Toru and Umi are charged with guarding a ship full of valuable supplies that is sailing to Kibishī Yokubō no Shima a minor island along Mizu no Kuni. However to get there it is known that there are some pirate brigades and some with shinobi training which is why two shinobi are placed on this ship to protect it.
