Dawn began to shine through east, as the first rays of the sun broke through east, and with that it would begin their last day here. He opened his eyes at the familiar environment of a darkened room faintly lit by the the glow that reared in from the windows. A soft whisper was felt over his shin as he looked down and found his wife nestling against him, her head resting on his shoulder, arms snaking his own as a blissful expression of sleep as she would breathe and scuttle closer to him in his sleep. He was for all intends and purposes trapped until she would release her hold ever so slightly and he was able to slip away. Sliding away from her warmth and sitting on the bed he would raise to his height and stretch as fully as he could, lingering slightly as he peered through the window, the sea looking grey and dark as sun had yet to caress it. Looking back to the sleeping form of Miho he smiled at her and caressed her before pressing his lips against her cheek before he left. Dressed with just grey shorts and moss green sleeveless t-shirt, he shivered slightly at the bite of the early cold wind before he began with his jog. A part of him wondered if Miho would wake up soon, or if by luck the carnival they had attended last night would buy him enough time to find what he needed. For some time he had been thinking of a present, a forget-me-not of the of their time here as newly weds. He had seen many trinkets, many jewelry that would suit her, but knowing her she would be the sort that would tell her with a shake of her head and a smile that she didn't need anything if she had him. So in light of that he decided to make the gift to her. Having spend weeks here, he had heard of a cove in Rizoto from Captain Tien in their last meeting after he had presented them some gifts and thanks for what had transpired. In the cove shellfish would wash, clams, oysters and mussels, with it the possibility of finding pearls. Reaching the cove as the cam had told him, he'd fine that indeed, the high tide had brought shell fish and a smile appeared on his lips. With luck he would find two pearls, enough to fashion earrings for her to wear and remember the good and the bad that they had experienced. With luck, she would remain asleep and not track him and spoil the surprise. Taking out his kunai, he went to the nearest one and with patience he began to open the first clam he could find and hope for the best.

Rest was one of the few things that most people were truly able to gain. This place, their honeymoon, eventful as it had been, was shortly coming to an end and today was the last chance either of them could enjoy the respite before once again returning to the real world that reflected their reality. Of course, that did not have to begin right away. As she felt the sudden shift in movement, believing it only to be her love wishing to be somewhat relieved of her briefly, she'd twist around slightly as her grip tightened slightly, yet not enough to do damage. Though of course, having spent the night with the young woman before, Kazuto was adept enough to know how to escape, letting his wife continue to ease into her slumber. Time seemed to pass, and soon enough the long haired woman would begin to rise, seeing the light of the sun enter their bedroom. Her hair lobbed over her face, it took only a moment to brush it aside, leading to her looking to her side to see Kazuto no longer there. It was possible that he had gone out to get some air, much like she had on occasion during their trip, but for how long ago did he venture out? Her long sleeping shirt draped across her body, Miho would stretch her arms into the air, soon pulling herself upright from the comfort of their mattress, proceeding to ready herself for the day. Their final day. While the process was a bit grueling, the woman would emerge from the resort much like her usual self, looking around as she began her hunt for Kazuto. Her hands resting behind her, she'd see the beach was not as cluttered with people as it had been much of their time here. In fact, aside from the small children an the lovers walking the sandy coast, it was near the point of tranquil in a way. "Perhaps he walking around here somewhere?" Proceeding to do the same, she began to take in the sight of the ocean waves, the shine and glimmer that reflected upon it's surface from the sun rays. It was nice. He carefully slide the knife into the opening of the clam. Forcing the edge and twisting until he heard a crunch and the sea water that the clam had breathed wept like an opened wound. He sat cross-legged, two dozen already opened but none had yielded the results he had expected, all full of sand and water and little else. Not the glistening pearls that he had been looking for. As morning became more and more clear and seagulls were flying overhead, looking through the carcasses that he had opened and discarded, scavenging the flesh from the sea bottom dwellers that had washed over. The constant squawking of the seagulls would go on and on, and grated his teeth as he opened more and more of the clams until he opened the last one. Almost discouraged, as the foam from the accumulated sea salt gave away and the sand grains were washed as the water that had been accumulated wept away. He almost had to wipe his eyes at what he saw. It wasn't a single pearl but two, rather than alabaster white they were like a cool milkglass crystal, elongated like two tear drops. He blinked and laughed in disbelief as he held his prize in his hand. He'd raise as his laughter grew and he raised his arms in victory. "She will love this." He told himself. rather certain that after he was finished with with crafting them, she would be content with it. Cradling the twin frozen tear drops in his hand he would wash them with sea water before carefully placing them in a piece of clothe before neatly tying it and put it inside his pocket, feeling as if he had found some treasure hidden away, he turned would turn, looking at the cove for one last time as he moved away, eventually colliding against someone and turning and to see that, perhaps he had not hidden his track so well.

