However, only sensor type shinobi have the ability to sense chakra at their own discretion, allowing them to detect it in non-combat situations, as well as tell individuals apart by their unique chakra signatures. Skilled sensor types can sense any chakra within a radius of several dozen kilometres, as well as hone in on a specific chakra signature to perceive its movements in greater detail. DESCRIPTION: Kanchi Shiyo is a foundational jutsu in which most sensor shinobi build their skills upon, the purpose behind Kanchi Shiyo is to switch a shinobi’s chakra’s wavelength/frequency to that of a "mode” or "state” in which sensing chakra is optimal. Activating Kanchi Shiyo is like having and taking a generic satellite dish with a common level of sensitivity and capabilities, then upgrading it to become a more powerful orbital satellite with a more intricately sensitive system and increased capabilities. While Kanchi Shiyo is active a sensor shinobi can better accurately determine the location, type, quality and quantity of the chakra to varying degrees, but to what intensity depends upon the individual sensor’s skill level. The drawback to Kanchi Shiyo is that, first the sensor must be immobile with their eyes closed, the second is that it takes the upmost focus and any distraction can make "feeling” chakra a difficult task, if a sensor-shinobi’s concentration breaks or is interrupted, the jutsu is instantly dispelled. CLASSIFICATION: Sensing Ninjutsu ELEMENT: Non-Elemental REQUESITES: Sensor-Shinobi SA HANDSEALS: 4 seals followed by a clap if self-targeting, if targeting another teammate or enemy with the jutsu, after performing the 4 seals, the sensor shinobi must touch the intended target within the same post, if the intended target is not touched in anyway, the jutsu is automatically casted upon the individual who casted it. DESCRIPTION: Kanchi Shiyō Ōbākurokku is a technique that targets the somatic system, granting the target effected, one of two things, but never both. Either the target under its effects gains a great boon in strength, or a great boon in reflexes/speed. No matter the selection of the perk, the drawback is an increased sensitivity to pain and what was once minor knicks, cuts, and blows, become intensified trauma. Even after the jutsu’s subsided, the pain will linger for nearly one post. Special Note: Lasts for three posts max. Can only increase speed/reflexes or Strength, but not both.

DESCRIPTION: In truth, Kanchi Shiyō Ōbārōdo is a jutsu simple in its nature, but complex in its utility. In order for one to perform this technique, one must control the chakra that flows through the different sensory systems, such as the visual system (vision), or the auditory system (hearing) this is done by draining chakra from one system and then giving that same chakra to another, by doing this some senses are naturally weakened while others are greatly enhanced, this is used to enhance senses to superhuman levels, one can use this technique to enhance their vision, hearing, smell, and even other senses such as senses of heat or touch, to the point of rivaling other clans with sense enhancing techniques such as the Hyuga Clan or the Inuzuka Clan, but only at the cost of the other senses that chakra was drained from. The chakra is not fully drained from a system, as one must leave a good amount that is enough to keep the cells alive, but they would still lose their ability to perform their natural functions (sensing). After deactivating the technique all the senses are back to normal. The technique is said to be quite chakra taxing, but skillful users can still use it repeatedly and even maintain it for long periods of time. Every sense sacrificed to heighten another, multiplies the strength of the sense(s) being overloaded. Ex. CLASSIFICATION: Sensing-Ninjutsu ELEMENT: Non-elemental REQUESITES: Sensor-Shinobi SA HANDSEALS: Ram seal hold. DESCRIPTION: After a sensor shinobi imbues an object or any object, Ex. Senbon, kunai, or shuriken, with their chakra, they will discard it. Either by a well-placed throw, or by slipping it somewhere discreet on an enemy or target of interest. The object functions as a pulsating beacon, pulsing out the stored chakra as "waves” essentially turning the source object into a pseudo sonar device. Like how sonar uses soundwaves to "map” out the ocean, the stored chakra acts like how soundwaves act with the ocean environment and gives the sensor-shinobi a "mental map” of the immediate environment from its "pinging”. Acting as the epicenter, the object sends out the signal in a diameter equal to the sensor-shinobi’s passive range. Certain ocular doujutsu’s and other certain conditions will be capable of detecting the object if said shinobi or other source can justifiably discover it. Special note: Lasts three post max.

Sensing mode:
This sounds much like an SA and what is being done at the moment with the Sensory SA. Remove.
Overclock:
This boosts another character’s abilities and moves into Yanki clan territory, boosting your own abilities move into Saeko territory. Remove.
Overload:
This seems more like a medic technique than a sensory technique.

Sonar:
The caster needs to be within a decent range of the target/sonar. Can it extend the range of the sensor if the target makes it to the edge of the caster's range?
Otherwise, I don't see a problem with it.
