Modding is so troublesome But I guess I’ll do it.

Akiyama Saku a chuunin that came from a career shinobi family and was a steadfast shinobi of Iwagakure until four weeks ago when he deserted. The reasons for said desertion are unknown but it’s suspected he has come in contact and influenced by members that are in opposition to the current leadership.

His leaving of the village was done under the cover of night and while setting on a fire couple of stores. Fitting considering his specialization in Ninjutsu and his Katon chakra nature. No reason to be suspected at the time and with him being a Sensor meant that Saku was able to avoid patrols fairly well but not completely.

Intel has provided that he is currently holed up in a mountain area near the borders of Tsuchi no Kuni. While not carrying any vital information it is still recommended for Saku to be stopped before he crosses the border.

The area Akiyama Saku is suspected to be is located near the border of Tsuchi no Kuni with Ishi no Kuni. While it has been narrowed down there isn’t an exact location.

There is a small mining village in the area that could provide clues or information if the villagers have spotted the missining-nin.

Considering the fact Saku is attempting to flee Tsuchi no Kuni it is possible for him to have passed near the Forest of Spears, as the locals call it, an area full of stone spires dotting the land with numerous small caves openings inside of them.

Another possible location is the actual forest area that he could be hiding in couple with the fact there have been reports of bandits in there it’s possible Saku is attempting to use them as a cover in order to pass the border.

C’mon Keep up Blue Hair! The youth would call out as she’d make her way into the mining village. "Miss Midori said dat the mining village was gonna be out dis way.” It was mission day but not just any mission today these two were out hunting for someone in particular a nuke-nin a special type of shinobi who was a criminal or a runaway they’d been given some intel to go off of but not where he was and Midori’s first task was for the two of them to check out the mining village in order to find the whereabouts of this criminal in question. "So dis is da minin village eh, dis place looks kinda familiar I think I was here on a mission once.” she’d place a hand on her chin.

After a moment there would be a silence as Konsho still hadn’t made it. "Blue Hair hurry up!” she’d shout. "Sheesh dead weights got more value den you.” as she waited she’d bite her thumb and perform a few handseals in order to summon her little chimp companion Aki Aki who now had a little hat much like hers and even a little jacket.

Taki had come to be quite fond of him and saw his little update to his outfit. "How ya doin partna, look at you in ya little hat.” he’d climb up onto her shoulder and Taki would lean against a tree waiting for her partner to arrive, popping out her cassette player and playing a couple tunes through her headset. The songs in question were instrumental rock renditions of musical tracks from a play Konsho had introduced her too. Despite the hell he gave her she still had a soft spot for him, not that he’d ever find out.

Once he arrived the two of them would start asking around to see what they could find out about the criminal in question here's hoping they had some good leads.

During Taki's training she learns that she has a significant amount of energy and after graduating to the rank of genin she began to learn how to properly make use of them under the tutelage of Midori Chizawa. As a result the girl is now able to perform a bevy of powerful techniques for longer periods of time without tiring as quickly as others.

With the rigorous training that Taki's now able to throw down with the best of them boasting monstrous strength fitting for her professional wrestling background, having combined that with the training she performed at the academy has now made her able to performs ridiculous feats such as being able to crush stones in her grip causing concussions and snap bones with her powerful strikes and holds. Taki has also increased the amount of weight she is able to lift by a massive margin in a way that makes her an even more fearsome taijutsu practitioner than before.


[Wrestling Genius]

As a result of her training, and advancements as a genin. Taki's grappling ability has increased even further making her wrestling based techniques far more difficult to deal with and escape from. As a result, her slams, holds, submissions and suplex's are far more damaging and harder to escape from then that of a genin who is not trained in these particular abilities.

Covert, stealthy, discreet. That was what Konsho was assuming a hunt would be. And here he was being called to hurry into the area. As he appeared merely a few seconds after Taki, a heavy sigh would escape the boy's lips. "You really need to work on your patience." But by the time he spoke Taki's favored summon had been brought over. He was fairly certain his complaints had fallen on deaf ears as Taki tended to heavily focus on Aki when he was summoned. "Inconspicuous, that was our goal when arriving. And now I'm next to a cassette player and a jacket wearing monkey."

