[Nara Satoshi]

This is so troublesome But I guess I’ll do it.

Reaching to the one Kazui had finished off Satoshi would take out another empty scroll and seal the lion inside of it. As he did that he would be quick to answer the question of Kazui.

"Money. Probably a large sum to hire a team of shinobi to capture them. While they do hire us for a lot of things they also don’t like to keep us around too much if they can. Probably when the capture was handed off he used cheap workforce and normal tranquilizers. Obviously that wasn’t effective enough to keep them down so here we are.”

Nodding at the Uchiha Satoshi would then move to the other side towards Ayukawa. He would briefly pat her on the back before sealing the one she had downed in the same scroll he had just used. She was obviously more shaken and while Satoshi would have liked to console her the nara really wanted for them to move away from this spot.

He had underestimated the Suna genin’s sharp senses it seemed though seeing as she had just noticed it as well. Satoshi had picked up on what was coming their way but he really didn’t want to face it not because of the danger it might possess but more because he sorts of recognized what it was.

Rising up to his full height the nara would take a hard look at both the genin that were with him before speaking up.

"I know. It’s best if we go now though. We fulfilled all the parameters so the mission is done.”

After he finished saying that though his shoulders would slump in defeat as the signature was too close and soon from the nearby bushes a small form would leap at him. Taking a few swift steps to meet it half way the nara’s arm would shoot out and grab at the limb of what appeared to be a kid no older than six or seven.

With no effort he would twist and throw back the kid towards a tree. She would fly back and then tumble a bit before hitting the base of the tree back first. Satoshi idly noted that the limb he had grabbed had been hot to the touch and his eyes could spot the slightly visible red lines that traveled alongside it.

A sigh escaped him as his eyes kept a steady lock on to the form of the girl.

"This is also why the lions were probably so docile and easy to transport as well.”

The kid jumping at him interrupted him but Satoshi just threw her back again as he slightly turned so the two genin were in his line of sight somewhat before resuming to talk.

"It would be best for both of you and her if we just go now. Technically the mission is done and she could be nothing more than a feral child we encountered on the way back. Staying means either she becomes part of the mission or involved and having to take her and both of those would not end well for her.”

Batting away another attempt the nara would run the possibilities he could make in this situation and not a lot of them were very light. While it did displease him to having that sort of thoughts as well this very situation was also a very good experience for genin to go through. That’s why with another sigh he would pose a question.

"As a team a lot of times you either have to go along with an order or come to a decision as a whole. I could easily give an order but this time I will ask you. What do you think we should do?”

Kagura Shingan [Kagura Mind's Eye]

After exploring his innate sensory abilities and thanks to his perfect chakra control Satoshi was able to unlock the Kagura Shingan. This ability allows him to find, sense, and track individuals through their chakra over vast range that exceeds ten kilometers. His able to achieve this effect by focusing and opening his mind's eye, though due to the low chakra cost Satoshi is able to keep it active passively at all times (Range is 15km) and increase the range even more with the use of the jutsu(25km). The ability also extends to telling when a person is lying from the fluctuations in a person's chakra made from dishonest emotions or detecting if someone, including him, is under a genjutsu. Also by focusing on a particular chakra, Satoshi can perceive its location and movement with great detail allowing him to track the movements of even those that are faster than him.

Satoshi’s explanation of how they were able to transport such dangerous animals was more or less what she expected to hear. Money could buy anything, no matter how stupid it was. A sigh escaped the girl’s lips as she watched the chunin seal away the beast that she had just slain. The Nara would then walk over towards Ayukawa, and Kazui would follow alongside him. Sealing away the final beast, the group was all set and ready to head their separate ways until the Suna genin alerted everyone that someone else was coming, and based on Satoshi’s reaction, it seemed like another problem they would have to deal with.

Before Kazui could react, the chunin would take a few steps to meet the figure that leapt from out of the bushes, his hand wrapped tightly around their arm. It was at that moment Kazui realized it was a little kid. ‘What the hell?’ The Uchiha thought to herself as she tried to get an understanding of what was going on. Watching Satoshi handle the girl like that was kind of hard to watch, but the kid seemed feral. A few steps carried Kazui closer to the kid, she would note the scars on her arm before proceeding. A sigh escaped as the raven haired girl answered in an impassive tone.

