A noble in fickle desire decided to import dangerous beasts in order to show off. During the transporting the animals somehow managed to get loose and escape into the wild. They had begun to harass one of the routes in river country and again a team of shinobi from both villages had been tasked to find why they are so coordinated and then exterminate them.
