Simple enough idea, seeing an increase in the use of spec change appeals, I felt this was a better time than any to put pen to paper and set a suggestion that would see roleplayers be happy with the possibility for a spec change, while also adhering to not changing characters down the line by using this as a happy medium. I present: Unspecialised.
Pros:♦ Less work for staff / no more spec change appeals as it can be incorporated into other appeals.
♦ Doesn't have to be chosen
♦ Great for people wanting to use plot as a tool to flesh out their characters
♦ Would stop people using the argument later on to say they didn't know where they wanted their character to go.
♦ Provides clear guidance towards the spec change appeals down the line.
Cons:♦ Academy Student / Genin
ONLY♦ Potentially cause arguments for development down the line to wanting to be the exception via level 4 appeals.
♦ Sets precedent that Spec Changes will never happen on higher ranked characters,
ever.

Many of those Shinobi beginning their journey haven't even begun to learn about the true depth of their abilities, skills or inclinations. For these Academy Students and Genin, they have not yet figured out a definitive path are studious and focusing on their studies, testing the waters.
