"If you must know Fusako and Gin are their names. Gin is working somewhere over there while Fusako is working inside. Don’t really see the point of what you’re doing but feel free to talk with them as long as you don’t interrupt their work.”

Pointing towards one of the researchers near the forest, the man would turn around and give off another set of instructions to those nearby. The explosion had been worrying, but the show must go on. If he wanted to get paid, he needed to get his team to finish researching the artifacts they had found. As quickly as they could.

Gin would be off by himself looking at a large piece of stone underneath the shade of a tree. Judging from his posture, it seemed he was intently studying the fuinjutsu letters that were inscribed on the strangely shaped rock. The shadows would choose to remain hidden for now.

As the two ninjas inside caught up to the thieves, one of the ninjas on the left would raise his hand which would cause the group to stop. A pink haired woman dressed in a kimono would look questioningly towards the long haired man that was turned around while cracking her knuckles.

"What’s going on Atsuo?”

Narrowing his eyes and sniffing the air in front of him, Atsuo would crouch down and place his hand on the ground gently before responding.

"We’re being followed. There’s new scents that weren’t there before and they must’ve followed us from the entrance we made. No researcher would be this foolish so it must be some of the guards.”

Facing the area behind them as well, Kimi, the pink haired woman would scratch her chin in thought before quickly barking out orders.

"Block the pathway behind us to slow the guards down. Let’s get a move on people.”

Nodding his head, Atsuo would strike the ground with his hands, causing an earthen wall to emerge up from the ground and block the path behind them, obscuring the group from view. Once the wall was erected, the rest of the group would speed towards the researchers at a faster pace than they had been going previously. Now that they knew the guards were close to them, it was time to speed up.

"Thank you for your time." He said to the man, granting him a smile before the man would turn away and he would consider what he could do. Even if the people that he had questioned the head researcher about were culprits then he really didn't have a chance to question them for a extended period of time. He only could keep standing guard and keeping on overwatch and move to aid Arashi and his clone whenever he could. He would deal with Gin whenever the situation inside the ruin stabilized. "Arashi, we might have the name of a conspirator, name's Fusaku, capture him unharmed if possible." He said, hoping that the radio would penetrate the walls and soil around the ruins. His hands came together and with a flick of fingers he would repeat the process of before and tendrils would emerge from him, coalescing into a clone that would walk towards the man named Gin, intending to speak with him before he stared at the forest, arms crossed over chest and weave single handed signs, not sure of why, but feeling that he should be expecting something. --- Underground, the clone would lead the way, better he was destroyed that risking Arashi to be wounded or worse. The directions provided by its creator had been clear. When they would hear a rumble of earth the clone would take a first step and then another, leading her to keep her distance as it would use hand signs to communicate with her, his hand resting on the new slab of stone that was between them and their targets. They were Shinobi, or had some idea on how to mold chakra. They had planned this from some time it seemed, specially with the work of the explosion and the care they put not to damage any load bearing column. "Stand back." He said as he would weave hand signs and his hand would morph, fingers conjoining before the clone would punch through the wall and the wood began to expand accordingly, quickly grinding the dirt and rock until there was an entrance for both of them to enter. He would turn towards Arashi, hands relaying the message. Use. Sand. Sense. Catch. Them. It was as simple as the clone could do, fingers returning into normality and his fingers flicking again in preparation for another technique.

DESCRIPTION:
A clone that is created by altering the user's own cells with chakra with the 'tiger,' 'dog,' and 'snake' seals. It has more endurance than the normal shadow clones and doesn't disappear when hit by the enemies' attacks. Moreover, since it has the ability to merge with plants and trees, it is also great for reconnaissance missions. They have the ability to travel far distances from the user and are able to communicate with the original. The clones can be as simple in function as a wooden dummy for use in the Body Replacement Technique.

The basic concept of the Shadow Clone Technique also applies to the Wood Clone Technique. However, the chakra-composed shadow clone and the cell-based wood clone are completely distinct techniques. By directly touching the wood clone with their hand, the user can absorb the information it gathered or change the shape of the clone. Because clone is made up of the user's own cells, transformed into vegetation when it is changed into a seed and ingested into the body or left on a target, it can be used as a transmission device of sorts.

