Layered hypnosis NAME: Enki Meikai-sa [Weaken Resolve] RANK: D CHAKRA USAGE: Very Low [Continuous] CLASSIFICATION: Genjutsu ELEMENT: N/A HANDSEALS: N/A TRIGGER: Verbal Cues. REQUIREMENT: Layered Hypnosis DESCRIPTION: To engage this genjutsu the user disperses their chakra around the subject while speaking to them. It does not matter what the user says so long as they speak in a soft, clear, and rhythmic manner. While doing so they slowly feed their chakra into the target to disrupt the normal flow of their chakra. It does not matter what words the user says, so long as they keep a constant rhythem, and tone.  It is a particular pattern that must be used.  Each post the user needs to say enough to fill a Haiku.  17 sylables broken into a 5 7 5 patters; nothing more, and nothing less.  Any speech deviating from this pattern will dispell this effect and force the user to start fresh.  Likewise, while a sentence can be broken up between the 5 7 5, a single word may not be broken up as such.  It need not rhyme or possess any other qualities of a haiku, so long as it matches the speaking pattern.  When under the effect of this jutsu the subject will find it more difficult to not focus their attention on the user, and will find them increasingly more captivating. While this jutsu has no other outward effects, it opens the subject up for further influence from hypnosis techniques. Each post rotation that the target remains under the effect of this genjutsu, they count as one rank lower for resisting the effects of further hypnosis. Using this jutsu is difficult under calm circumstances, but impossible in battle. Even minor chaos can distract the target, so this jutsu requires a peaceful setting in order to function.

NAME: Aita Shisō [Trance State] RANK: C CHAKRA USAGE: Low [Continuous] CLASSIFICATION: Genjutsu ELEMENT: N/A HANDSEALS: N/A TRIGGER: Item Focus REQUIREMENT: Layered Hypnosis DESCRIPTION: The focus for this technique is any mundane item capable of reflecting light, and that is not a weapon. This can be anything like a pocket watch, a mirror, a pendant on a chain, a ring, a decent sized and shiny coin, or generally anything that is both non-threatening and mundane. Likewise, the user needs to have cast the Enki Meikai-sa [Weaken Resolve] genjutsu on the subject beforehand. Enacting this technique requires the user to flash their item focus in a way that draws attention to it. So long as the user focuses fully on the item focus, the user’s chakra will infiltrate the subject’s network and begin manipulating its flow. This works on most non-shinobi or willing participants almost immediately, however it will only function on shinobi once the user has used the Weaken Resolve jutsu long enough to render them effectively E rank. Once this genjutsu is successfully cast, the victim will fall into a waking sleep wherein they will remain fully aware of their surroundings, but unable to act in any capacity. Even resisting this genjutsu becomes impossible until the Trance State is broken. Subjects lose any emotion, ambition, or feelings. They become an open canvass for more advanced hypnosis techniques. This technique overrides and replaces the Enki Meikai-sa[Weaken Resolve] jutsu required to cast it.

list any restrictions here NAME: Gazō no Kako [Implanted Memory] RANK: C CHAKRA USAGE: Low [Low] CLASSIFICATION: Genjutsu ELEMENT: N/A HANDSEALS: N/A TRIGGER: Verbal Cues REQUIREMENT: Layered Hypnosis DESCRIPTION: One the user has their subject under the sway of their Trance State genjutsu they are able to implant false memories in their user’s mind. This is done by literally telling the user verbally what the new memory is. These memories are permanent, until they are dispelled. These memories may be either very detailed, or extremely vague, and will seem completely natural and real to the victim in every way. It costs both a low cost to cast this jutsu, and a low cost to keep it tangled subtly in their mind when it is done.

list any restrictions here NAME: Kumotta Kako [Mental Block] RANK: C CHAKRA USAGE: Low [Low] CLASSIFICATION: Genjutsu ELEMENT: N/A HANDSEALS: N/A TRIGGER: Verbal Cues REQUIREMENT: Layered Hypnosis DESCRIPTION: Once the user has their subject under the effect of their Trance State jutsu, they are able to create mental blocks on the user’s memory. While this does not physically remove the memories, it does cause the user to be unable to recall the memory ever happening. It will not seem as though the user "should know but can’t remember”, but instead will seem as though the memory never existed. Like most hypnosis techniques, this genjutsu is permanent until dispelled. This jutsu does not alter memories, nor does it reveal memories to the user. It only blocks the memory, and convinces the subject the memory should never have existed anyway.  It costs both a low cost to cast this jutsu, and a low cost to keep it tangled in the user's subconscious.

list any restrictions here NAME: Kami no hōrei [Conditioning] RANK: B CHAKRA USAGE: Low [Continuous] CLASSIFICATION: Genjutsu ELEMENT: N/A HANDSEALS: N/A TRIGGER: Verbal Cues REQUIREMENT: Layered Hypnosis DESCRIPTION: After the user has their subject in a Trance State, they are able to condition their mind to react in pre-programmed ways to specific stimuli. This sort of pavlovian conditioning is made easier through the user’s chakra, however this is still a very difficult trick to pull off. Convincing the subject to bark like a dog when they hear a bell ring is simple enough, requiring only a single session of several minutes of verbal explanation to set the program into the user’s subconscious. Forcing a subject to do something completely against their nature could take weeks of daily conditioning sessions, however is completely possible. By using this genjutsu long enough the user can cultivate entire hidden personalities in the subject, turn them into sleeper agents, or simply allow the user to place the subject into a Trance State with a snap of their finger. It simply must relate to a specific form of stimuli, and a conditioned, automatic and irresistible response to that specific stimuli. The experience for the subject is surreal, when they are performing their conditioned response they will not do so willfully, and will even feel like it wasn’t their own body doing it. They will, of course, still -know- it was their body doing it, just under no control of their own.

After looking these over, the core set has a major problem. Genjutsu can not inflict a physical state of trance, suppress emotions, or actually prevent movement. You will either need to rewrite them in a way that is only dealing in perception or alternately I could see what you are going for as a clan hijutsu.