Her attention being set upon the scene before her did not do any favors for her in the long run, prompting her to bump into someone was she walked across the beach. Yet upon preparing to bow in apology, she would see the face behind the ray of light behind him, causing the young woman to smile as she shook her head as her hand rested upon her hip. "There you are early raiser..." Leaning upward to kiss him upon the lips, she'd then lower herself back down before laughing into her hand as she looked upon his appearance. He had certainly been somewhere that prompted him to be covered in traces of sand, along with the subtle dampness and smell of the ocean. Tilting her head slightly, the dark haired female would blink as she held a blank expression. "What have you been up to this morning?" The question lingered in the air as Miho attempted to figure out just what he was doing? There was a small angle here that she knew she couldn't see. "Oh... hi." He said as they found each other, the soft brush of her lips against his. When the question came of what she had been doing away so early came in truth he had no way to answer, he hadn't thought of anything that might serve as an excuse good enough. And whilst the idea of lying was something he didn't fancy much, he saw that just for once it would be for the best. At least he would apologize when he presented the earrings to her once he had crafted them. "Well, you see, I felt ready for a jog." He told her, trying to be as convincing as possible, although even so, he knew that she would detect the subtle changing in his facial features and muscles as he told half-truths. "Figured I could use use it to get myself out of the vacation mode, seeing that we return tomorrow." He said, at that very least that was true. He hadn't softened, not in any way as he felt every bit as strong as he had when they had left, but there was a certain tension that came with the readiness for missions and battle that could be lost when relaxation had settled. It would take weeks for that tension to fully return but the excuse was a good one, if she were to believe it, and led to the secrecy of the treasure hidden in his pocket. "Actually, I could very well use a spar, now that I think about it." He told out loud as he stretched and looked at her, trying to return to a semblance of normality after the white lie that he had said. "Maybe you could use one yourself? We haven't sparred in a while, you and I, see what you can do now up close since you became a Chunin."

The response was within reason, after all it would do him no good to return to active duty less than what he was when he left. With began to question exactly how she intended to return to service. Granted while her position within the hospital was still that of a medical officer, she certainly would likely be getting more missions suitable to her rank that would require more from her. "I wish you would have awaken me then, I probably could have used the warm up myself..." With a smile crossing her lips, Miho did raise her brow at the mention that Kazuto and her could perhaps use a sparring session together. It had been some time since the two had clashed, and it would be interesting to see just how much she had improved since the last time. "You mean the time in which you cheated?" A smirk crossed her lips as she then snickered into her hand. As she began to stretch as well, the young woman would nod before getting some distance from him, looking around them to be sure they had some distance from anyone that happened to be close by. The last thing they would want is someone getting hurt. Though with the low traffic of people at the moment, they seemed to be in the clear. "I think thats an excellent idea..." "Cheated?" Kazuto asked, his expression turning into one of amusement and feigned hurt. "It was a legitimate strategy my love, but if it bothers you I will refrain from using it this time." The Senju said with a smile as it seemed like his secret was safe for now. As she would part away from him the woman would take her side of the impromptu spar field they the in the cove. At the very least the few people that were here would be about their business whilst the seagulls would feast on the carcasses of the clams that he had opened. As he settled in, narrowed his eyes at her. He would take a deep breath of salty sea air. The main idea was to actually get himself ready and shake the rust with the spar. Miho had improved vastly since the last time they had fought and the strength that recided in her body was nothing to scoff at. He would need to be careful to avoid her fists, kicks and shoves. Still she could very well punch the air to create a shockwave so keeping himself at a distance wasn't ideal either. As much as the notion displeased him, close quarters combat was his best choice in the matter. Kazuto took a first step, his food pressing against the wet sand, then another, footrails behind him as his gait went through a rapid walk to a hasten run towards her. Sign of confrontation woven before her as it would signify the beginning to their spar. He felt chakra beginning to seep into his muscles and the sensation made him smile slightly. He would lower his head, his back lowering in turn before he would suddenly jump to a side to change what she expected from the opening attack, left arm raising as muscles coiled before he would swipe his elbow against at Miho, beginning their confrontation.