while Arashi was able to partially overhear just what the group was saying, the point was for her to continue to remain hidden as to keep the element of surprise in rotation. Of course, upon hearing of the large man's ability to seemingly smell that they were being followed, that option was quickly thrown out the window. It was even more down the drain as it appeared that they had now gone so far as to block their path, prompting Arashi to walk out into the open and sigh as she shook her head. "Well...if they weren't aware of us before...they are now..." These weren't just some ordinary raiders, they were skilled in some ninjutsu. Or at least one of them were. Though it was best to assume that all of them were talented in some shape or form. As the wooden clone began to take the lead, Arashi would hear Kazuto's voice upon her earpiece, indicating that they were also having an issue with a possible traitor among the group. One that the man had narrowed down to being called Fusaku. "Wait what? How did this..." As further orders went through, the young female would allow her eyes to roll with this limited information, prompting her to just nod as she continued after the wood clone. "Right...If I see em, I'll bring em in...It's possible he's one of the researchers that are down here. If so...the other is likely to be in a tight spot in a bit..." That would prompt more of a need for urgency, though it appeared that Woody had already been way ahead of her. Having begun to shape his hands into something more durable, the duplicate was begin to crave his way through the previous developed wall, creating an entrance for them to proceed forward. With it signing for her to use her sensory abilities to capture the bandits, the youth would begin to release the contained sand from her gourd yet again, allowing to float through the opening as she sent it out ahead of them. "Even if I do find them, we still gotta keep on their heels. At the very least, we'll meet up with them and they'll be more than ready to attack us..." As she waited for a moment, she'd soon begin to feel the presence of the group, a smirk crossing her lips as she began to move forward to get back on their trail. It appears that she’s been hanging around dogs for too long and has obtained a sense of smell that rivals that of a blood hound. In reality, she has simply discovered that by channeling some chakra to her nose she can enhance the cells within it and gain a super sense of smell that may act as a sensor and tracking technique. She can smell out strangers, steel and various other things. Arashi may retract her chakra from her nose as well to make her sense of smell return to normal. Due in most regards to her heavily enhanced sense of smell, With her continued usage of this ability, she has now become capable of near passively monitoring the exact range of a target and their positioning within 250 meters. (Able to turn "off and on" this enhanced sense at the 'prick' of chakra to her nose) Hunter's Instinct With her training from her mother, along with the lessons she learned from her time with the Saeko's Clan, Arashi adapted her tracking ability to a level similar to that of a sensory nin. As such, allowing her much more precision in her ability to find and keep on the heels of individual targets or groups through use of her enhanced sense of smell and ability to identify individuals and objects at long range. Will of Sand Will of Sand- Adding the element of her own chakra into the mixture of sand, Arashi is capable of faster and stronger sand manipulation and attacks. The extent of this control is due to the supply gathered within her gourd, granting the bonus of power, but limited to only the amount contained within it. As Kazuto sent his clone towards Gin, the young researcher would hear the footsteps and turn towards the new arrival with a frown. Placing down the stone he was studying, the man would face the clone with a glare before speaking.

"The hell do you want? I’m clearing working on something important here, so if you just came to chat you can buzz off.”

The clone would be forced to listen to Gin as he was berated with a needless amount of anger. Was the researcher just cranky, or did he have a reason to hate ninjas such as Kazuto? The answer as of right now was a mystery.

Inside of the temple, Kazuto’s clone would create an entrance in the wall for the two to enter from. Rather than ambush them with the stone wall blocking their view, it seemed the bandits chose to progress with their mission instead.

In response to Kazuto’s hand signs, Arashi would send out her sand once more to scout out what was up ahead. It wouldn’t take long for the sand to notice five bodies surrounding the two researchers arguing from earlier. And judging from how the two researchers were shivering, it seemed that they knew just what sort of position they were in.

Pocketing a fuinjutsu inscribed rock that was near the researchers, three bandits would surround the researchers while two of them kept watch. Judging from their body positions, it seemed they were questioning the researchers. Most likely trying to find where they stored all the artifacts they were studying.

Outside the temple, the clone of the Senju would stand before one of the researchers, the man named Gin and as the real of the Senju would stand guard at the entrance of the excavation site, the clone would receive a not so warm welcomed from the man that was working on something that had been recently dug up. The clone would raise an eyebrow at the reception that he had been subjected to but instead of turning away the features of the facsimile would soften and a warm smile would appear on the clone. "My apologies, I didn't wish to disrupt you. I just didn't have the chance to talk to you." He said as he gave a curt bow to the man in a way to ask apology. "I was hoping that I could ask you some questions sir, if you don't mind. This won't take long, I promise." The Clone said and awaited for the man whilst at the distance Kazuto stood guard. --- Inside the ruins the other clone would cautiously walk through the opening, at this point he was sure that if the group ahead had some form of detection he knew that the best possibility that they had to detain them would be moving fast and hard. Sticking close to the wall he would keep ahead and stick to the shadows, signaling Arashi to come behind him and deploy her sand so she could detect her enemies. His eyes went to the ceiling, calculating that the height of the ruins ceiling was at least about five meters, enough to allow a gap between the range of his technique and the ceiling to create some gap room. The Clone turned to Arashi as he finished the hand signs, waving at her and using sign language to convey orders. Grenades. Don't. Breath. Pollen. Use. Cover. Attack. With. Sand. He said as from his hands a trio of grenades emerged and the facsimile of the Senju would take a step forward, beginning as a trot as he would see the shape figures of the intruders through the faint outline of torches. Taking aim, pulling his arm back he would toss the first cone shaped grenade, flying over them as it would land with a thud, leaving wisps of pollen before the petals broke and a thick blanket of gold-white haze emerged as a cloud, a second grenade would bounce from a wall in front of intruders creating the same blanket, a third landed near the second, promising to enhance the blanket of pollen. Now exposed, the clone would slap his hands together, chakra molding whilst acting as a decoy, hoping that his distraction would serve Arashi to use her sand and attack from distance.

After weaving the corresponding hand signs, the user creates up to three lotus buds, its petals enclosed into the rough form of conical form. The grenades themselves are not durable, instead they filled with the same pollen found in Mokuton: Kajukai Kōrin [Wood Release: Advent of a World of Flowering Trees], as the petals break off they release a thick cloud of this pollen that covers a perimeter of fifteen meters, the technique is useful as it allows the user to cover their escape or advance, as well as it presents a danger to the opponent that inhales the pollen as it would render them unconscious in mere instances acting as a determent to advance into the cloud of pollen however like the parent technique, an enemy afflicted with this technique can overcome its effects if they have enough willpower, the effect of pollen lasts three turns. As the turn advance and the cloud disperses it loses its potency, its radius shrinking by five meters every turn until it completely disperses, this technique lasts for three turns.

The Branching Path

A true-born Senju, Kazuto has mastered Mokuton. Hailed as the one greatest master of the Kekkei Genkai, his abilities with Mokuton are held in high regard, mastering the many techniques for which the clan is renown whilst also bending his ingenuity to create a discipline of his own referred by those within the clan as merely the branching path and by him as Senbonzakura. His techniques can either be great in power and scope or subtle and deceptively simple, creating either durable wooden constructs, imaginative tools for a wide range of occasions or deadly hails storms of cherry blossom petals which Kazuto wields with great mastery.

