She looked at the Jonin. Although he did make potential in getting the technique to work it didn’t quite for so well once he got the last two fingers conducted. That being said though, she wasn’t really sure what to really say at this point. He’s just needing to keep practising it. Although she did give him the suggestion to keeping chakra closer to his hand as a reserve so he’s not having to pump the chakra throughout his body.

The only thing the Ryujin can do now is to sit back and let him do his thing. It wasn’t always a fun job to teach someone a new technique as the reason is you’re waiting for them to learn the basics of the technique before moving on to the next step. Although she’s normally teaching Genin. Her teaching a fellow Jonin is what makes thing’s even more boring for her. She can only give so much info on how to do a technique when the person already has an idea on how to perform techniques.

"Looks like all you need to do now is practice. I’ll still be here but I’m at the point where I’m not doing much. Just keep working on it then maybe we can continue on once you are able to get the technique going fully.”

Kaede was still concentrating in trying to get the technique fully down now as he listened to Yukiko speaking saying that she would still be here if he needed anything from her, but basically now it was down to Kaede to get the jutsu right and everything. He felt that as the village sage he should be doing a lot better to perform the jutsu, but her having greater control over her chakra made it seem much easier for her, when in theory Kaede should just be just using more chakra in order to get the same result's but for whatever the reasons it wasn't working with the whole forcing it method, it much be due to how the jutsu is performed for his failures so far.

Kaede had two fingers covered with lightning chakra now but in a sudden flash he had all four of his fingers covered in lightning chakra all at once and started to maintain the control over it for a period of time. It had worked thus far and the chakra in his fingers had not gone out. Had the man finally got the needed technique right in order to perform it now. He got in a ready stance with his four fingers by his side before looking at the target in front of him and taking aim with his eyes. With the target set in his mind for the training dummy, he charged forward with the aim of planting his four fingers against the target. The chakra in Kaede's fingers still pulsing with lightning chakra as he made contact with the training dummy and completely breaking through the centre of the target leaving a large hole in the target. For the first time today Kaede had performed the technique right, after stepping back to see the damage he had caused the chakra on his fingers gave out. "Well not bad if I don't say so myself. How was that Yukiko?"

After waiting for the Sage to practice controlling the chakra into his fingers it was the amazing look that Yukiko had seeing that he manage to get all four fingers light up with lighting chakra. Although it was one time and could be a fluke she was still amazed. Although it took him a while to do it that is pretty much like all the techniques. One can’t learn a technique in a day. It takes months and sometimes even years before you master it. But since he’s got the basics down she gives him a smile.

After watching him perform the technique and seeing the damage outcome of the technique it looks like he got the basics down.

"Now you finally got the basics down. Let have you run through it again just to make sure you’ve retained what you did to make it work. Then we can work on you controlling how to use the technique. Remember this is supposed to be a silent killing technique mostly means you don’t make it cause a lot of noise. So you have to choose your target wisely.”

The Jonin explained in basics what she meant. As a formal ANBU Operator, she had to learn how to take out the targets without alerting others. Although this technique can be used for any use.

Kaede really did have the basics of the technique very much under his control now, but he hoped it wasn't just a one of fluke. He did feel the learning of the technique taking a minor impact on his performance as he hadn't trained this hard for a long time. More recently he had been wasting his time in bars and taverns drinking his time away instead of doing things his should be doing. Kaede would take a deep breathe before listening to Yukiko speak. After she spoke she basically told Kaede to run through the jutsu once again to make sure that he had everything down and wasn't just a one off. Then she mentioned something about being silent and the jutsu making a lot of noise. Considering it did make a lot of noise and Kaede wasn't really a sneaky fighter he preferred to fight front and centre. Sneaking around really wasn't his thing. " Yeah ill run the jutsu again to be sure I've got everything down and I don't really plan to use this jutsu sneaky, I like to fight head on. " As he head his fist close to him, a typical answer from someone like Kaede.

So once again he would gather a large amount of chakra within his hand then performed the hand-signs for the jutsu before one after the other his four fingers would be imbued with lightning chakra all four of them glowing at once in front of him. Kaede repeated his familiar stance as before with the intention of getting ready to move from his position. Now ready, Keisuke charged forward with the intention of hitting the fresh training dummy to the side of the broke ones. After making contact with his lightning covered fingers on the target with no effort at all Kaede pierced the dummy and split it in half with ease leaving the remains to fall on the ground. After finishing and standing up right he looked happy with his progress. " At least it wasn't a fluke." Kaede said grinning to Yukiko.

She looked at him with a smirk. It was the typical sage to answer to an ex-ANBU that they aren’t a sneaky type. It doesn’t sound like something they would do considering that their power to use sage mode makes being sneaky quite boring and pragmatic with other shinobi.

Although she wasn’t sure if he’s doing everything, he must perform this technique the one thing that amazes her was the fact he remembered everything he did the last time. Usually, people tend to mess up while repeating it mostly because they don’t want to be embarrassed in front of the teacher. But for Kaede he was spot on with his movements and even focusing the chakra into his hands.

She smiled once more as the dummy was vaporized. It wasn’t a shock with how much power he has in his chakra that he would overkill the dummy. But for the most part, he did learn the technique. At this point, though she didn’t feel like there’s anything to keep showing him nor does he need anything to be taught back to him. The only thing he needs to do is to keep practising the technique and he’ll be ready for the next one in the line.