DESCRIPTION:
The user bends their arm, folding their forearm and upper arm closer together and strikes the target with their elbow, utilizing the power of their whole body. When the blow connects, the force will "explode" outwards for a few inches. The way the force is expelled into the opponents body mimics a weak explosion tag, and often the target will feel as if the area that had been struck exploded (although this is not the case). In most cases, this single blow is enough to stun most enemies.

Making use of the Ascendant Fist style as the foundation of his prowess with taijutsu, he has become able strike his foes with great strength and precision in close quarters with great expertise.

"Naturally I would usually agree with you...but we had not included that in our prior rules love..but by all means...you are free to use any style that you wish dear..." Removing her vest from over her shoulders, the young medic would narrow her eyes with a small smirk crossing her lips, placing the article of clothing upon one of the beach chairs that was set up near by. Was she still possibly upset over the outcome of last time? Perhaps a tad, it had been some time ago, though she would admit that it was a sore point for her to recall it. Yet then, Miho had gotten much better at not showing it so much as she prepared herself. Adjusting her gloves upon her hands, she'd then nod to show she was ready, displaying the seal of confrontation before they began. Kazuto was swift to make the first move, providing Miho ample time to gather chakra into her own muscles as she prepared herself for the coming clash, yet his sudden jump and movement seemed to change the track of which he was coming from, prompting Miho to shift her position as he arms would rise up in defense, blocking the incoming attack of his elbow as she slid her foot against the grains of sand. The fast pace of his movements proved his resolve, as a smile crossed her lips before him, she seemed to glow within flames as her fist would strike against his chest, igniting her hand as she drove further into the attack. Attempting to force him into the air and back to the ground, she'd lift herself upward to further her ascent with her first, upper-cutting against his chest with her strength to push him back. Such things are movement-based rather than just brute strength would. It gives the user's muscle stimulation, allowing increased hand movement, wrist, arms, and even the legs. This can be used to just have everything work more proficiently. Though, after being used for more than seven posts, the user's muscles will be sore as if they just did an extensive workout. IF continued to be used, eleven posts will begin to break down muscle. Intense pain followed, forced technique shut down. While the technique is usually performed as one, solid hit, a master of the art can place their fist in just the right position in which the uppercut will contact their opponent multiple times [2-4] in the spiraling movement of the technique, creating a more damaging onslaught of flames and fist. This allows her to react much more quickly in combat, better enabling her to avoid dangerous situations and defend herself almost instantaneously than normal.

If a part of him wondered whether or not his wife would fight seriously, the fact that she made it a point to fight to all of almost the full extent of her abilities, then it would be dispelled. As when she had just raised her arms, defending and absorbing the impact from his strike, it would be her speed that seemed to surprise him and as he saw her first wreathed in flames he could only do little but make his hands into a fist, sending chakra through his body, raise his guard and wait for the best. As the fist flew towards is target his skin darkened and hardened to the constitution of diamond. The first strike would land, as even through the hardened nature of his skin he felt the momentum transfer through him, his feet leaving the soil as the momentum of her strike would make him take flight. He winched and recoiled in the air as he almost had the air forced out of his lungs before he noticed that she followed her, the muscles in her legs allowing her to catch up with him as her assault continued. Drawing in the cold air of the sea he would mix it with his own chakra, quickly forging the hand seals before he turned his head a to a side an aimed, pressing lips together as a stream of air propelled him to a side and Miho would not punch anything but the vacant air itself. Kazuto would descent, crash into the soil as he brought his knees to his chest and rolled on the sand, digging in his heels as he arrested the momentum until he stopped and laid in there prone, slowly raising to his feet as he would swipe sand from his shoulder. "Ow..." He said feigning and injury, even if he still felt the backlash of the strike on his limbs. Attacking her wasn't the best idea it seemed. He would assume a fighting stance that was reminiscent to his, but more relaxed, almost like showing elements of something a Hyuga would do. "I see you're taking this seriously." He said as he would wave her to get close and try again.

It should also be noted that this version is much, much weaker than the Taki clan's true embodiment technique.

It can also be used offensively to stagger an opponent's movement.

Might of Heroes


Descendant of a great lineage, the blood of great and legendary heroes of the clan courses through the veins of Kazuto as they do with any other Senju. As such he has been bestowed with robust pools of chakra upon his birth. Through intense training and countless missions these pools of chakra have expanded quite considerably, becoming a Furnace of Might within him, allowing him to fight for longer periods of time and casting powerful techniques without much concern to run out of stamina. Although this chakra makes his control suffer, his impressive reserves make up for this deficit in control.