Might of Heroes


Descendant of a great lineage, the blood of great and legendary heroes of the clan courses through the veins of Kazuto as they do with any other Senju. As such he has been bestowed with robust pools of chakra upon his birth. Through intense training and countless missions these pools of chakra have expanded quite considerably, becoming a Furnace of Might within him, allowing him to fight for longer periods of time and casting powerful techniques without much concern to run out of stamina. Although this chakra makes his control suffer, his impressive reserves make up for this deficit in control.

Paragon of War

His mind is as keen and sharp as blade recently sharpened by a whetstone. Through the learning of tactics, records, on field experience and on the fly ingenuity, the Senju is able to plan before, during and after a fierce fray. It is thanks to this that he can discern the correct course of action and what stratagems and actions should he take. He is able to read and keep the Flow of Battle as flexible as possible. His tactics range from the most subtle ambush within dark corridors to even the most brutal and grim battlefield.

Fell-Handed

After much study and training, Kazuto achieved the ability to weave hand seals and cast techniques with just One Hand. A rare skill among shinobi and a sign of great prowess, the Senju is able to form hand signs forgoing the need to bring the digits of both his hands together, he is able to string a number of techniques without worrying during a fray to be unable to complete techniques if someone targets his hand, as he is able to defend himself with the off-hand by either the use of a technique or by wielding a weapon.

Atramentar

An adept of shadows, Kazuto has shown himself to be quite proficient in the art of Assassination. He acts as a clinical apparition as he moves towards his enemies, driven by a relentless and ruthless zeal to dispatch his target and those that stand between him and his quarry with a cold and calculated fury that is unleashed in quick bursts as he launches himself against the enemy, striking fear as he leaves an ever present trail of vanquished enemies behind and very few, if any enemies behind at all.

Despite having a bit of a late start in keeping in time with the bandits, it wasn't too difficult for her to find out just where they were and just what was happening. As her sand came in contact with the group, her eyes would widen as she sensed that they had clearly gotten over to the group, her expression narrowing to that of concern as it looked like they were now confronting the two researchers. Though when it came to just how they were going to proceed, Arashi found herself with a rather puzzled look upon her face as she blinked for a moment. "Wait...ya not gonna..." As the scene of just what was going on in the depths further ahead playing before her senses, the young female would see that the clone was indeed serious on it's next moves, prompting the Suna nin to frown as she then began to take in one final breath, seeing the actions unfold before her as it appeared that the pods being released from her companion were indeed releasing spores into the air. That would leave Arashi to acting in defense of the two of them, as well as the researchers as she quickly began to make her way to cover. Keeping close to the side, her eyes would narrow as she waited for their unexpected company to make a move, leading to her allowing her sand to react to their movement, raising her palm upward as to shape the partials in the air previous to becoming much more active, their appearance shifting in size as they gathered together, forming into spears and shields as they began to rotate around the two researchers, allowing for the sand crafted weapons to move around toward the bandits as a means to threatened hold them at bay. Three shields, two spears. Each one floating as though with a will of their own as they actively followed the command of their summoner. Though now it was left to these individuals to decide just what their next move would be. Attempt an attack, or surrender just what it was that they had managed to pocket from the two individuals that were studying the walls prior to their arrival? One could only guess what was to come next, yet Arashi was remaining mindful. Not that she had much choice as she had to focus on not only her attack, but to keep holding her breath until this technique was finished. Seriously? Senju.... These constructs are made of hardened minerals, capable of taking and dealing considerable damage. The instant creation of these constructs can happen in that of a split second, though the size of these creations slows down their development, along with their regulated weight class, such as the difference between a war-hammer and that of a broad sword. "I do mind. You can go now.”

Turning his back on the Senju, Gin continued what he was doing earlier and fiddled with his rock. It seemed he didn’t plan on talking to the ninja, leaving the man standing next to him awkwardly.

As the Clone launched a pollen grenade towards the group, Kimi would shout out a quick order as she and Atsuo disappeared underground to avoid the pollen. One of the armored thieves would fall to the ground unconscious while the other one and another Kimi would charge towards the Clone and Arashi.

With a sword drawn, the remaining armored thief would launch a powerful slash at the Clone hoping to bisect him. The other Kimi would rush past him and towards Arashi, launching a kick at her if she was able to reach her without interruption.

On the other side of the hallway, Kimi and Atsuo would emerge from the ground and look to where the researchers were. Noticing the sand weapons surrounding the two prone bodies, Kimi would let out a grimace before whispering to Atsuo.

"Seems we’re going to need to find some more researchers. You know what to do.”

Bolting off in the other direction, Kimi would run deeper into the temple while Atsuo created another earthen wall. Thanks to the wall, the pollen circulating through the area would be boxed in, forcing those giving chase to deal with the pollen before dealing with the wall. Using such a technique in close quarters had backfired, and Atsuo had been sure to capitalize on it.

Description
Iwa Bunshin no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu that utilizes rock to create a Bunshin clone. Unlike a normal Bunshin, the Iwa Bunshin has the ability to interact more with the environment due to it having physical substance. This allows the clone to carry out limited attacks on its target. If the Iwa Bunshin is injured, the clone will usually revert back into its natural rock state. It should be noted however, out of all of the elemental clones the Iwa Bunshin is the most difficult to destroy, often taking extreme amounts of force or raiton techniques to destroy it.

