Once both are accomplished, bring back your information about the terrain, the nature of the people, as well as how they view you and Mizu no Kuni. Perhaps most importantly, do they view Kirigakure as a necessary evil or a friend? NEW WATERS MISSION RANK: C NPC REQUIREMENT: N/A PARTICIPANTS: Kaguya Kazue, Kaguya Toru DESCRIPTION: Team up with the Suiryu butai and go investigate the waters south of Mizu no kuni and the Nagi/O’uzu islands. Go as far as the sea borders near the Ranmataru Empire. Do no agitate the Empire or give them reason to believe you are anything but merchants. Report back of how the naval security of Sea, Reef, Mountain and Tea country are. Be aware you may encounter Hi no Kuni ships while investigating Tea and Mountain country. Do not attack, avoid engaging with them in any manner. If unavoidable, be civil. SLITHERING SNAKES MISSION RANK: C NPC REQUIREMENT: N/A PARTICIPANTS: Kaguya Toru, Kaguya Kazue, Momochi Kasumi DESCRIPTION: Mountain Country lies close to Hi no kuni, go investigate how they are doing. Attempt to log any data you can get on their military power, Konohagakure presence, soldiers, see if you can get a feel for the people living here. If you can, return with a detailed, updated map of the land. If no opposition is met, press on to the Hi no Kuni border and see how the security is there. Are there many Konohagakure shinobi posted there? Do not give away your identity. Leave your headband at home. higher priority missions. MORTAL REMINDER MISSION RANK: B NPC REQUIREMENT: N/A PARTICIPANTS: Kaguya Toru, Hozuki Fugetsu, Unassigned DESCRIPTION: With Koisumi soon to be wed into the ruling family of the Nagi islands, it is needed to further cement Kirigakure and Mizu no Kuni as a gracious, dependent force. Don your disguises -be it henge, war paint, or a dramatic haircut - and go into the lands and wreak havoc. Steal, pillage, and plunder. Do not destroy too much property, your role as pirates and bandits need to be believable. Do not hinder the progression of Mizu no Kuni by doing so, failure is not acceptable. Bring lowlevel criminal prisoners if you must have aid, pay them nothing but a knife in the back once you are finished. The mission is estimated to last a month with attacks around different areas of the Nagi islands, at least two on O’uzu grounds. If you can, sabotage the bridge between the two nations. Be sure to take time off to enjoy the weather, land and food. *Ties in with A Wedding!, A Forgery, and Hostile Take Over from Mission set 2.0. DOVES AND CROWS MISSION RANK: B NPC REQUIREMENT: N/A PARTICIPANTS: Kaguya Toru, Suzuki Taru DESCRIPTION: O’uzu islands are in dire need to help! Go lessen their monetary burdens, pose once again as bandits and pirates. Remind them how lucky they are to be residing in the shadow of Mizu no Kuni and of the dangers of being unaffiliated with them. Your allies will meet you in their finest gear, Kirigakure headbands proudly displayed! You will fight. You will make it believable to any who might be looking, but the Kirigakure Team will prevail and drive you away, killing the criminal minions promised freedom for their cooperation in the raids. TEA TIME MISSION RANK: B NPC REQUIREMENT: N/A[ PARTICIPANTS: Hozuki Fugetsu, Kaguya Toru, Unassigned DESCRIPTION: Go visit the land of Tea. Have a cup, stay a while. Investigate their defenses and military power. How is the bandit situation of the nation? Bring back intel on the land, the people, military, and an updated map id you can. Press on to the Hi no Kuni border and see how well guarded the border is, note how many shinobi are on guard, if you can get into the land, note how their presence is near the eastern coastline. LOCHS AND DOCKS MISSION RANK: B NPC REQUIREMENT: N/A PARTICIPANTS: Ishida Shoyo, Kaguya Toru DESCRIPTION: Team up with Suiryu Butai and journey to the south, to Reef and Sea Country. Attempt to find out more about the land, the people and their military situation. Do they worry about raids? Once you have investigated the borders and land, group up with the Suiryu Butai fleet, raise the black flags and remind them just how cutthroat the nation of Mizu no Kuni was in their seafaring days. Give no quarter and doom as many ships of theirs as you can, leave ports in flames. Sabotage their strong points to turn their strength into weakness later exploited. *Must be completed: New Waters. OBSCURE STEAM MISSION RANK: B NPC REQUIREMENT: N/A PARTICIPANTS: Waruichi Kana, Kaguya Toru, Unassigned DESCRIPTION: Journey to the part of Hi no Kuni connected to Mountain and Tea Country. Get in, investigate the borders, sabotage their boats, make it a port none wish to dock at. Do not give away your identity or where you hail from. If captured, you are on your own. You have no ties to Kirigakure and if you dare bow to the Leaf, you are branded a Nuke-nin. Come back to us in one piece and after completing your task. If encountered, fool the Konohagakure shinobi, use whatever means you need to do so. FIRE WRAITHS MISSION RANK: S NPC REQUIREMENT: Ask staff or Han PARTICIPANTS: Sourei Kobashi, Minami Sora, Shouki Kumori DESCRIPTION: Team up with Suiryu Butai under the black banner. Wreak havoc on Reef and Sea country’s borders, go further this time. Press on until you meet opposition, then slay them. Bring back riches, state information, decimate their defenses and their strength. Leave if you are driven out, do not leave behind traces of Kirigakure. Instead, you will don green flakjackets and headbands with the leaf of Konohagakure etched into them. They are imitations, so don't let anyone inspect them.
