[Hatake Daichi]

Daichi had made his way to the training field, figuring it'd be a good idea to do some training. After all, he still needed to figure out how to make better use of his Earth Style as well as his partnership with his Ninken. It wasn't that the Cooperation between them wasn't there. Honestly, he did not know yet what exactly was missing in order for his Jutsu to be better utilized in combat. There was still a lot of room for them to get better. Even Pakkun had mentioned it the last time they spoke to one another.

Within a few short moments, the Hatake had made it to the center of the training field. The area was quiet, at least, for the time being. Normally, there would always be at least a Shinobi or two out here training, just like Daichi was about to do. Honestly though, Daichi kinda wished there was someone here to have a friendly spar with. Daichi always liked Shinobi Sparring. It was a great way to not only be better out in the field while on missions, but it was also a great way to self-analyze your actions in order to pinpoint what one could work on.

Daichi wasn't necessarily an expert at pointing out everything he needed to work on he admitted, however the things that he can pick up on was a very great start. Daichi had decided to sit in the center of the field, deciding on what he should do to start off his training. At first, he was thinking of maybe summoning his Ninken, but he had already done some training yesterday back at his place. Surely, something would come to mind that could do.

UCHIHA ISSEI

After partaking in a number of missions during the earlier parts of the month Issei decided it might be in his best interest to avoid them now in favor of preparing for the upcoming exams. Being in the hospital for the first time as a Shinobi was quite an embarrassing feat. He knew that many Shinobi went through that experience, but the way it happened to him was something he couldn't feel proud of.

He wasn't fighting against any real opposition, and while wolves were not something to look down upon it wasn't something you'd expect someone of his caliber to go down for. Especially when your teammate managed to take them out on their own. The mission did nothing more than to reveal he still needed to work on how he calculated his opponents when measuring up against something new.

Nonetheless, he was going to take his talents to the training grounds to get a workout in and probably practice on some new jutsu. He figured this might be a good way to take his mind off the outcomes of his last few missions. Having almost lost his Sensei, and his only friend in the clan almost a month apart from one another.

When Issei arrived to the training ground he noticed another figure that was there in the distance. In the past he would have just walked in the opposite direction in favor of going to another place. That way he wouldn't have to interact with anyone, but after his spar with Inari he felt more comfortable with asking others to train with him.

"You there."

The Uchiha spoke to the shorter individual as he walked up to the area and placed his things on the ground. He didn't know how the person was going to respond, but he'd make sure to keep an 'open' look on his face so he wouldn't think anything negatively about his presence.

[Hatake Daichi]

Daichi had smiled up at the other Leaf Shinobi that stood in front of him, not hesitating to speak up and be friendly. "Oh, hello! So, it seems that you had the same idea that I had, eh?" Daichi had said, having a sense surrealness about him. There didn't seem to be an ounce of negativity coming from the Hatake. Then again, anyone that knew him well enough knew that Daichi wasn't one to be hateful unless of course, someone deserved it, but even then, normally something like that would rarely happen. In fact, Daichi seemed harmless, but yet again, looks could be extremely deceiving.

"I'm Hatake Daichi. What's your name?" he asked the fellow comrade. "I came out here to train, but that's ... kinda hard when ya don't have someone to train with," He said admittedly, laughing nervously. "If your up for it, since you're here, we could have a friendly spar." Daichi said, bringing up the thought of them sparring against each other.

"This would give us both a chance to see what areas we are good at while also pointing out things that we could both work on. What do ya say?" Daichi asked, hoping that the male Shinobi that was about the same age as he was, would accept his offer. Not only that, but training with someone was actually a lot more fun with a lot more opportunity rather than one training by themselves. Daichi also just liked to bond with people too - be friendly with them. It made it very much approachable in that regard.

UCHIHA ISSEI

The man that was already here seemed friendly. He even took it upon himself to carry the conversation to which Issei was internally grateful for. "Well, if that idea is training then I guess so." Answered the Uchiha just before he sat on the ground and began stretching his limbs. First his hamstrings, then his calfs, before eventually stretching his shoulders and other muscles on his body to get ready for the day.

In the midst of him stretching the man introduced himself. Like his good friend, boss, and part time mentor Yusuke he was a Sarutobi. "The names Uchiha, Issei." A head nod followed his answer and the man begin talking again. It appeared as though his assumptions were correct. He was hear to get some training done which had the Uchiha wondering if he was participating in the upcoming exams as well.

He assumed his age might remove that possibility, but given how old he was there was no telling how many other Genin in the village were like himself. For now he'd just assume that Daichi was like a Jounin or something around that level. "Hmm. Sounds good to me." Testing himself right around the times of the exams would do well to show him how much his training had paid off up until this point.