Description
Moguragakure no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu utilizing the Earth Element. This technique allows the ninja to burrow into the ground and hide out of sight. This allows them to avoid attack or hide underground. This technique is commonly used to bury large amounts of explosives. It should be noted that the user can not travel while underground, they only may be in the hollowed out area made by the technique.

Description
Doro Gaeshi is a defensive Ninjutsu utilizing the Earth Element. After striking the ground with their hands, a large wall of earth will rise into place as defense. The defense is not perfect though, a hard or drilling impact can puncture the wall.

Reacting quickly he would push the through curtain of pollen that he had created, hands still coming together as he saw two figures in emerging from the golden smoke whilst the sound of earth moving and the rumble of the ancient stones of the temple. He carried on, chakra building on his left arm as pushed forward towards the larger of the two figures. Arm pulling back as he noticed the shape of a sword raised high before he would slice the very air. The Clone would push the arm forward, as a revenant claw of a beast would emerge forward, slicing through the air and the shroud of pollen. Armor would be sliced open as the claws of of wind rend the plates of steel as the man was pushed forward. The swordsman flew as the trial of the technique created a draft, pulling the accumulated pollen creating a safe path before the man that had endured the knock out effects of the grenade would slam against the earthen wall like a hammer and crack it, creating a whole that allowed the draft of air to pull the pollen. The clone would pursue forward sure that Arashi would take care of what he could only assume would be the clone of one of the two women. He looked back at her, flicking signs. "Arashi!" The Clone screamed, his voice echoing against the walls. "The clone is a decoy, the real ones are moving ahead" the doppelganger said flicking hand signs for her to decode. Take. It. Down. Follow. Inform. The. Real. Me. And thusly the clone moved in, through the opening. --- Above, the clone awkwardly stood as the man rejected him, shaking his head before going back and shrugging at the real one before a distant rumble from the temple came on. It was then when the real Senju would looked to the clone and nodded, the hidden message between them happening as Kazuto would weave another set of hand seals, like before tendrils of chakra would emerge from his body and coalesced into another creation. The two clones stayed in the digging site as the real Kazuto would set into the entrance of the temple, ignoring the head researcher as he wanted explanations, and as that happened he would reveal the suit underneath the robes that he wore, producing the helm and putting it on, the hiss of the ceiling collar being the last noise that he would produce as he would stick to the shadows.

By using kneading the chakra, the user is able to transform his tissues into vine-like constructs. Then, by activating the vines, stimulating them to grow rapidly, they lengthen at high speed ending in hands composed by durable vines that can be manipulated as if they were composed of actual digits, with this the user is able to use the wine-arms like whips or by even grasp objects with finesses as well swing themselves from above the ground. If the technique receives damage at the base of the technique below the elbow, the damage is transferred to the user.

DESCRIPTION:
By invigorating one's entire body with chakra, a shinobi can seemingly disappear and reappear in another location faster than most people can see. Often times one's movements are disguised with the use of an extra element, be it a smoke bomb, leaves, water, sand, etc. in order to hide the user's trajectory from those with skilled eyes. Though it mimics teleportation, it is important to remember this jutsu merely boosts the agility of its user. As useful as this technique is, it can only be used 4 times in a battle thread, compounding in exertion and difficulty each time. with any more usages beyond that result in muscle tears in the legs from overexertion. The hand seal for this technique must be held until the shinobi reaches their destination, making it impossible to utilize other techniques regardless of any preparation.

A true-born Senju, Kazuto has mastered Mokuton. Hailed as the one greatest master of the Kekkei Genkai, his abilities with Mokuton are held in high regard, mastering the many techniques for which the clan is renown whilst also bending his ingenuity to create a discipline of his own referred by those within the clan as merely the branching path and by him as Senbonzakura. His techniques can either be great in power and scope or subtle and deceptively simple, creating either durable wooden constructs, imaginative tools for a wide range of occasions or deadly hails storms of cherry blossom petals which Kazuto wields with great mastery.

Might of Heroes


Descendant of a great lineage, the blood of great and legendary heroes of the clan courses through the veins of Kazuto as they do with any other Senju. As such he has been bestowed with robust pools of chakra upon his birth. Through intense training and countless missions these pools of chakra have expanded quite considerably, becoming a Furnace of Might within him, allowing him to fight for longer periods of time and casting powerful techniques without much concern to run out of stamina. Although this chakra makes his control suffer, his impressive reserves make up for this deficit in control.


Paragon of War

His mind is as keen and sharp as blade recently sharpened by a whetstone. Through the learning of tactics, records, on field experience and on the fly ingenuity, the Senju is able to plan before, during and after a fierce fray. It is thanks to this that he can discern the correct course of action and what stratagems and actions should he take. He is able to read and keep the Flow of Battle as flexible as possible. His tactics range from the most subtle ambush within dark corridors to even the most brutal and grim battlefield.


Fell-Handed

After much study and training, Kazuto achieved the ability to weave hand seals and cast techniques with just One Hand. A rare skill among shinobi and a sign of great prowess, the Senju is able to form hand signs forgoing the need to bring the digits of both his hands together, he is able to string a number of techniques without worrying during a fray to be unable to complete techniques if someone targets his hand, as he is able to defend himself with the off-hand by either the use of a technique or by wielding a weapon.


Atramentar

An adept of shadows, Kazuto has shown himself to be quite proficient in the art of Assassination. He acts as a clinical apparition as he moves towards his enemies, driven by a relentless and ruthless zeal to dispatch his target and those that stand between him and his quarry with a cold and calculated fury that is unleashed in quick bursts as he launches himself against the enemy, striking fear as he leaves an ever present trail of vanquished enemies behind and very few, if any enemies behind at all.

