DANCING WAVES MISSION RANK: C NPC REQUIREMENT: Optional  PARTICIPANTS: Kaguya Toru , Kaguya Minako ,  DESCRIPTION: There have been reports about pirates raiding merchant ships. Go join the Suiryu Butai as their backup force as they venture out to hunt these pirates. It is suspected you will fight and need to help draw the captured ships home to Mizu no Kuni once the battle is won and the pirates disposed off. A WEDDING! MISSION RANK: C NPC REQUIREMENT: Kaguya Toru PARTICIPANTS: Momochi Kasumi DESCRIPTION: The islands south of Mizu no Kuni are both rich and important. Put your best food forward and meet with the ruling family of the Nagi island. With you, you will escort the lovely Lady Koisumi, she is to wed the heir to the Nagi islands. You will ensure her and her servants' safety during their travels and make sure the wedding passes without hitch from any hired assassins or others who might not want to connect Mizu no Kuni and Nagi via marriage. DUST & BOOKS MISSION RANK: D NPC REQUIREMENT: N/A PARTICIPANTS: Asuka Waruichi , Okōhime , Unassigned DESCRIPTION: A large bookstore within Kirigakure, thanks to the rebuilding efforts as of late, plans to re-open. But before it can do that, it needs to be cleaned from top to bottom as it hasn't seen use in over a year. Some low ranking shinobi have been requested to come help with the clean up. It's a dirty job, but someone has to do it.  CATCH THE FISHES! MISSION RANK: C NPC REQUIREMENT: Optional PARTICIPANTS: Kaguya Toru , Akio Hōzuki , Unassigned DESCRIPTION: Looking to profit from the recent increase of activity on the seas, the large fishing village of Gengetsu has requested a few shinobi to help with the increased shipment, moving it from the port to the main market of the village to make some money for the village and help further Mizu's economy as a whole. And if you do a good job, you may even get some food for free. PROTECTION FOR ALL MISSION RANK: C NPC REQUIREMENT: Optional PARTICIPANTS: Takashi Kurai, Kuronmeru Enyo DESCRIPTION: A small shop owner from Gengetsu wishes to travel down to Kirigakure to speak with the Mizukage to arrange setting up a second shop within the area. Shinobi from Kirigakure have been requested to escort the man out of his village and to Kirigakure. Be careful of bandits on the way! WILD MELODY MISSION RANK: C NPC REQUIREMENT: Optional PARTICIPANTS: Waruichi Asuna , Asuka Waruichi , Okōhime DESCRIPTION: With Kirigakure slowly getting back onto it's feet, Mizu no Kuni is also starting to improve. And with it comes new businesses building and setting up shop. Once such shop is within the village of Hōka, a new music shop recently build, the owner has requested the help of a few shinobi to move a load of instruments into that new establishment. Be careful though, some of these pieces are priceless and if caught by bandits, could be sold on the black market for a small fortune! SILENT DISTURBANCES MISSION RANK: C NPC REQUIREMENT: Optional PARTICIPANTS: Asuka Waruichi , Kaguya Toru ,  DESCRIPTION: Word has been passed along that there has been some commotion around the entertainment district of Kirigakure, a few shinobi had been asked to investigate and put a stop to such a ruckus before things get out of hand and drive citizens away from the local area. FAIRNESS IS FOOLISHNESS MISSION RANK: C NPC REQUIREMENT: Optional PARTICIPANTS: Kaguya Toru , Shizu Amaya , DESCRIPTION: A test of strength and of character. Escort an unmarked caravan to Sakana Me. It holds supplies and prescious materials, that is all you know. The men you are escorting are Kirigakure shinobi, mostly medics and engineers, but to you and your team they are simple civilians. You will escort them safely to the shore of Sakana Me, then you will turn around and go right home, don't ask questions, you will gain nothing from the 'civlians'. INTERNAL ASSESSMENT  * MISSION RANK: C NPC REQUIREMENT: Yes, Kaguya Toru [Han] PARTICIPANTS: Unassigned, Unassigned, Unassigned DESCRIPTION: After some nasty weather, the Mizukage/Daimyo has fallen ill! Only the old Lady of The Bog can save her according to the court physician and the Head medic. Find the Lady of the Bog, bring her to Kirigakure and have her treat the Mizukage. She isn't exactly known for her friendliness, but it seems to be life or death!  *Repeatable three times, once for every genin team. beta priority missions WHITE BLOSSOMS PART I MISSION RANK: B NPC REQUIREMENT: Optional  PARTICIPANTS: Kuronmeru Inei, Kaguya Toru DESCRIPTION: There has been unrest recently within Mizu no Kuni, this spreading to even the outskirts of Kirigakure. Murmurs that a small group has been experimenting on various medical supplies they have stolen in order to make themselves stronger. Strong enough to face even trained shinobi. With worry growing stronger by the day, one of the local businessmen who spots this group often, has requested the aid of a Kirigakure shinobi to take them out before things only grow worse.  HOSTILE TAKEOVER MISSION RANK: B NPC REQUIREMENT: Optional. PARTICIPANTS: Momochi Kasumi, Kaguya Toru DESCRIPTION: Koisumi, the current empress of Nagi islands, is fiercly loyal to her home country, but wishes her people well. Nagi island is a simple but rich nation, if it were to truly merge with Mizu no kuni, then it'd surely boost Mizu no Kuni's wealth. It has been a long time since her husband's parents and siblings passed away, but he likes to rule by himself, rarely taking Koisumi's advice. This can't be tolerated, at least not by your Mizukage and Daimyo. Infiltrate the royal palace, give Koisumi a letter, make sure you watch her dispose of it as directed. Once done, you will stay in the palace, until the emperor is leaving for a hunt. Kill him. Make it look like an accident. Stay with the empress until the commotion dies down to ensure no one tries to blame her for her husband's demise. Must be completed: A Wedding! A Forgery. SILENT SHADOWS MISSION RANK: B NPC REQUIREMENT: Yes, Han. PARTICIPANTS(ONINBUTAI, see *): Yamaguchi Masshiro DESCRIPTION: The winds of change are blowing and Kirigakure needs to raise its sails to make the most of it. Your mission is simple, find the village of Ishigakure and major villages in their country. Mark down the largest cities and the shinobi village's location. Do not engage with any shinobi. You are on your own and any ties to Kirigakure will be denied. You will not receive back-up if caught sneaking around. Get the information, then get out without causeing ripples in the water, so to say. You may want to bring Hisako[X] as part of your cover. *OININBUTAI members will be preferred to this, but with proper reasoning, normal shinobi may take up this. Speak to Han/Mizukage. NO QUARTER MISSION RANK: B NPC REQUIREMENT: Optional *PARTICIPANTS: Takahashi Kurai, Yuki Enri DESCRIPTION: A small fleet of pirate ships have taken over the small island of Chigiri no Shima. They have killed any they have found and put others to work. It seems they plan to make the island their port and treasure trove. Hop on board the navy and reclaim the island before it is overrun by pirates. Expect to potentially face pirates with shinobi training.  If possible, claim any ships you can and bring them back to the main land's port for a new coat of paint and the village and daimyo' brand.   *Ideally done by shinobi involved w. Suiryu Butai[X] BLOODY SHADOWS MISSION RANK: B NPC REQUIREMENT: N/A PARTICIPANTS: Kaguya Minako   DESCRIPTION: With the economy shattered since the civil war, black markets have become more and more frequent around both Kirigakure and across Mizu no Kuni as a whole. A leader of one such black market within a small town within the south east area of Mizu no Kuni has captured the leader of the town and is demanding that his group gain control of the entire village and also be given further funds in order for them to release their hostage. Shinobi from Kirigakure have been requested to handle and deal with this situation, but are warned to be on guard as many of those within this man's group are well trained, the odd few even suspected of being former Kirigakure shinobi. PARTY UNDERGROUND! MISSION RANK: B NPC REQUIREMENT: Optional PARTICIPANTS: Kaguya Toru Asuka Waruichi   DESCRIPTION: Reports from local members of the community show that there seems to be drugs being dealt within one of the underground raves that happen on a weekly basis, started up for the youth of Kirigakure to let lose and let their hair down once in a while. Two shinobi have been asked to enter, and discreetly investigate to find out if these rumours are true. The shinobi however, must not reveal themselves as such and must not act to stop the dealings should it be taking place. Instead once the information has been gathered they are to leave and report back as quickly as possible. alpha priority missions PARTY UNDERGROUND: TERMINATED! MISSION RANK: A NPC REQUIREMENT: Required.  