Fighting against people who knew did little to help you in combat. Especially when you were expected to go up against Shinobi from other villages with unique jutsu, and even bloodlines that provided abilities you couldn't find anywhere else. "Before we get started. Is this going to be a hand to hand combat session? Or an anything goes kind of thing.... Minus the killing part that is."

[Hatake Daichi]

Daichi had no intention of assuming what rank Issei was in, although the curiosity was there. It was probably the same to assume that the Uchiha also was curious about Daichi's own rank as well, however, the Hatake figured that he would let the Uchiha figure that out while they sparred, rather than just coming out and telling him. Daichi always held that sense of vagueness about him, although most of the time he didn't mean for it to be intentional sometimes. It was just a force of habit for Daichi to be that way.

While Issei was stretching, Daichi had quickly begun to get ready himself as well for their spar. He quickly sat down once more, lifting up his left pant leg to reveal a weight wrapped around it, right above his ankle which had covered his calf. Daichi lifted the weight and then dropped it, which let out a loud thud, ruining the ground where it hand plopped down on, revealing that it was actually quite heavy. Then, Daichi proceeded to take off the other weight on his other leg. Daichi had had then picked up both of the weights, holding them with both hands, moving them under a nearby tree so that neither of them would trip over them while they sparred.

"Phew! I feel much better now that those things are off. I normally don't take these off for training, but this time around, I figured 'why not?'" Daichi said, stretching both legs for another few short minutes. When the Uchiha had asked him about the terms of their spar, Daichi had quickly spoken soon after. "I normally tend to do a mix of hand-to-hand combat and some ninjutsu, however, if you're just up for some hand-to-hand combat, I'm down for that. Either is perfectly fine with me," Daichi had another smile form on his face.

Daichi stood in position taking a defensive stance, being ready. "I'll go ahead and let you come at me first," Daichi said, having a playful smirk stretch across his face, showing that he was getting slightly more serious now that he was ready for Issei to come at him, while also still having his friendly nature about him.

Issei continued to wait patiently for Daichi to response while he continued to do his stretching. Based on the mans actions he assumed that maybe he was thinking over everything he just said, but he was more than likely just trying to stretch much like himself. When he sat down he pulled up the sleeves to his pants to reveal something tied to them. It was odd, and something he never seen before.

Issei shook it off as nothing more than an item that was probably just aggravating him and he did not want it to distract him. However, what it was proved to be something way more deadly. When he dropped it the ground seemingly exploded around him. Immediately his eyes widen in shock over what he has just experienced. "The Hell?" Issei muttered before standing up and looking down at the weighted item.

"Yeah.... Of course."

The Uchiha responded awkwardly to the man. He heard of a few people in his lifetime using weighs as a means to improve their speed, but he never actually met anyone crazy enough to do it. Poor knees and ankles. "Weeeellll, based on what just happened." Issei responded while pointing to the weights on the ground. "I say that we go with the option that allows me to do, eh.. 'Other' things."

After responding Issei walked off in the opposite direction to get a little more space between the two of them while he watched Daichi do some more last minute stretching. As usual he was having to be the one to go first. "Meh..." Issei muttered in slight annoyance. All those weights, and yet he still wanted him to make the first move.

To start things Issei would exhale a decent sized gust of Ash being molded from within using his Katon nature. With that being push outward in a 10 meter radius he'd be able to create a bigger gap between each other. Immediately afterward he'd form two handseals before firing a combustion stream in the location he last saw Daichi.

• NAME: Katon: Haijingakure no Jutsu [Fire Release: Hiding in Ash and Dust Technique]

  DESCRIPTION:The user molds Katon chakra before exhaling a large cloud of ash from their mouths that spreads outwards in a ten meter radius. The ash can sting if it gets in a person's eyes, but the true purpose of this technique is to create a smokescreen that blinds enemies, allowing the user to hide or escape.

  DESCRIPTION: Combustion Stream consists of the ability to channel chakra through the forehead, often marked by an intricate translucent third-eye, superheating the surrounding air, and producing a translucent beam of combustive energy that crack like firecrackers as they traveled until erupting violently upon impact with a surface capable of creating a huge radius of fire burning anything in its path. Both in short and long ranges. This ability is mentally driven, requiring only inhalation and focus on the part of the user to initially utilize. Combustion Streaming requires good chakra flow and a properly calibrated focus in order to be effective, as disrupting it can have fatal consequences should the user not be effectively train to a certain standard. Despite superheating the air directly around the practitioner, this technique does not harm the user unless the fiery eruption occurs in the immediate vicinity. If a combustion user uses this skill and the fire stream erupts too close to the user of this jutsu, it could prove fatal. The length of which the stream is able to travel is dependent on the level of the user as well as the explosive radius of the stream. Also the speed of which the stream is able to travel is that of a thrown kunai. Once the user has reached the next level of rank, if needed is able to use the power of the previous rank to preserve chakra, or to only do damage to a certain degree.
  C ➠ RANK - At this level the user is capable of shooting out a stream capable of reaching a maximum distance of 50 meters with an erupting radius of only 10 meters. The degree of damage that can be done on a target at this level is equivalent to a 1st degree burn, and can be sent back flying as far as 5 meters. At this rank explosion is capable of destroying small boulders. The power release from each fiery eruption is also capable of evaporating Suiton jutsu of D rank and below.