"And leave the researchers?!" The brief moment of allowed air prompted Arashi to speak out her surprise at this decision of action, her body moving backward as she could see her opponent move in. While it may have very well been a clone, it was certainly moving with the skill of a trained combatant. Narrowing her eyes, she'd sweep her hand to the side, calling the sand spear forth to defend her from the assault coming upon her as she brandish it within the air. Blocking it's intended charge, her gaze would shift toward the clone before then allowing her form to take on a more fluid form as she'd break into dust before then reforming around her target as she'd appear at their back with her elbow slamming backward against the female copy, intending to knock her back into the wall before calling forth the sand spear once more as she moved to the side as it would charge forward to stab the duplicate within the back. Looking to see the wood clone already having begun to move, the Suna nin would frown before turning back toward the floating shields that surrounding the two prone individuals, prompting it to float down as she began to construct a half dome around them as to keep them secure for the time begin. After all, there was no telling just what they were really doing, and no way to ask at the moment with them unconscious. This is gettin outta hand... Before long, the young female would proceed after the wood clone, moving after them as she began to speak into the ear-piece as she ran. "Kazuto! We've confronted opposition and are in pursuit! They are moving through the area and likely are on route to ya! They are in possession of....somethin they got off the researchers!!" SPOILER: Click to show -S.A Used- Will of Sand Will of Sand- Adding the element of her own chakra into the mixture of sand, Arashi is capable of faster and stronger sand manipulation and attacks. The extent of this control is due to the supply gathered within her gourd, granting the bonus of power, but limited to only the amount contained within it. This ability makes her constructions more dense and harder to break down, and the swiftness of their creation is instant rather than requiring the prior time of build-up as before due to the strengthened bond between Arashi and Shukaku. All-Covering Forests and Ten Thousand Things Assimilate Technique A technique that Arashi learned from Shukaku, it was grafted upon the creativity and consumption of a variety of different environments and adapting them to the needs of the user. When Arashi first learned of this, she used them simply as a means of allowing her to move with the usage of her sand, traveling among the currents of the wind from one place to the next. Though over time, she has adapted to them and made that very nature part of herself and learned to manipulate it to more than just the desert itself. With this growing understanding, comes her ability to use it to better suit her needs. Such as assimilation of Steel into her skin, or ash to the very minerals that build up the sand she controls to her will. This knowledge grants her the means to take these parts of her environment and impart them into her very being. While this is a short lived experience, they aid her in her ability to control the situation and to protect herself from threats that her Ultimate Sand Defense can not predict and allow for her to better protect herself. This sensing sand can be spread across a wide terrain of 100 feet, or even float in the air allowing aerial foes to be detected for an extended range of 150 feet due to it's lack of being stationary. Once the sand comes in contact with a person, it will wrap itself around them, rendering even invisible targets, visible. NAME: Suna no sōzō: Āsenaruasaruto [Sand Creation:Arsenal Assault][x3 Shields/x2 Spears] RANK: B CHAKRA USAGE: Medium CLASSIFICATION: Ninjutsu DESCRIPTION: A technique that requires as much imagination as it does skill, the user is capable of manipulating the density of the sand around them and construct a variety of weapons and defenses. These constructs are made of hardened minerals, capable of taking and dealing considerable damage. The instant creation of these constructs can happen in that of a split second, though the size of these creations slows down their development, along with their regulated weight class, such as the difference between a war-hammer and that of a broad sword. Yet, these can be no bigger than the actual size of their physical design. They can be reshaped though in mid-combat, adjusting to the change in situation. NAME: Suna no Tate [ Sand Shield] RANK: C CHAKRA USAGE: Medium CLASSIFICATION: Ninjutsu ELEMENT: Jiton DESCRIPTION: A rather simple yet powerful technique, the surrounds himself in sand, either in the form of a in shapeless form that is aimed to intercept incoming strikes or in a layered sphere of Iron Sand compressed to such an extent that it becomes as hard as stone. It is also capable of repairing surface damage by shifting the sand over a flaw in it's defense, making it an incredibly useful technique. Senju Kazuto Oonakayama Arashi

Using superior force and the Mokuton, Kazuto’s clone was able to easily deal with the thief charging towards him. With blood rapidly draining out of his body, the thief would quietly gurgle on his own blood as his unconscious partner was slammed into the wall. And with the way clear, the clone would follow in pursuit of the duo that had managed to escape.

As the clone chased his prey, Arashi would create a sand spear in front of her to stop the assault of Kimi’s clone. Stopping abruptly to avoid the weapon, the clone was caught off guard as Arashi appeared behind her and hit her with her elbow, slamming her into the wall. Pushing off the wall and to the right, Kimi’s clone managed to avoid most of the spear as it only pierced her side. With rocks crumbling down its wounded side, the clone would turn and kick off the wall and towards Arashi. Once it was close enough, it would aim a blow towards her head, regardless of any of her attacks that would come toward it. It seemed its goal was to damage Arashi somewhat before perishing.

The moment Kazuto headed into the temple to cut off Kimi and Atsuo, four shadows would emerge from the trees and rush towards the two clones. Two of them equipped with swords would attempt to attack one of the clones on both sides with a combined assault. One would swing for the head while the other would aim for the legs.

The third thief would send his chakra into the earth and launch several earthen plates towards the final clone from beneath their feet. If hit, the clone would have the plates slam into their midsection and be winded. The final thief would loop around to the left and head towards the head researcher.

NAME: Doton: Doeirou [Earth Release: Earth Life Imprisonment]

DESCRIPTION:
By focusing chakra into the earth, the user forces several small plates of earth to shoot from below the target's feet anywhere within a ten meter radius of the user, slamming into their mid-section, robbing them of their movement and winding them. This technique can be avoided if the target knows it's coming.