"We’ll leave her.”

Satoshi had given the two genin free reign on how they should go about handling the situation, asking them to come up with a decision as a whole, but Kazui didn’t know any other way to handle it. Drawing her blade, the Uchiha would point the edge at the child as she spoke.

"If anything bad happens after this point, it won’t have anything to do with us.”

Kazui would say softly. She wasn’t suggesting it, she was telling the others that leaving her was the only option. Quickly, the girl switched her grip on the blade to where she could deliver a hard hit with the blunt bottom of the handle, hopefully knocking the child out so that they wouldn’t have to deal with the little brat following them. Her body would fall over, but Kazui wouldn’t let the girl hit the ground. Instead she would catch her, and look over the wound on her arm.

While she was a dedicated shinobi, and didn’t have any problems fulfilling her duties. Kazui couldn’t let the death of a child so young rest on her conscience, she would never forgive herself. With the girl in her arms, Kazui would dig into her pouch and remove the medical kit she had on hand. From there she would sterilize the child’s wounds before wrapping in gently with bandages.

Kazui would stand to her height once the girl was taken care of. All she could do now is hope that things turn out for the better. Turning to face the Nara, Kazui would have an upset look on her face as she asked.

"Can we go now?”

Circle of Life "You shame yourself  and those that came before you... Standing next to Kazui as she delievered the blow that would knock her unconscious, Ayukawa would hug herself before back away as she allowed the others to tend to her. Thinking on the older shinobi's words, the girl would nod before placing herself against the side of a tree, her eyes closed as she began to allow herself to take slow deep breaths. This had been hard in a way that she hadn't expected it to be. Mostly because of what she knew the girl was. She was a child of the desert, just like she was. Perhaps not of the same clan, but she had clearly been raised out there in the wilderness. Gifted with the ability to commune with it's creatures, it would be logical to consider her as the means of causing this. But, she didn't want to think ill of her. Every puppet had a puppet master, and she could only assume that this girl's handler was somewhere else. If he wasn't here, than he was clearly done with her. It made her sick to think that others would use people like this...but it wasn't uncommon... As Satoshi explained that at times, shinobi were forced to make a choice, to go with the order or to make a collective decision. Leave the girl here or possibly compromise the mission by bringing her along. Ayukawa honestly wanted to take her in. At the very least, someone from the village would know who to contact or what to do. But, they'd also have to investigate just what it was that made her want to do this. Make the animals docile, only for them to attack like this. These creatures weren't at fault for any of this... Still, she had already done enough killing for one day...this was with lions...what could happen next was a person... Closing her eyes, she'd then glance over once more to Kazui, seeing her agree with leaving the child here and then beginning to look after her. Tending to her wounds, the girl appeared to only have a nasty bump that would give her a headache later on, but she'd live. Especially with her injuries being properly taken care of. In the end, she imagined that once she came to, she'd either seek out the one who had her do this, or attempt to find her way home. Hopefully, the night wouldn't fall upon her. With Kazui stating that what happened next would not be their fault, Ayukawa would shaking her head as she released a breath. It didn't feel like it would be to her... Still, she realized that this was what came with being a shinobi. Hard choices and making things up at times when called for. But it had to be a joint decision, and she would remember this lesson from Satoshi for the future. But with her having calmed down, her purple hues now returning to normal, the girl would pull herself away from the tree trunk, her grin returning as she began to bounce up and down. "Okay! So..Mission complete right!? Like Kazui said...lets go...Oh! But can we stop and get something to eat!? I'm starving..." Making her way over to them, she'd appear to trip over her own leg, falling flat upon her face as she groaned in pain. Yet, in doing this, she'd retrieve something from her pocket, seeing the crumbled remains of what looked to be a Bean bun. "Oh mannnnn….oh well...guess she can have it then...nothing treats headaches like a good ole bean bun..." Placing the pastry down next to the unconscious child, her smile would return as she rose back up to her feet, casually walking to the other two as she then clasped her hands together. "Now! Food wise, I'd go with barbecue! Spare ribs would do wonders for us! Oh oh! With Ramen too! And Curry!"