[Hatake Daichi]

Daichi couldn't help but chuckle slightly at the Uchiha's small statement. It made him bad about having Issei go first. He thought that it was the polite thing to do, but by seeing his expression, it would seem that this particular situation happened a lot to him in terms of training exercises. Daichi figured he'd make it up to him by giving Issei a challenge. Alright, let's see what you can do, Issei. Daichi thought to himself, holding his defensive stance. Daichi may not have verbally expressed it, but it was clear that he was perfectly fine with Issei's suggestion.

It was then that Issei wasted no time in performing a Fire Style Ninjutsu, which comprised of him exhaling a large cloud of what presumed to be Ash. Soon after quickly spreading around Daichi, felt a burning sensation in his eyes, however despite that, Daichi forced himself to try and keep his eyes open as best as he could, despite the burning sensation he felt. So, he used this Jutsu first to conceal himself, which means, he's planning a surprise attack more than likely. the Hatake had thought. Daichi's prediction had been correct once yet another Jutsu was fired at him. Daichi wasted no time forming hand seals for a particular defensive style Ninjutsu.

He spewed forth a line of mud quickly in front of him, then slammed his hands down on the wide line of mud, which quickly formed a wide and rather large wall of earth. Daichi kept his head and body down low so that the debris from the wall that was flung back would not end up hitting him. The wall of earth was made to have the explosion halt itself to prevent Daichi from getting hit head-on. "Well, that Jutsu is new. Still saved my can though," Daichi had said to himself, quickly going on the move. He ran to his right, beginning to form another set of hand seals, but this time going on the offensive.

Soon after forming the final seal, Daichi released a sizable ball of electricity from his gullet, quickly firing off at the direction of where Issei was standing last. The Hatake aimed it low so that it would come into contact with the ground around the Uchiha's feet rather than hit him head-on. The reasoning behind that was because once it came into contact with something, it would explode with a radius of three meters wide. The only downside though was that with it being a pure orb of electricity, it was comprised of light, which Issei would be able to see coming. Despite that though, Daichi knew he had to do something, rather than nothing. I need to figure out a way to get close to him without coming into contact with his own attacks. Perhaps, if it should prove to be difficult, I'll have no choice to but call 'them' out. Daichi thought to himself, referring to his Summoning Jutsu. There were only a select few that knew about his Summoning Jutsu - mainly his parents, some were other clansmen. But then again, Daichi had never really revealed it to someone else to be truthful.

If it truly came down to it, he'd use that Jutsu but for now, Daichi would try to do his best on his own.

  Even though Daichi can utilize Ninjutsu, Daichi has worked on his Taijutsu since he had began in the Academy, training with his dad in hand-to-hand combat. He was trained to not just rely on his Ninjutsu when in a battle. He had even trained using one ton weights on his legs when he was training for the Chuunin Exams. The training he endured was agonizing on his legs, but the result of the training was well worth it, now being able to move a lot faster.
• Ambidextrous
  Although Ambidexterity is commonly seen in combat with the use of weapons, it can also be seen in hand-to-hand combat as well. Daichi would train one side of his body in Taijutsu, and then after getting used to it, he would work on the other side of his body. His Hand-Eye Coordination, as well as his reflexes, have gotten better due to training both sides of his body, making his own body a weapon, rather than using weapons.
• Chakra Pool
  Daichi was born with a vast chakra pool, which is rare for someone to have in the Hatake Clan. According to his parents, it came from his mother's side in terms of Genetics. It may not be as vast as someone's from another clan, but compared to someone who's in his own clan, he has more Chakra storage than most. It was also for this reason why Daichi does not have a Tanto like most of his own clan members.

Description

Doryuu Heki is a defensive Ninjutsu utilizing the Earth Element. The ninja will do the necessary hand seals and then spew a line of mud onto the ground. The mud will then grow into a large hardened mud wall to help defend against incoming attacks. It should be noted that if the user places their hands near the mud on the ground after spewing it, they can have more control over how the wall forms such as making faces or shapes in the hardened mud.