As the clone would push forward, the doppelgänger would take a look back at Arashi, hoping that she would deal with the clone that had been left behind, hoping that her abilities and her sand techniques would be enough to save the day so she could join it. Darkness met him, only dispelled by the torched that had been placed on scones on the wall and the few braziers here and there, motes of orange mingling with the deepest black. Hand signs would be woven preparing to counter to whatever the thieves would have for both Arashi and itself. --- On the Surface, the ploy of the thieves was revealed and as the real Kazuto would enter the depths of the ruins, the clones that had been left behind would be ambushed. Two men bearing swords emerged from the brush of the jungle, swords aiming to the head and midsection of the first clone. Hand signs would be woven in the ephemeral seconds as the arc of the blades drew closer and closer, the edges threatening to pierce the clone and turn it into wood fit for the fireplace. Chakra energized the body of the clone, energy moving through every inch of the facsimile before a white haze would replace where the clone had been and the swordsmen would cut through the haze and cut towards each other. The clone materialized again, appearing like an apparition next to the thief that went for the head researcher, chakra swirling in its hand as it would rotate quickly until an orb of energy was conjured, pushing the orb with his hand he would strike the thief, aiming for some place between the hip and shoulder as the blast would resound like a thunderclap and engulf the man and would violently toss him away against a dilapidated pillar. Meanwhile, the last clone, aware of the distress would bring both hands together, chakra swirling about him and his skin turning dark and hard like diamond as plates of earth would smash against him, breaking like glass against rock. Shaking his head the clone would weave a set of hand signs and move towards the last of the red thieves. --- Inside the temple, the real Kazuto could hear the battle that was ensuing, they were more than just a handful. They had been waiting for this moment. Slinking in the shadows, he found a place that suited him and activated the seal of his armor, allowing himself to be no smaller than a small animal, and allowing the darkness to make of him a shade as nothing of his scent remained. He had now need only to wait. Orbs still in hand. Patience is all he needed at the moment

A jutsu that requires no hand seals, the Rasengan is formed by spinning the users chakra on the palm of their hands, therefore creating a rotating sphere of chakra. Considered to be an example of the highest form of shape transformation, on contact grinds and encompasses into its target, propelling them, either away from the user up to a distance of seventy meters or into the ground beneath them, creating a big crater in the process, and at some point bursts, causing severe damage at the point of contact.

Description
Doton: Yari is a Ninjutsu based off of the Maisou no Jutsu of Takigakure. After forming the needed Snake handseal, the user will harden their body using the Earth Element. This provides greater defense against attack and will also strengthen their arm to increase their striking ability. Like other Doton based jutsu, it is weak against Raiton attacks. It should also be noted that this version is much, much weaker than the Taki clan's true embodiment technique.

Battle Music Arashi had begun her dash toward the entrance, yet it seemed that the task of dealing with the clones had yet to be finished. As she could feel the impact of the strike against her sand barrier from the back, the girl would turn slowly in it's direction, her eyes flaring with a golden hue as she then would seem to cause the spears of sand to quickly encircle the female being. It was only moments later they would surge inward, their edges attempting to pierce through the duplicate as the teen would prepare for what came next. Her hand drawn upward, the sand weapons would disperse and shift shape into that of an enclosed misshaped sphere that would close the clone off from the world before squeezing it tightly as to break every bone. At that point, she didn't have time to waste on considering the life of another, especially something that wasn't real to begin with. With the implosion that followed after, the task was complete, and so she hoped was the being within it. As the deed was done, she'd swiftly summon the sand back into her gourd, prompting her movement once more through the entry point as she raced to catch up with the wooden clone of Kazuto. Leaving the dome behind to protect the researchers that were left there for the moment. Soon enough, her eyes would revert back to their normal hue, her approach to the doppelganger halted as they faced darkness with very little light. "Perfect..." Taking a moment to release a deep breath, the young female would then take in a breath, sniffing the air as she used her enhanced smell to pick up on the odors of the area. It had been only a brief moment, but she could remember their scent as she began to move forward into the dark. "Lets go..." Following her nose as it were, the shinobi of the sand would proceed forward, only having her nose to guide her, yet also hoping that the clone would have her back if there were any left over traps in the midst of their resurgence toward the surface. They had only moments to lose, and with their targets having such a good lead, it was likely that Kazuto would run into them before they did. SPOILER: Click to show -S.A Used- Ultimate Defense A Skill granted by her continued use and developed relationship with Shukaku over the continued use of his control over sand, Arashi has a stronger connection to the element, allowing her to use it at a much more intensive rate than before. As such, her defenses are much more adapt and capable of taking on stronger attacks and reinforcing itself at faster speed. This adaptation to the sand shield allows for it's reaction time to have increased and make it more challenging for attacks to connect and break through the first layer, while acting still on the natural inclinations of auto-repairing itself for the next strike. Will of Sand Will of Sand- Adding the element of her own chakra into the mixture of sand, Arashi is capable of faster and stronger sand manipulation and attacks. The extent of this control is due to the supply gathered within her gourd, granting the bonus of power, but limited to only the amount contained within it. Enhanced Smell Somehow, Arashi has gained an enhanced sense of smell. It appears that she’s been hanging around dogs for too long and has obtained a sense of smell that rivals that of a blood hound. In reality, she has simply discovered that by channeling some chakra to her nose she can enhance the cells within it and gain a super sense of smell that may act as a sensor and tracking technique. She can smell out strangers, steel and various other things. Arashi may retract her chakra from her nose as well to make her sense of smell return to normal. Due in most regards to her heavily enhanced sense of smell, With her continued usage of this ability, she has now become capable of near passively monitoring the exact range of a target and their positioning within 250 meters. (Able to turn "off and on" this enhanced sense at the 'prick' of chakra to her nose) Hunter's Instinct With her training from her mother, along with the lessons she learned from her time with the Saeko's Clan, Arashi adapted her tracking ability to a level similar to that of a sensory nin. The instant creation of these constructs can happen in that of a split second, though the size of these creations slows down their development, along with their regulated weight class, such as the difference between a war-hammer and that of a broad sword. Yet, these can be no bigger than the actual size of their physical design. They can be reshaped though in mid-combat, adjusting to the change in situation. It is also capable of repairing surface damage by shifting the sand over a flaw in it's defense, making it an incredibly useful technique. There is one rather large flaw however, in that the user's visibility is completely null when inside the sphere of Sand. NAME: Sabaku Kyū [Sand Binding Coffin] RANK: A CHAKRA USAGE: Low CLASSIFICATION: Ninjutsu ELEMENT: Jiton DESCRIPTION: After wrapping the opponent within chakra infused sand the user will cause the sand to implode and crush whatever is within it. The pressure also causes the target's blood to seep through the sand.. Senju Kazuto Oonakayama Arashi