Paragon of War

His mind is as keen and sharp as blade recently sharpened by a whetstone. Through the learning of tactics, records, on field experience and on the fly ingenuity, the Senju is able to plan before, during and after a fierce fray. It is thanks to this that he can discern the correct course of action and what stratagems and actions should he take. He is able to read and keep the Flow of Battle as flexible as possible. His tactics range from the most subtle ambush within dark corridors to even the most brutal and grim battlefield.

Fell-Handed

After much study and training, Kazuto achieved the ability to weave hand seals and cast techniques with just One Hand. A rare skill among shinobi and a sign of great prowess, the Senju is able to form hand signs forgoing the need to bring the digits of both his hands together, he is able to string a number of techniques without worrying during a fray to be unable to complete techniques if someone targets his hand, as he is able to defend himself with the off-hand by either the use of a technique or by wielding a weapon.

Landing back upon the ground after her final attack had managed to miss her target, Miho would look over her shoulder as she realized that Kazuto was clearly playing with her, prompting her to frown as he pretended to be injured. Of course, she had made it clear that he could use whatever means he felt he could in this match. Though still, it certainly wasn't going to be easy for her to get him to take her seriously. "You did say that you were trying to get out of vacation mode since we return home tomorrow. The last thing I want is for you to lose your edge..." Which clearly, there was no fear of that. His reaction to her attack was proof enough that he had almost an counter for everything. It was a comfort at the very least, to know that she didn't have to worry so much about his safety. But much like how he had been toward her, she probably always would worry over him. That was the price that was paid when your job was to go into danger. In his attempt to bring her close, Miho would charge in, her hands held in front of her as she slid to a stop a few inches away. Weaving her arms in a circle like pattern, flames would ignite around them as she would then twist her body around to begin pulsing balls of fire in his direction. Keeping her gaze upon him, she knew she'd have to come up with a way to get through his defense if she wished to land a solid hit against him. No easy feat, but then, that was Kazuto. He was the man that seemed able to do the impossible at times. Kazuto would have thought of something clever to say if Miho had granted him the time to consider, but after saying her piece she would continue with the assault. The unrelenting nature of the strike forced him to be on the defensive. Sending chakra to his feet and a combination of well rehearsed dodge maneuvers and reflexes he began to retreat, ducking, weaving and moving away from the blasts of flame that Miho punched into the very air, just searing and boiling where the Senju had being until the flames would strike the sand and dissipate. He could do little else but slowly retreat. Seeking but a gap in the offensive display that she would put forth and hope that it would be enough for him to buy himself some time. But that had a secondary strategy behind it. He would allow Miho to carry the weight of the fight, to expend herself as she would try to attempt to strike him and wear herself off. As he rotated upon himself he weaved a set of hand signs and took a deep breath, pressing lips together but rather than aiming towards Miho but rater at the shore. A stream of wind escaped his lips, raising sand and creating visual barrier as the cloud of sand moved towards her. Pressing into the sand cloud, he would pick of a stone and ripped a piece of cloth from his sleeveless t-shirt, quickly tying the cloth and tossing it in the upwards in the opposite direction, acting like a makeshift parachute, the cloth would slow the descent of rock creating a decoy without the necessity of a clone as he continued his trajectory, hoping that Miho had either bought the decoy or had being blinded by the cloud of sand that he had created. As he did so, he carried on, weaving hand signs in preparation for his next move.

Through intense training and countless missions these pools of chakra have expanded quite considerably, becoming a Furnace of Might within him, allowing him to fight for longer periods of time and casting powerful techniques without much concern to run out of stamina. Although this chakra makes his control suffer, his impressive reserves make up for this deficit in control.

Through the learning of tactics, records, on field experience and on the fly ingenuity, the Senju is able to plan before, during and after a fierce fray. His tactics range from the most subtle ambush within dark corridors to even the most brutal and grim battlefield.

After much study and training, Kazuto achieved the ability to weave hand seals and cast techniques with just One Hand. A rare skill among shinobi and a sign of great prowess, the Senju is able to form hand signs forgoing the need to bring the digits of both his hands together, he is able to string a number of techniques without worrying during a fray to be unable to complete techniques if someone targets his hand, as he is able to defend himself with the off-hand by either the use of a technique or by wielding a weapon.