DESCRIPTION:

A simple technique based almost entirely on the Suiton: Teppōdama, the user focuses chakra into their gullet before firing a sizable ball of electricity which travels for about 30 meters before exploding. When it reaches its max range or hits a solid target the ball of electricity will explode in a 3-meter concussive blast, as well as electrocuting anything nearby.

The sound of the explosion going off threw off the Uchiha. He couldn't tell if he made contact with the guy or if something happened in between all of that. It sounded as if it landed into a hollow ground, but the last time he checked he didn't aim for the ground. Either way he wasn't going to know until the rest of the Ask finished clearing. Isseis eyes remained on the smoke until a light source started coming from it.

He didn't have anything to make of it, but his eyes remained focused on it just in case it was an attack of some sort. Its general direction appeared to be aimed for his center mass, but as it got close the light grew closer and closer to the ground. Once the Jutsu came to light the Uchiha would notice that he was being targeted with Raiton. It was an amazing sight to behold, but he didn't have much time to marvel its beauty.

Immediately he made a lateral jump to the side to avoid contact before it landed on the ground in front of where he use to be. Upon impact the electrical ball sort of spread in what he calculated to be at least two to three meters in radius. "Yikes." Issei mutter knowing that had he only taken a step or two might have got caught in something freaky. A good note to be taken from the attack was that he had a location of some kind to generalize his location at.

A handseal immediately was formed creating another solid clone of himself. The clone would be task to circle, and then flank in the direction that Daichi was last spotted while the real Issei took it upon himself to form another 6 handseals. The latter ended with him releasing a large fireball into the area the light supposedly came from. This time the trajectory would be the ground. That way he could force Daichi out of hiding and into a more visual spot.

• NAME: Kage Bunshin no Jutsu [Shadow Clone Technique] [ X1 CLONE ]

  DESCRIPTION: Kage Bunshin is a Jounin level Ninjutsu technique. The normal Bunshin technique creates a copy of the ninja that lacks any substance. The Kage Bunshin distributes the ninja's chakra evenly among the clones and creates a real copy with form and substance. The clone itself can also utilize any jutsu the original ninja knows, as well as their kekkei genkai. When the clone finally disperses, any new knowledge it has gained along with it's remaining chakra are passed back to the original ninja and any additional clones. This makes Kage Bunshin an excellent training method if the ninja has the chakra capacity and stamina to maintain the Kage Bunshins for an extended period of time. This allows the ninja to essentially reduce the time it takes to train and learn with each clone added. This is especially true when used with Tajuu Kage Bunshin.

  DESCRIPTION: Acquisition of this technique indicates a young Uchiha's transition to adulthood, and has thus become an identifying symbol among themselves. After performing the seals, chakra is kneaded inside the body and converted into fire which is expelled from the mouth either as a expeditious massive orb of roaring flame comparable to a comet or as a continuous flame-thrower. The released flames will engulf their target, and leave a crater in the ground's surface. In its comet form, this technique is capable of going as far as 40 meters. As a flamethrower, its range is shorter at 20 meters, but can engulf several oncoming projectiles and opponents. For those who posses a Katon Ability, this technique possesses the speed, power, and efficiency of a B-ranked jutsu.
  

[Hatake Daichi]

Daichi listened carefully listened to his surroundings since he still couldn't rely on his vision quite just yet. The burning sensation that lingered in his eyes was still there, however, it was just a minor problem more than anything. The real problem was trying to get close, as well as find Issei in the cloud of ash that he had produced earlier. Issei's pretty smart. Good thing I'm used to a challenge, though. Daichi had thought. A few moments later, Daichi had heard what seemed like someone on the move. Daichi had assumed that it had to have been the Uchiha circling around him.

However, Daichi realized that his assumption seemed to only be half correct when he had seen a giant light of what he presumed to be a giant fireball coming towards him from the front of him. Daichi had formed another set of hand seals with both of his hands, which led the Hatake to eject powerful bolts of electricity from his hands, which created a massive wall of a continuous electric current wall that was constantly moving with its own currency. As soon as the Fireball had made contact with the wall, an explosion occurred from the impact, which had pushed Daichi back a bit.

Daichi used this created momentum from the impact to lead him towards the source of the footsteps that were circling him when the figure had came into view, Daichi quickly shifted his body down low, aiming to collide into the figure's footing, making his trip, then soon after, Daichi used his hands to keep him in position in order to kick the figure into the air, only then to be met by another swift kick from a quick rotation of his body to send the figure back rather than just letting fly up into the air. That was when Daichi had figured out how Issei had pulled off what he did.

"A Shadow Clone, eh? Nice." Daichi admitted to himself. He couldn't perform the shadow clone technique yet. He had always thought about learning it, but he never really had the time to. If he was actually able to use it, he'd be able to have a much better advantage with his Taijutsu, on top of other benefits from it as well. Daichi cracked his neck after taking care of the Shadow Clone. A playful smirk had then formed on his face. This training exercise had just kept getting more and more interesting for the Hatake.