The two bandits would miss the clone they were aiming at as it vanished in a puff of air. Pulling back at the last minute, the two bandits managed to avoid cutting each other before turning to where the clone had vanished. The clone, materializing before the thief that was going for the head researcher, would slam a rasengan into the approaching enemy. The ball of energy would tear through his stomach and send his body slamming into a nearby pillar. He would be dead before he hit the ground.

In retaliation for their friend’s death, the two thieves would bolt off in different directions towards the nearby scientists. If they weren’t stopped, they would grab whoever was closest and hold a sword to their neck, keeping the researchers hostage.

The earthen plates sent at Kazuto’s other clone would shatter against his chest, leaving behind a scratch at most. Following up his attack, the thief in crimson clothes would strike his hands onto the ground and force the rocks surrounding the approaching clone to twist up and surround him. As it surrounded him, the rocks would come closer and closer in order to eventually blend up the wooden clone.

Inside the temple, Arashi would block the clone’s attack with her sand before killing it inside a sphere of sand. Leaving behind the dome to protect the researchers, she would continue onwards down the dark tunnel, following her nose.

Kimi and Atsuo would continue their advance through the tunnel and would soon be approaching where Kazuto lay hidden. Thanks to his armor, he would not be revealed leaving them unaware of his position.

Description
Retsudo Tenshou is a Ninjutsu utilizing the Earth Element. This technique allows the ninja to control nearby stone and rock. When the ninja forms the needed hand seals and slams their palm to the ground, surrounding rock will begin to churn and twist up crushing all those trapped within it. It should be noted that the user of the technique must keep their hands in contact with the ground for the technique to continue.

[Senju Kazuto]

On the surface time dilated as the swordsmen had avoided slashing at each other. Where once there had been hope for sprays of arterial red skill had prevailed. The screams of the lead researcher and the crash of stone would be drown by the echo of the blast of the Rasengan and the crunch of revolting earth coming towards the clone that stood still, hand flicking the last signs as if it last ticks of a clock that heralded the hour of doom of the enemies before the facsimile. The deep croak of tree trunks in the deep resonated and as chakra seeped below and turned errant root into a vine that snaked from the floor with the crack of lightning as a new forest was given a violent birth inside another The crimson thief that lived first would fall pray to technique first, tendrils would push his hand and seek to undo the technique before the vine-like tendrils snaked along his arm and legs, growing as they would seek to crush his limb with the sound of broken eggs before it would seek to trap him, crushing him under the pressure of living trees. It was at the same time that trees would emerge around the swordsmen as they sped towards the other archeologists. Branches and limbs as thick as tree trunks dance around the men as they would seek to stop them and at the same time crush them. As it watched the clone that stood next to the researcher would nod at him, telling him to move away from the entrance, as the sounds of footsteps from the deep became more clear. The clone would hand signs and stay on the entrance, as if he was awaiting for however came to come through or for a sign to enact the plan. --- The sounds of battle from the outside unconcerned him. He had closed his eyes as he tried to pick the sound of steps. Still and immobile like a statue, he would see both women streak by him, towards the light of the entrance. As time dilated he would weave the two toss the two orbs, aiming above them, leaving the fuse inactive by purpose as a diversion. He extended his hand as the air around it ionized, and a flash shone in the darkness that overwhelmed the light at the end of the tunnel, a wolf emerged in from of lightning and it sped towards them, jagged maw open, seeking to end them both. -- Behind the sound of muffled sound of battle and a faint electrical discharge would prop the clone to move forward, looking behind as he heard the slither of sand over stone and knew that Arashi would be behind it. Hand seals waving as well as it prepared the last bit of chakra that it had allotted to it.

The Branching Path

A true-born Senju, Kazuto has mastered Mokuton. Hailed as the one greatest master of the Kekkei Genkai, his abilities with Mokuton are held in high regard, mastering the many techniques for which the clan is renown whilst also bending his ingenuity to create a discipline of his own referred by those within the clan as merely the branching path and by him as Senbonzakura. His techniques can either be great in power and scope or subtle and deceptively simple, creating either durable wooden constructs, imaginative tools for a wide range of occasions or deadly hails storms of cherry blossom petals which Kazuto wields with great mastery.