Where the Wolf and the Snake Play

Kazuto was not going to make this easy, as she had expected of him. A part of her was proud of that, but she also could feel the frustration growing as she shielded herself from the burst of sand raised to obscure her vision. Holding her arm up as a defense, she could barely make out his floating form, prompting her to summon chakra into her fist before launching it through the sand-like barrier, breaking through it as a means to unleash a strike against him while he descended to the ground. Upon doing so, she'd quickly begin to move across the surface of the beach, her body sprinting along the coast before beginning to run across the water's surface. As the salty air of the ocean gazed across her legs, she'd swiftly begin to form a single seal, creating a small cloud of smoke before two other versions of herself. With the trio in unison, the group would cross over the other's path as a means to mix them together, hopefully fooling the senior shinobi. From there, they would split as two began to move in closer from both sides, another attempting a strike from the center as they slid to a stop. This would allow for the two other beings to rush upward, one rising up beneath Kazuto as a means to slam the back of their foot against his back, attempting to push him upward. Yet soon enough, they would appear at his back, following close beneath them as a means of distraction. This would prompt the second to begin their own assault, coming up from above with their fist curled, arm extended outward as a means to strike him directly against the chest, pushing him back down toward the surface. All the while, if this effort seemed to fail, the one Miho that lingered from the back, would prepare a set of seals before encircling her fingers close to her lips, releasing a stream of ash that would surge over the surface of water in the fashion of a black cloud. This would be laid in wait for if the man did manage to find an escape, also allowing them to be ready to reengage should the two others fail in their attempted two-point strike. This allows her to react much more quickly in combat, better enabling her to avoid dangerous situations and defend herself almost instantaneously than normal.

As he continued his trajectory and blast of wind would be released and with another cloud of sand would emerge in the direction that he had sent the decoy made from stone and cloth. Disquiet settled in his mind for a brief second as he noticed the level of the technique. That wasn't just one of her normal punches, that was something she could very well tear walls with. She was fighting seriously, but with enough strength to break all the bones of his body and then even more. She is not trying to kill me, is she? He thought for second as he carried on as the cove they had chosen suddenly turned more and more into a different landscape as their spar continued to scar the land. The strategy remained the same, but even amidst the commotion he heard the unmissable sound of the creation of the shadow clones technique and a set of steps over muffled sand that spoke of multiple individual that approached him. He charged towards them and inhaled as he allowed the technique to finish and his chakra to mix in his lungs. As the clones emerged, flanking him from all sides he would dodge, contorting his body around strikes from behind and forward, doing his best to dodge the fury of her strikes, gritting his teeth as he felt the edge of doom close and time passing slowly as she sought to strike him, his eyes turning upwards as he saw saw the descending image of another Miho, arm arched behind and fingers made into a punch. In an impulse he would let the breath that he had been holding to be released and wind escaped his lungs as he was flung away before the strike landed, just in time before impact as the strike landed and send him flying and rolling against the sand until the momentum died and the sound of shred cloth were all that flooded his senses for a brief second before he gathered himself and he raised with a groan, holding his right shoulder. As he looked at the sea he saw a miasma of black clouds and imagined that Miho had to be behind there, awaiting for him to strike. "Alright...." He said as he seized his torn shirt and pulled it away, shredding it even further, revealing his torso. He said as he narrowed his eyes and began to take a step forward and waved hand seals.

The blitz seemed to continue, no respite was given and as he had stood the sound of the exploding cloud would boom in the grove, the blast staggering him slightly. It seemed she wasn't pulling any punches but the fact that the explosion had come from there seemed to confirm that the real one wasn't involved and with that in hand, Kazuto knew that he had been fighting clones and could fight to his heart's content in this instance. As suddenly as he thought that one of the clones dashed towards him as he finished the seal a stream of ash fell on him, forcing him to narrow his eyes, barely making out the second form that charged towards him. As his seal were complete and his skin darkened, the Senju stood his ground, his chakra maintaining the speedy nature of wind to a as he dug his heels further into the soil to transfer the force of the impact through his body. The impact would come and he would feel it but as the cloud of ash faded, his skin would be revealed as darkened and hardened by his technique and his hands would seize that of the clone. Pulling the clone towards him he'd raise a knee and aim to drive it to her mid-section with one hand as with the other he would would carry on forging hand seals and this time tapping into his wood release chakra, forcing the feeble underground roots beneath him to grow rapidly. Soon tremors would shake the beach, sand jumping uncontrollably as the second clone would be engulfed by twisted roots, before they would close around the doppelganger dissipating it into a cloud of white haze just as the first clone and leaving him standing on the beach as he'd turn his attention to the shore and the sea where his wife would be. "Alright then..." He managed to say through gritted teeth.