"If you want to play games though," Daichi said in a louder tone of voice while taking his thumb from his Left hand, beginning to speak as he began forming another set of hand seals. "Then let's play!" Daichi had then brought the same hand down to the ground that he bit his thumb on, performing his own Summoning Jutsu. a small cloud of smoke formed around him soon after he completed the Jutsu. Then, a growling had begun to sound next to the Hatake. Actually, there was more than just one thing making the growling sound. "Scatter, and go easy on him. This is only training," Daichi had said to the growling Ninken. Despite the fact, the three Ninken he had summoned was growling, they listened to Daichi carefully, before they had dispersed. Daichi continued ahead, while the biggest Ninken when to right while the other two had run off to the left of Daichi. Buru, Akino, and Uhei would circle around to the real Issei, being able to pick up on his scent the moment they were summoned. He couldn't rely on his sight, so it was now time for a different approach. Daichi had no worries of the hounds disobeying his order on going easy, which played in as a factor on why he also summoned them.

Hope you're ready, Issei ... because here we come! the Hatake thought as he continued to sprint forward.

One of the most common and beneficial techniques in the known shinobi world. Simply drawing blood and releasing a mass of chakra from one's extended hand is capable of calling an animal or otherwise to one's location. As a Space-Time Ninjutsu, this technique is capable of instantly displacing an intended summon from wherever they may be to the requested location, though there are obstacles that can prevent this. To use this Jutsu, one must first make a contract with whatever they are summoning, living creature or not. Both the size and the stamina of what a shinobi calls upon increases the demand of chakra they must spend to perform the Jutsu.

Out of all the other Ninken, Buru's bite is a lot more powerful. His teeth can pierce the flesh with absolute ease, and with him having a naturally bigger jawline than most dogs, someone trying to break free from his bite might find it rather difficult. • Shinjuu Zanshu no Jutsu - [Double Suicide Decapitation Technique]:
  Shinjuu Zanshu no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu utilizing the Earth Element. The ninja will travel through the ground to appear below their target. They will then surprise their target by then pulling them into the ground. Once in the ground, their target is thus immobilized. It should be noted that the technique can only be used over short distances.
• Dochuu Senkou - [Underground Submarine Voyage]:
  Dochuu Senkou is a Ninjutsu utilizing the Earth Element. After forming the needed hand seals, the user can sink below ground and quickly travel through the earth. While this is similar to the Underground Fish Projection technique, it should be noted that the chakra usage is much higher.

[UCHIHA ISSEI]

The end result of his fireball jutsu seemed to end in the same manner as his other jutsu, but in all honesty the fireball jutsu was supposed to be nothing more than a decoy. His clone on the other hand was supposed to the one to lay on an attack that would surprise the guy. However, it appeared as though his previous aspirations had backfired on him.

When his clone exploded as a result of the the first kick Issei got the memory and chakra back from his clone. The failure of his surprise attack was merely an accidental end result from his decoy. A lesson he could definitely keep note of in his book for future references. Now that Daichi was in the safe it appeared as though he was ready to take things up a notch.

The smoke from the second explosion and debris was beginning to clear up, and now Daichi was on to making his next move. After doing something with his thumbs he'd slam that same hand down into the ground. An explosion of smoke formed around his figure, and naturally Issei thought he was performing something along the lines of a Clone jutsu, but it was something way more unique.

"What is that?"

Issei muttered while waiting for the smoke to clear. In it he could hear growling sounds and it left him question whether or not the man had transformed himself completely. When some of the smoke clear he heard Daichi begin talking to what he believed to be were animals. "Summoning Jutsu?" That was the last thing he expected, but this was an anything goes kind of training so he should have expected the unexpected.

Issei hoped he was wrong as he had no true visual yet of what was going on, but whatever it is that Daichi had planned didn't feel so human. After a waiting around for something to happen he picked up on some activity around him, and just as he assumed Daichi had used the summoning jutsu. The dogs that were surrounding him didn't seem as vicious as the wolves that attacked him not too long ago, but he knew these animals were way more capable.

"Goooooood, doggies."

Issei muttered quietly to himself just before immediately going into a cough. Unknown to Daichi the cough would send his dogs into an upheaval. Almost instantly they would begin to feel as though they were sick to the stomach while also feeling like they had to use the bathroom. As for Daichi who was running presumably toward him Issei would clap in front of him.

The idea was to sell the Genjutsu as a Doton tech because out of nowhere Daichi would noticed himself falling further and further into the ground. Slowly, but surely. Being caught in this jutsu would allow for him to form 2 hand seals and fire a Combustion stream into his direction. The impact, if made would be strong enough to leave 1st degree burns on him while sending him flying away.