Might of Heroes


Descendant of a great lineage, the blood of great and legendary heroes of the clan courses through the veins of Kazuto as they do with any other Senju. As such he has been bestowed with robust pools of chakra upon his birth. Through intense training and countless missions these pools of chakra have expanded quite considerably, becoming a Furnace of Might within him, allowing him to fight for longer periods of time and casting powerful techniques without much concern to run out of stamina. Although this chakra makes his control suffer, his impressive reserves make up for this deficit in control.

Paragon of War

His mind is as keen and sharp as blade recently sharpened by a whetstone. Through the learning of tactics, records, on field experience and on the fly ingenuity, the Senju is able to plan before, during and after a fierce fray. It is thanks to this that he can discern the correct course of action and what stratagems and actions should he take. He is able to read and keep the Flow of Battle as flexible as possible. His tactics range from the most subtle ambush within dark corridors to even the most brutal and grim battlefield.

Fell-Handed

After much study and training, Kazuto achieved the ability to weave hand seals and cast techniques with just One Hand. A rare skill among shinobi and a sign of great prowess, the Senju is able to form hand signs forgoing the need to bring the digits of both his hands together, he is able to string a number of techniques without worrying during a fray to be unable to complete techniques if someone targets his hand, as he is able to defend himself with the off-hand by either the use of a technique or by wielding a weapon.

Atramentar

An adept of shadows, Kazuto has shown himself to be quite proficient in the art of Assassination. He acts as a clinical apparition as he moves towards his enemies, driven by a relentless and ruthless zeal to dispatch his target and those that stand between him and his quarry with a cold and calculated fury that is unleashed in quick bursts as he launches himself against the enemy, striking fear as he leaves an ever present trail of vanquished enemies behind and very few, if any enemies behind at all.

DESCRIPTION:
After a single handseal Raiton chakra is sent to the user's hand. The user then makes lightning expand into the form of a hound or wolf, and remains connected to it by a chain of lighting. The user can make the beast go as far as thirty five meters before the user's direct control of it from such a distance starts to strain the user's chakra pool. This jutsu's deadliness stems from its unpredictability, though if the opponent is struck by the wolf, one will find their body rocked with a powerful charge of lightning, enough to throw a them off their feet and incapacitated.

Battle Music "Just what in the hell did they take anyway?" Arashi would say this as she continued to move forward, moving through the tunnels of the temple as she continued to follow the scent that she had gathered from the two. The path was winding, and as it appeared that they might have reached their goal, she'd finally see the two moving ahead of them, her expression becoming stern as she increased her pursuit. Though as they drew closer to the light at the end of the tunnel, a short flash would come out as what appeared to be a wolf would surge out from the burst, seeming to threaten to take out the two bandits as they were the first one's at the supposed exit. Of course, as the young female reeled back, she'd see the clone had already begun to prepare for something else, leading to her frowning as much of it's actions today had either been reckless or overboard. Especially with a such a relic within their possession. But perhaps this alone would work as a means to threaten them, even startle them for a moment to allow for her to make her move. After all, they only needed to contain them so that they could very well get back what was taken. Which held more value to the off-chance of it getting destroyed by such an attack. I only get one shot at this.... With the distraction of incoming electric doom likely taking more pressing over Arashi's arrival, perhaps even her presence in general, the Sunagakure nin would send out the sand from her gourd yet again, prompting it to surge out as it would then seem to create a covering over the ground. It would be difficult, but she imagined the structure of the temple could take it, leading to her slamming her hands down upon the ground, prompting it to begin sinking the two down into it, dragging their lower limbs and holding them in place as she would attempt to immobilize them from going any further. It was a long shot,though at the very least in their struggle they might very well drop the scroll they had taken. Or if worse came to it, she could help in the electrical assault from going through. But Arashi was thinking that perhaps it wouldn't...considering what she had seen of the two so far. Yet in her doing this, she'd blink as she began to hear the sounds happening outside, prompting her to hold a more gritted expression. "Are they more of them outside!?" SPOILER: Click to show -S.A Used- Ultimate Defense A Skill granted by her continued use and developed relationship with Shukaku over the continued use of his control over sand, Arashi has a stronger connection to the element, allowing her to use it at a much more intensive rate than before. As such, her defenses are much more adapt and capable of taking on stronger attacks and reinforcing itself at faster speed. This adaptation to the sand shield allows for it's reaction time to have increased and make it more challenging for attacks to connect and break through the first layer, while acting still on the natural inclinations of auto-repairing itself for the next strike. Will of Sand Will of Sand- Adding the element of her own chakra into the mixture of sand, Arashi is capable of faster and stronger sand manipulation and attacks. The extent of this control is due to the supply gathered within her gourd, granting the bonus of power, but limited to only the amount contained within it. This ability makes her constructions more dense and harder to break down, and the swiftness of their creation is instant rather than requiring the prior time of build-up as before due to the strengthened bond between Arashi and Shukaku. Enhanced Smell Somehow, Arashi has gained an enhanced sense of smell. It appears that she’s been hanging around dogs for too long and has obtained a sense of smell that rivals that of a blood hound. In reality, she has simply discovered that by channeling some chakra to her nose she can enhance the cells within it and gain a super sense of smell that may act as a sensor and tracking technique. She can smell out strangers, steel and various other things. Arashi may retract her chakra from her nose as well to make her sense of smell return to normal. Due in most regards to her heavily enhanced sense of smell, With her continued usage of this ability, she has now become capable of near passively monitoring the exact range of a target and their positioning within 250 meters. (Able to turn "off and on" this enhanced sense at the 'prick' of chakra to her nose) Hunter's Instinct With her training from her mother, along with the lessons she learned from her time with the Saeko's Clan, Arashi adapted her tracking ability to a level similar to that of a sensory nin.