PARTICIPANTS: Kaguya Toru, Yamaguchi Daichi DESCRIPTION: With information having been gathered and discovered that drug deals were indeed taking place within the club itself, as well as various other black market deals involving weapons and even people. A handful of shinobi have been requested to go and put a stop to these operations, it is required however, that no citizens are harmed during such an event and highly advised to do stop these shady dealings as quietly as possible as not to cause mass panic. It is advised that one sensor shinobi be apart of those going to stop this black market in order to make sure they are not harming anyone but those that are responsible for such terrible crimes. Must have completed: Party Underground! A FORGERY MISSION RANK: A NPC REQUIREMENT: Required. PARTICIPANTS: Sourei Kobashi, Kaguya Toru DESCRIPTION: Lady Koisumi has wed into the royal family on teh Nagi islands, she stands to gain the title of empress but waiting for the current empreor and his wife to step down is too long a wait. Infiltrate the court, dispose of the parents and any younger siblings to the heir so he and Koisumi may take their place as the rulers of Nagi. Do not get caught. Do not leave any trace of Kirigakure behind. If need be, pose as hired shinobi from Konohagakure. Must be completed: A Wedding!  WHITE BLOSSOMS PART II MISSION RANK: A NPC REQUIREMENT: Required  PARTICIPANTS: Kuronmeru Keiji; Sourei Zaizen; Waruichi Asuka; Yamaguchi Masshiro DESCRIPTION: Word has spread around Mizu no Kuni that the small group that had been dealing with in altered medical supplies has risen up once again. Far larger than before and far more deadly. Once a small group, all thought to be dead, it has recently been found that a handful fled the previous attack and survived. The drug itself has also grown, in exchange for more power, those who take it slowly begin to lose their sanity until going mad with blood-lust. Those within nearby towns and villages are starting to grow uneasy due to the group's growing power surge and violence during the evening hours of the day. A group of high ranking shinobi are tasked with taking out as many of these involved as possible. It should be noted that those under the drug's influence can be easily spotted as, when using it's power their eyes seem to glow a bright crimson. Must be completed: White Blossoms Part I. WHITE BLOSSOMS PART III MISSION RANK: S NPC REQUIREMENT: Required PARTICIPANTS(Spc. Jounin+): Kaguya Toru DESCRIPTION: Despite villagers best efforts and those nearby during such an attack, the leader of the formidable group remains at large. Now having taken over a small deserted down in the south west of Mizu no Kuni, they intend to spread further. The drug when ingested once thought to weaken those on it during the daylight hours no longer seems to be the case. As hordes of the group seem to have consumed the entire abandoned village, counting at least one hundred people. Some appear to be former shinobi, others are civilians who have simply been handed a weapon. And while with this drug it seems that all those on it seem to hold some level of strength to that of capable shinobi. This is not the only issue, each within the group holds varying levels of sanity, from the still functioning to those that go into a rampage at the mere sight or smell of blood. From intelligence gathered, their leader seems to be a powerful ex-Kirigakure shinobi intent on growing his own army. It is uncertain if he is dancing to someone else's tune though.  The order to exterminate this group comes directly from the Mizukage herself before the situation worsens. Those who undertake this task will be greatly rewarded. The Mizukage has stated that if should the need arise, she will step in to aid with destroying this group once and for all. Any who undertake this task must be at least of Spc. Jounin rank. Must be completed: White Blossoms Part I & II.