  DESCRIPTION: Combustion Stream consists of the ability to channel chakra through the forehead, often marked by an intricate translucent third-eye, superheating the surrounding air, and producing a translucent beam of combustive energy that crack like firecrackers as they traveled until erupting violently upon impact with a surface capable of creating a huge radius of fire burning anything in its path. Both in short and long ranges. This ability is mentally driven, requiring only inhalation and focus on the part of the user to initially utilize. Combustion Streaming requires good chakra flow and a properly calibrated focus in order to be effective, as disrupting it can have fatal consequences should the user not be effectively train to a certain standard. Despite superheating the air directly around the practitioner, this technique does not harm the user unless the fiery eruption occurs in the immediate vicinity. If a combustion user uses this skill and the fire stream erupts too close to the user of this jutsu, it could prove fatal. The length of which the stream is able to travel is dependent on the level of the user as well as the explosive radius of the stream. Also the speed of which the stream is able to travel is that of a thrown kunai. Once the user has reached the next level of rank, if needed is able to use the power of the previous rank to preserve chakra, or to only do damage to a certain degree.
  C ➠ RANK - At this level the user is capable of shooting out a stream capable of reaching a maximum distance of 50 meters with an erupting radius of only 10 meters. The degree of damage that can be done on a target at this level is equivalent to a 1st degree burn, and can be sent back flying as far as 5 meters. At this rank explosion is capable of destroying small boulders. The power release from each fiery eruption is also capable of evaporating Suiton jutsu of D rank and below.

[Hatake Daichi]

Daichi knew that the dogs would get to Issei much faster than he would have. However, something seemed wrong when the dogs began to whine. What happened? They were fine just a second ago, Daichi had thought, trying to piece together what had happened. It was then that Daichi had heard a clapping sound, and soon after that before he knew it, Daichi was beginning to sink into the ground. That was when Daichi had realized that this was the work of Genjutsu. This guy seems to have an answer for everything, Daichi thought, however, he wasn't just counting himself out just yet.

He quickly pulled out a Kunai knife from one of the pockets in his Flak Jacket and had quickly proceeded to slash his hand, in order to break free from the Genjutsu. He didn't how to release himself from it b any other way. Blood began to fall down his hand and arm onto the grass down by his feet. It hurt, but it was something he could endure. He had no time to relax though because soon after, another stream of that Jutsu was coming towards him again. He forged hand seals to use his hands to create a wall of electricity as he had done before in order to halt the stream coming towards him. The explosion from the impact pushed him back, making him slide back once again. If this keeps up, then I'll get nowhere, the Hatake thought, slightly wincing at slice on the palm of his hand.

"Guys, it's Genjutsu, you gotta break from it," Daichi had called out to his Ninken who were still under the effects of the Genjutsu that was cast on them. As soon as the three Ninken heard that, the three dogs had begun to bite themselves on one of their front legs. Daichi knew that they could still comprehend what he was saying at least. the three dogs now had blood running down their legs from where they bit themselves. Buru had a very powerful jaw, so he only bit himself hard enough to cause bleeding. When Akino was free from his genjutsu, he spoke up. "Man, that was funky. At least we aren't under the Genjutsu's influence anymore. Now, let's try this again," He finished. It was then that Akino had seemed to start digging, or at least it looked that way, however, he was in the ground a lot quicker than what would be considered normal. What actually had happened was that his body began to sink into the ground head-first. Buru and Uhei seemed to have had the same idea and quickly dove underground the same way as Akino.

Daichi had decided to use this as an opportunity in an attempt to keep Issei distracted. Akino and the other two were moving underground, still being able to catch the Uchiha's scent. Daichi had begun to form another set of hand seals while rushing once more at Issei. once the final hand seal was made, Daichi began to focus on a single spot with his Raiton Chakra, creating an instant flash of light. Daichi had hoped that he would be Issei's center of attention. If that were the case, and he was looking in his general direction, the flash of light would surely blind him. While that was happening, the three Ninken would attack all at once. Buru coming up and biting Issei on the calf of the leg closest to him, while the other two would then latch on to him via the other leg. They would then use their strength to then pull him down into the ground, while they would climb themselves back out. Issei's head would be the only part of his body that was sticking out of the ground.

