct as you could get. A shrug followed before he went on to answering the next question which was nothing more than a continuation of the last.

"I was just too one dimensional.. Simple."

He hoped that he didn't come off as rude, but there was nothing else to add. While Issei was still rather inexperienced he was smart enough to analyze his own weaknesses in the midst of an ass whipping. As it stood his fighting style relied to heavily on the use of two skills. Literally. One was his ability to fight close range, and the other was his combustion jutsu.

No Uchiha Shuriken stuff or anything else. It wasn't like he hadn't thought of ways that he could make use of his talent in other ways. It was just that the ideas he had just were not good enough. He couldn't think of a way to link one set of skills into another.

Yusukes ability to make use of his specialties were amazing, and relentless. Even though he held his own against Yusuke Issei found himself on his heels the entire fight. Constantly having to find a way out of one problem just to land into another one.

His calculative brain could only do so much at this level before he'd run into a rookie mistake. "I'm guessing you have more questions?" He'd follow up directly so he wouldn't cut off anything Yusuke planned to add on before asking his own questions.

[Yusuke Sarutobi]

Yusuke crossed his arms as he listened to the teen's reply. The frustration in the boy's voice was a palpable energy in the air. It was to be expected. When you ran smack dab into the wall of your current limitations most people had one of two responses, they made excuses or they accepted it and fought to become better. This young man seemed like he was headed towards the latter.

He would nod as Issei spoke his analysis. He ran out of ideas. He had been too one dimensional. Fair and simple assessments.

"You have committed yourself to mastering that explosive energy jutsu, a feat which is to be appreciated. In combat however, every use of the attack is an opportunity for your opponent to discern a weakness to it. Know that, prepare for it, underatand the techniqies shortcomings, and you'll find that anticipating how your enemy will counter it becomes easier." he said.

Issei asked if he had more questions. Yusuke gave his head a small shake.

"Nope. You already understand the situation,and you have the ability to look at yourself with a critical eye. You probably don't realize it yet, but that already puts you leagues ahead of some shnobi." he answered simply.

He would smile at Issei, plopping down to sit in the lotus position as he looked at the teen.

"Now however, is a perfect time for you to ask questions or request input. Hit me." he said with a friendly smirk.

Issei definitely appreciated the advice that was being given to him by the blonde. He fought well, and prove that he was worthy enough to be in a position to give him the sort of advice that he needed. It was hard to take in, but he was without a doubt right about everything he said. Afterward, the Uchiha asked him if he had any more questions before he took it upon himself to do the same.

He had none, and left the floor to him to ask away. A simple nod followed before he begin talking. "How is it that you were able to tie in all those random jutsu together? I'm sure experience played a major part, but the way you were on my ass. Its like you were everywhere all at once." The latter might have sound crazy, but he was sure Yusuke would understand where he was coming from.

It was incredible to see how well Yusuke hid any deficiencies. As a still relatively low level Shinobi it was clear that his discernment was lower than that of a Chuunin, or Shinobi with more field experience. From the sparring session they had it was not clear to him which skill was his best one. Was he a master pole user, a Ninjutsu specialist, or was he a Taijutsu fighter.

He combined the skills so well it was hard to pinpoint if he was more of a close range fighter or a long range one. He could make the argument that he was a close range fighter as most of his attacks aimed to attack from up close, but thats why the hair technique caught him off guard. Throughout the fight he hadn't really used much to attack him from long range.
