A large bear has been coming out of the forest country and encroaching on a small farming village in the western Land of Rice Fields. While in the past the villagers have been able to scare the bear off, it recently injured one of the farmers. They have gathered a paltry reward to hire mercenaries to track the creature down and bring back its hide.