  Even though Daichi can utilize Ninjutsu, Daichi has worked on his Taijutsu since he had begun in the Academy, training with his dad in hand-to-hand combat. He was trained to not just rely on his Ninjutsu when in a battle. He had even trained using one-ton weights on his legs when he was training for the Chuunin Exams. The training he endured was agonizing on his legs, but the result of the training was well worth it, now being able to move a lot faster.
• Ambidextrous
  Although Ambidexterity is commonly seen in combat with the use of weapons, it can also be seen in hand-to-hand combat as well. Daichi would train one side of his body in Taijutsu, and then after getting used to it, he would work on the other side of his body. His Hand-Eye Coordination, as well as his reflexes, have gotten better due to training both sides of his body, making his own body a weapon, rather than using weapons.
• Chakra Pool
  Daichi was born with a vast chakra pool, which is rare for someone to have in the Hatake Clan. According to his parents, it came from his mother's side in terms of Genetics. It may not be as vast as someone's from another clan, but compared to someone who's in his own clan, he has more Chakra storage than most. It was also for this reason why Daichi does not have a Tanto like most of his own clan members.

Daichi sliced the palm of one of his hands with a Kunai to break out of the Sink Into Obscurity Technique, while the three Ninken bit one of their legs enough to draw blood in order to break free from the Sour Stomach Technique. [/spoiler]

[UCHIHA ISSEI]

The last move was surely going to put the group at a major disadvantage. The only thing he needed to do now was bombard Daichi with as much of his prowess as possible. He figured his next move could be a more upfront attack, but he would be stuck having to wait for the results of his Combustion Stream attack which he assumed was going to play a major role in ending the fight.

The explosion was a sign from the Uchiha that his attack has directly landed on him. "Bang." The Uchiha muttered before running in the general direction of the guy. That is until he could hear his voice telling the summons that they were being placed under a Genjutsu. "Yikes." The Uchiha would note in the future to actually finish the job rather than getting complacent with going to the next stage.

He had no idea the guy would find out so quickly that he was caught in a Genjutsu. Definitely a bummer, but now he had other things to worry about. His attention while the smoke was clearing focused in on the dogs to which he could see that they were biting themselves out of the Genjutsu. However, something on Daichis end happened that he couldn't quite just ignore.

From his peripherals he could see that it was a blinding light, but was it coming to attack at him like a projectile? Turning back to the light would not only lead him to believe so, but the light also blinded him. "Shit." All he could do was just out of the way to his left in hopes that he avoided whatever it was that was coming.

The end result would lead to him being biten by all the dogs and then dragged into the ground. "Ouch!" The Uchiha yelled up until the point he was under the ground. His head now being the only thing available to the surface. "Man.... Whatever... You dogs only got lucky because it was a spar... I could have definitely ended you if this were the real thing."

A visibly annoyed Uchiha muttered at the end while he waited for Daichi to show up and claim his prize for winning the spar. The fault was his own as he had every opportunity to take the dogs out immediately but still chose to keep his focus on Daichi.

"Guess I still have a lot to learn about maximizing my talents...."

[Hatake Daichi]

Daichi had a feeling that his Ninken's attacks from underground would help out a lot. If they weren't able to break free from their genjutsu though, it would have ended differently, which Issei was right about. When Daichi got closer, hearing the Uchiha talk about the end result of their sparring match, the Hatake had chimed in and said, "You're actually right about that. If we couldn't break from the Genjutsu you had placed on us, you would have more than likely won," Daichi said, being truthful while having a smile on his face. He was not being modest with his choice of words either. That was when Akino looked up at Daichi as he sat on the left where Issei's head stuck out of the ground and spoke soon after Daichi had. "Correctomundo. If you hadn't cut yourself with your Kunai on your hand, which I can smell from here, then we three wouldn't have been able to attack from underground, and you would have gotten hurt from that Jutsu this Uchiha kid has." Akino finished, his tone sounding slightly disappointed in Daichi. "You honestly need to learn more on Genjutsu Daichi, and be able to break free from without hurting yourself," The only talking dog had then added, his eyes glaring at Daichi from underneath his small sunglasses that sat in front of his eyes.

"We still managed to get out of it though," Daichi said, scratching his head, trying to sound as if it wasn't much of a big deal, despite him knowing better. He knew that he should learn more about Genjutsu and be able to break free from one without the means of hurting himself to break free. "And you actually did better than what you think you did. You had an answer for almost everything Daichi was throwing at you. That also includes us three," Akino said, turning his head to face Issei's that was sticking out of the ground. "I wouldn't sell yourself short just because you 'failed'. Yes, failing in real life sucks a lot. However, what you accomplished today was quite good, all things considered," Akino said, not being as chastising to Issei as he was to Daichi. In fact, he was reassuring the Uchiha that he actually did quite well.

"With that being said, how about we get ya out of the ground. That must be really uncomfortable. Buru, give Issei a hand will ya?" Daichi had asked the giant mastiff. The big dog complied with a snort, digging from behind Issei while trying not to hurt him as he dug. When the dog dug enough of the earth to reveal a piece of Issei's shirt, he used his mouth to grab onto the collar of Issei's shirt. With a great powerful tug, Buru had managed to pull Issei out of the ground. A few moments after, Buru wagged his tail, whining a little at Issei, essentially being sorry if he had bit him too hard earlier, licking the Uchiha's face.

