"Man… What a bust for a mission. We didn't even get to break a sweat”[break][break]

Yuuta spoke in an exaggerated tone, speaking to the other distinguished Jounin that he accompanied on what was a high profile escort mission. However, it turned out that Yuuta’s squad were just decoys for the actual caravan. The fact that the higher-ups of the nation thought that a Konoha Jounin like himself and his esteemed colleagues were comparable to decoys irritated the Gure shinobi. Yuuta made sure not to voice his displeasure during the mission; however on their return home the man fumed, expressing every thought he had held during the transportation. A couple miles from the village gates, Yuuta would spot the trail leading to Sarutobi Yusuke's bar; the Drunken Monkey. Walking in ahead of the other two the Gure shinobi would move over to the sigh and point at the word Tavern. As the two Jounin continued towards him and the sign, Yuuta’s expression turned mischievous. If you knew Yuuta when he donned such a look it meant that he had gotten an idea and usually that idea wasn’t something that would be seen in a "good” light. [break][break]

"This has to be a sign! Guys, I think the great Kami have rewarded our hard work. Whaddya say? Let's have a toast? I mean, we’ve been making good time anyway. Plus, it’s pretty late. That rooftop ghost is sure to be lurking…”[break][break]

It was after 3 in the in the morning, but not just exactly 4 am. Yuuta was apart of an makeshift team consisting Yusaku Hyūga , a high ranking shinobi of the Hyuga clan. The man was more "by the book” than Yuuta would ever be and there was an air familiarity between the two of them that Yuuta couldn't place. Sarutobi Kaho , another from one of the founding clans of the hidden leaf. The man is a legend, however Yuuta knew him as, Yaen; the lively sarutobi boy from his childhood. If someone would have told the two back then that they'd become reputable; you'd get a convincing "Yer damn Right". [break][break]

[Yusaku Hyūga]

"There is nothing paranormal in this village if not your wild imagination." Yusaku retorted, sighing. Encountering Yuuta during his anbu shift had sent him into a spiraling situation of him having to babisit the Jounin around while he acted all weird with all his "expiation rituals" and things.

"I don't know about you, but I would trust the guy that can see six kilometers in every direction. If there was a ghost anbu thing around, I would be the very first to know."

In the end though. Yuuta was Yuuta. The guy was one of a kind and possibly the biggest dork in the village. At the very least, the biggest dork Yusaku knew. Both as himself and Myobu, his anbu persona.

Yusaku would stop walking, dusting off his custom Honoo leather armor he had been wearing for the mission. He would need to thank Chisai again the next time he was visiting Kusa. The padded tabi boots she had made for him were super comfy. Despite the almost constant walking, his legs were well supported and his feet didn't hurt. Not to mention they helped make his steps completely silent too.

He looked at the sign, then at Yuuta's dumb expression. He had seen that look before, the look of wanting to do something mischievous, but he had to play it like it was his first time again. Oh boi.

"I wouldn't want to sour an easy mission by getting drunk." He replied. "Besides, I am not a guy that drinks alot if at all. It's rare I get a beer once in a while, let alone whatever alcohol bomb that place serves you."

Not only that, but he would also need to change up in anbu gear and start the morning patrol shift, so going to bed drunk would be bad, as he would probably wake up to a headache.
