Moment Music The blaring light would reflect down across the surface of the water, the small settlement seeming to have allowed for some mild sense of relief within the cross-distance journey across the relentless landscape. In truth, there were only so many places across the desert that allowed for such resting points. Of course, each spot was precious and it allowed for yet another collection of resources in which to support the village and it's allied establishments across Kaze no Kuni. Any areas that allowed for a point to give water, vegetation or peace from travel was important to everyone as a whole. Thankfully, this was one of those few places that did allow for a small respite from the long journey back home. Plus, it was about as close to the beach as Arashi was able to go. At least, for now anyway. Laying back across the sand, her eyes closed as she took in the shade and the sound of light coming from around her, she'd feel the brush of her companion as the canine laid down next to her, feeling her fur as it scratched against her partially covered flesh before licking her face. It wasn't often to get a small moment away as she used to, though in truth, with as much as she was trying to figure out, she needed the extra space away. Starting this position, she had wanted to try and be a better version of herself. Of course, old habits died hard. She wasn't exactly improving, despite her father's insistence that she would the longer she worked at it. There was also the question her aunt had asked of her, just what she saw for the future of Sunagakure. Arashi honestly hadn't had a real answer, only what she had spectated. Which, wasn't even of her own doing, but under the commands of the Kazekage. Closing her eyes, her body remained laid by the water, arms resting on either side of her as she placed the back of her hand against her forehead. "So much for being the commander...ugh...I gotta get it together..." Pushing herself upright, her knees pulled up slightly, she'd rest her arm against it as she focused on the water. Allowing her free hand to scratch beneath the golden retriever's ear, she'd then allow her hand to glow slightly with a seal, prompting a book to appear from within her palm before looking across it's pages. "Maybe I'm thinkin on it too much..." SPOILER: Click to show -S.A Used- Ultimate Defense A Skill granted by her continued use and developed relationship with Shukaku over the continued use of his control over sand, Arashi has a stronger connection to the element, allowing her to use it at a much more intensive rate than before. As such, her defenses are much more adapt and capable of taking on stronger attacks and reinforcing itself at faster speed. This adaptation to the sand shield allows for it's reaction time to have increased and make it more challenging for attacks to connect and break through the first layer, while acting still on the natural inclinations of auto-repairing itself for the next strike. -Jutsu Used- -Items Used- -Familiar Used- x | Jai
