A large hot spring in the city center of Kumogakure no Sato has received complaints from the female visitors. Apparently, there is a peeping tom who is lurking around in the females' hot springs. The staff has noticed that the peeping tom appears at the springs between 3 PM and 7 PM. The pest needs to be caught before the hot spring starts to lose it's customers and more importantly, it's money.
