Kirigakure no Sato NAME: Mujin Meisei [Dustless Bewildering Cover] RANK: B CHAKRA USAGE: Medium (low Drain) CLASSIFICATION: Ninjutsu ELEMENT: Suiton HANDSEALS: One REQUIREMENT: Kirigakure no Sato DESCRIPTION: This technique - a type of chakra camouflage combined with physical camouflage and obfuscation of signs of the user's physical existence - makes use of water vapor to bend light to make the user invisible, with that same water vapor capable of hiding all traces of their physical form and making their chakra presence invisible. Whether chakra sensor or possessing enhanced senses, the target is unnoticeable. Perfect for evading sensor ninja, while active Jutsu that get any amount of distance away from the body and thrown weapons are visible and could easily give away the user's location. Attacking a target also risks making others aware of where the user is as well. Carried weapons, however, are made invisible along with the user. This means the technique excels with usage of particular types of weaponry, but use of Jutsu will be very obvious to targets - especially sensors - and will temporarily highlight the user like a blip on radar. Caution - or rather a healthy tampering of ego and hubris - is encouraged with this technique. It doesn't take a genius to figure out where to aim a fireball once a user has started targeting closely grouped enemy ninja. Not as popular as one might think it would be, it is largely a bonus for bukijutsu specialists as those who rely heavily on other types of ninja arts will greatly reduce the effectiveness of this technique.