"Buru's basically apologizing for probably biting you too hard, if he did. Ya see, his bite can be pretty nasty, but he'll hold back when he can. He's actually big baby to be honest," Daichi said, smiling. "Yeah, and if you ask me, that attitude of his can be a real pain sometimes. Honestly, you're supposed to be intimidating," Akino said, shaking his head with a small sigh.

UCHIHA ISSEI

[UCHIHA ISSEI]

It didn't change the fact that he still lost, but it did make him feel better internally that they acknowledge how he could have won under difference circumstances. Although, there was no telling what kind of hidden skills Daichi had. "Meh... Guess I can't argue against that." Normally he would have shrugged, but given how he was stuck in the ground he would have to go for a simple head nod.

"That too is accurate."

Another head nod followed as he waited awkwardly for all of this to end. He couldn't help but wonder how he did not have Daichi fooled for much longer. He was certain that he would have thought he was using Doton, but maybe somewhere in his calculation did he make a mistake. Issei decided that when he got home he'd write down the aftermath of his experience to see what he could have done better.

"Yeah, you definitely should Daichi.. Genjutsu may not be the common skill of the opposition, but its always nice to have measures in place to protect yourself in case you get caught under one.. The next Genjutsu might not be as easy to get out of."

Issei definitely was starting to gain an admiration for these summons Daichi had. They displayed a high level of intellect and they probably made for good company from time to time. He wondered what someone like himself might have to do in order to get them. "Thanks.. I learned from a really good Chuunin named Sarutobi Yusuke."

Yusuke was someone he admire for his ability to make the most of the skills and techniques he had. In his fight with him Issei dealt with the same issues that Daichi experienced in his match. As a result it gave him a new outlook on how he could best utilize the jutsu in his arsenal.

"Yes.. Please... I've been patiently waiting good sir."

Afterward the dogs begin digging him out of the hold they dragged him into. The shirt he had on was definitely ruined, but it wasn't something he couldn't buy again or already had. Once out the hole the dog sort of begin to whine which put Issei in a brief state of shock as he looked around to see what might be going on. Instead the animal was simply trying to be apologetic.

"Phew... I thought some kind of danger was near, or maybe I accidentally did something. But there is no hard feelings, you did exactly what you had to."

[Hatake Daichi]

Buru had sat next to Issei, seeming to have perked up, his tail wagging slightly faster due to the Uchiha's reassurance. While at the same time Daichi had listened to Issei words from earlier. Daichi let out a slight sigh, while his lips formed into a smile. "Yeah, you're right ... I guess I should learn more about Genjutsu when I get the chance, huh?" Daichi had asked scratching his head. "Yes ... and you will." Akino looked up and glared back at Daichi through his sunglasses. Daichi slightly chuckled nervously at Akino's words. Despite his calm nature and cool-guy nature, he also tended to be serious when he spoke, just like Pakkun in a sense.

"Oh, speaking of adding something to your skill set, have you thought about signing a Summoning Contract, Issei?" Daichi asked. Buru had seemed to like Issei, and even though he was a big baby at heart, he normally wouldn't grow attached to someone he just met. It took about a week for him to get used to Daichi. In fact, it hadn't been all too long ago that he signed the Ninken contract that his father had presented to him. A summoning Jutsu can really turn the tide in battle if you and the animal you signed under have camaraderie with each other, as you had seen earlier," Daichi had said, explaining only slightly.

Daichi had a feeling that Issei already had understood that already, but Daichi figured talking about it for a brief moment already. Daichi also had something else to bring up. Daichi had heard Issei talk about a specific Chunin named Yusuke. He hadn't personally heard the guy's name before, but he had heard of the Sarutobi Clan. Then again, anyone who lives in Konoha has heard of them. "Hmmm. He sounds like an interesting guy. I've never met him before, but if he's from the Sarutobi Clan, he is more than likely a skilled Shinobi. Especially if he's a Chunin," Daichi had said.

"Speaking of which, are you a Chunin too?" Daichi had then asked the question he had been wanting to ask him. The main reason why is because the Uchiha standing in front of him performed the Shadow Clone technique during their spar. Daichi had a feeling that Issei hadn't fully mastered it fully yet, but with it being a technique that is ranked towards a Jonin level Jutsu, Daichi had grown curious. "Also, that fire style Jutsu, that was a Jutsu I hadn't seen before, did you make that technique yourself?" Daichi asked yet another question. Fortunately, that was the last he had, but hopefully, he wasn't pestering the Uchiha all too much with question after question. Daichi couldn't help but be curious and pointing things out that he had seen during their exercise.