"Well… I say you’ve learned it. Just need to keep practising and I’m sure you’ll master it soon enough. If there’s anything else, you’d like to go over or even just do it once more this could be a perfect time for us to head back and grab some chow or something.”

She was trying to figure out a way to make him feel accomplished and give him a reward although in this case, he’s the one that should reward her for having to teach him something. But as a Genin Leader, she tends to have to treat her students just so she can get them training.

Kaede wasn't like most men he was considered a genius amongst other shinobi around him. He loves to learn new things so it wasn't a surprise that he was able to pick up upon the technique as quickly as he did with Yukiko giving him pointers along the way. More recently Kaede has lost his way slightly with the things going on with the man, his lifestyle was starting to get out of hand along with the responsibilities of being the village sage. He needed to stay focused and hopefully learning with Yukiko would set him on the right path going forward. Kaede's movements repeating them as exactly as before came hand in hand with his genius intellect, something like that wasn't something he was likely to forget having performed it twice now. He had even figured out of getting around the chakra control problem though it helped him with Yukiko's suggestions.

Yukiko would then speak again saying that he had pretty much learned the technique now suggestion to Kaede he keeps practicing, he performs it again for her or they go for something to eat. To be fair, Kaede felt a little hungry right now after putting in the work learning the new jutsu with Yukiko. Even with chakra levels like Kaede had the jutsu had taken its toll on the man. Just for good measure though he would perform the jutsu once more before going to eat. So moving back to his starting position he would perform the hand-signs for the jutsu again. After that he would channel a great amount of chakra to his finger's so that four of them would be glowing with lightning chakra all at once, perfect in on go. Now putting his arm in the ready position like before he moved from his position with the aim of striking another dummy target in front of him. Kaede like previously would strike the target no problem with all four fingers vaporising it with the damage it caused. He had performed the technique for a third time in a row. After the chakra in his fingers wore off he panted a bit with a little tiredness starting to come from the sage starting there as he turned to face Yukiko. "Yeah I think getting something to eat sounds good right about now. I am starting to get hungry from the training." He said smiling at Yukiko while still trying to catch his breathe slightly. "Do you have a suggestion on what you want to eat?" Kaede really wasn't bother what he eat right about now the man was just hungry, but more so wanted to give Yukiko the choice in choosing a place it was only fair for her troubles of having to teach the sage. " Ill even pay considering it payment for your help." He offered but knew something in the future in return from the sage was more likely the payment she was seeking.

After a long wait for a reply and decision with Kaede. Yukiko started to gather her things. After all, she’s been here pretty much all day and would like to eventually get back home. It didn’t take long though, Kaede made his decisions and decided to try the technique one more time. Just like the last two he manages to perform the technique once again.

"Now this is the Sage I’ve expected”

She whispered to herself before eventually hearing him talk up. The only thing is he asked her what she’d suggest for the meal. At this point it didn’t matter with her she pretty much needed to get some food.

"How about you pick. I’m pretty hungry for anything at the moment.”

She wasn’t trying to be too difficult, but it is true. After being out in the training field all day any type of food that’s edible sounds good to eat. It wasn’t much of a shock the fact he would also offer to pay for the meal as well considering he did ask her to stay out much longer after her session with her students to teach him a technique. But at the same time, she didn’t really mind. It wasn’t like she was going to be doing much else today after her training session so it was more like an extension just with someone that’s more talented than her.

Kaede was at his best when he was training and keeping his mind and body fresh. it was when he wasn't doing any of these things that he decided to drink and have fun which was okay sometimes, but not get into the habits of doing it all the time which was never a good thing. Kaede had enjoyed training with Yukiko today as it was something new for him that he had learned from her, something he had not really done for a long time. The last time he had learnt something new was when he had been learning to be a sage a long while ago. With the training completed for now, it was now time to go and get something to eat. Yukiko left it with Kaede to decided where the two of them would go to eat.

With a quick thinking, he thought of a place for the two of them to go. Kaede knew of a good sushi place within the village and fish tasted good to him right about now. "How about the sushi place in the village, its good I've been there a couple of times." Now that he thought about it some more, Kaede was feeling really hungry so it was a good thing that the two of them were going for something to eat as the training had taken it out on Kaede a little bit. Kaede had really enjoyed the experience of it all though and had learned something new in the process.

Yukiko had been pleased with how the training had gone for the day despite not knowing much about Kaede the sage he had picked up on Yukiko's teachings fairly quickly after not really picking it up at first, but the sage had surprised Yukiko with the sage adopting different methods of execution of the jutsu he had been learning. Yukiko was more training in chakra control than Kaede, but he counted this by using a lot more chakra to achieve the same outcome, a feat that was clearly fitting as a sage. Yukiko could learn a thing or two from Kaede in the future if time permitted her.

Now that the training had finished up for the day Kaede had finally made up his mind as Yukiko listened to him speaking about the sushi place on the other side of the village. Yukiko really didn't mind fish all that much so didn't bother her if he fancied going to the sushi place. Though she had hoped Kaede would pay as he was the one clearly with more money, he spent enough time drinking everyday so money can't be that tight for the sage. Yeah that sounds like a place to me. Last one there has to pay for the meal. With that in mind Yukiko moved ahead without saying another word and heading right for the sushi shop.
