Universal

NAME: Shindō Ken [Vibration Sword]

RANK: B

CHAKRA USAGE:  Medium-low

CLASSIFICATION: Bukijutsu

ELEMENT: N/A

Prerequisites: Miburui no Ken

DESCRIPTION:

When one has learned the ability to create vibrations in their sword (and other weapons) for an enhanced cutting edge, the obvious next step is to learn the ability to create vibrations in other people's swords (and other weapons). These are different to the cutting edge vibations, and instead cause the handle to resonate out of frequency with the hand holding it, causing irritation and a numbing sensation that makes it harder to grasp the blade properly, making it easier to disarm them. Though, this buzzing in the handle is very obvious and easy to detect, and also easy to stop by gasping the sword with their spare hand.

It's overall cost is low, as this is more a specialised way of swinging the sword rather than anything fancy like it's cousin, though skill in it's cousin is needed to be able to swing the sword this way, so it all works out in the end.

Universal

NAME: Shindō Hone [Bone Vibration]

RANK: A

CHAKRA USAGE: Medium

CLASSIFICATION: Bukijutsu

ELEMENT: N/A

Prerequisites: Shindō Ken

DESCRIPTION:

Growing in skill, the user can make a firmer strike to make more hostile vibrations in the enemy's weapon, making them feel as if their skeleton is rattling, without hitting it so hard that the weapon breaks or cancels itself out. The precision on top of the force makes for a more straining technique than it's little brother, but it is overall a better technique for the usage. Though the vibrations are still easy to detect and stop.

Universal

NAME: Shiakatsu [Death-Grip]

RANK: A

CHAKRA USAGE: Medium-High

CLASSIFICATION: Bukijutsu

ELEMENT: None

Prerequisites: Kouritutekina no Ken, Shindō Hone

DESCRIPTION:

An advancement over Bone Vibration, this technique creates oscillating vibrations that cause the hand and wrist holding the sword to spasm and lock up, becoming stiff like a corpse. This lack of mobility and flexibility is very dangerous for a Bukijutsu user, and so the advantage of lies with the enemy once the weapon is set to buzzing like this. Additionally, learning from the lessons of Kouritutekina no Ken, the practitioner can dampen the strain of usage some, though it is still quite the technique to use. Though, the flaws of the style still exist.

Universal

NAME: Seishin Shindō [Ghostly Vibrations]

RANK: S

CHAKRA USAGE: Medium-High

CLASSIFICATION: Bukijutsu

ELEMENT: None

Shiakatsu, Eien no Seishin

DESCRIPTION:

With the lessons gained from the apex of the cousin style, one can set about ghostly vibrations within the sword, a buzzing the likes of which is difficult to detect without supernal understanding of one's sword, or mastery of either style. These vibrations have a similar effect to Death-Grip, and lessons learned from Eternal Ghost allow them to be of similar strain to use, physically.

General:
Please properly follow the template. The top part is meant to list the restrictions of the jutsu (Universal, village, clan, personal, etc.)

The requirement line that you deleted from the template is where you'd list the prerequisite jutsu, and also link it.

Review will continue once these issues are fixed.

Shindō Ken [Vibration Sword]:
What is "medium-low" cost?

Make it clear that the user's weapon must come in contact with the opponent's weapon.

"... easy to stop by gasping..."

Shiakatsu [Death-Grip]:
What is "medium-high" cost?

Provide a link to Kouritutekina no Ken

The way this technique is written makes it seem like the user is the one being affected. Please write your techniques from the perspective of the user, and in a way that someone who hasn't read what the prerequisites do can understand the effects of the jutsu.

Seishin Shindō [Ghostly Vibrations]:
What is "medium-high" cost?

Provide a link to Eien no Seishin

Same problem as the previous jutsu. Reading only this description gives absolutely no information on what the technique actually does or who it's affecting.