Konsho was concerned for the mission. However even Taki, who was likely the most sick of his anxiety would have likely seen this as strangely reasonable for Konsho. They were hunting a chuunin, a person heavily above them in rank. On top of that he was a sensor, and assuming he was a chakra sensor and not a physical sensor, he'd notice both he and Taki had an inordinate amount of chakra. That would be a dead give away to why they were here.

So Konsho had made sure his bases were covered. Assuming he didn't happen to be in the same village as him and Taki, that left home and The Spires. Although the Apes only took a portion of the forest as their territory, it was still a large one, so patrolling the whole area, sans that of Nobunaga, was a simple task. Konsho was confident his dad and Uncle could both beat the chuunin on their own. The Spires worried him more than running into the rogue in the village. At least in the village he'd be just as surprised as they were. But if they had to follow him into the cave… well that would create an issue. Even if he only had a short while, he still had more experience in that area than they did. Plus they would be coming to him, not the other way around and there would be no way to hide that they were coming. He could also easily have the place booby-trapped. No matter how he looked at it, the person they were hunting had the advantage. So, pulling up his hood as he readjusted the training band he had been given by Midori, Konsho would take the first steps to the village. "Let's get started."

A sigh escaped the woman’s breath as she found herself separated from her child yet again, this time for the sake of finding some knucklehead chunin who decided to run off! Why couldn’t he just stay, from the looks of it, it appeared as if he was the child of two renowned shinobi of Iwagakure.

It had been around a month since the trio had left their homes and began living with the apes, that was a part of their training - to connect with nature. Despite them being so far off of the grid however, Takara still found a way to keep in touch with Midori, and even though she loved the woman with all her heart, the deal was off for this mission. Midori had every intention of turning it down and going on about her business, however the two kids that accompanied her had a completely different set of plans. They wanted to prove themselves! For what exactly? Midori was unsure, but after hours of pleading - the sage eventually gave in.

The woman agreed, but there were a few rules she had to set in place. The first rule was that this was THEIR mission and not hers, therefore they would be doing all of the work while Midori herself simply chaperones them. The second rule was simple as well, if any contact or clue leads to a direct encounter with the target, the kids are to wait for Midori before trying to attack. She didn’t want them hurting themselves in any way. And for the cherry on top, the third rule was in line with the woman’s morals… rule number 3. Absolutely NO KILLING for the kids. If the boy gets out of hand, then Midori would be the one to put him in his place. Midori made sure that these rules were completely understood by BOTH genin…though she couldn’t help but to figure that at least one of the rules would be broken.

Nevertheless, Midori gave the two kids one area to check, the mining village. And after following shortly behind them, the woman would keep her distance and let the two work things out as if she weren’t there. Though, honestly the woman remained completely out of their sight. Despite the desire to get the mission done as quickly as possible, Midori would NEVER leave the two behind under any circumstances…especially not after the stunt they pulled in Yuki no Kuni.

Fudai was a minor mining village with hardworking population, not dissimilar to others like it that were spread through Tsuchi no Kuni. Despite appearing pristine as a mining village could be, if one was to take a closer look, they would be able to spot the various scars left from the Civil War, be it some chipped wall that never got fixed, puncture marks or the odd backend spot.

For the most part the two shinobi would encounter various people moving through the street and the odd merchant setting up a stall. If they were observant the genin would be able to see the slight look some of the civilian threw them and a bit of general unease that passed through some of the older folks.

If they tried to stop somebody to question, most of villagers would brush them off with various excuses or provide information that was hardly valuable to their search for the most part. Things would continue in this vein until a middle-aged merchant finally decided to prove them with some information.

Pausing to look over the two shinobi the man would try to catch their attention and call them over. If they did approach, he would speak up hurriedly. "Ah I fear you wouldn’t have much luck this way if you just keep asking the people of Fudai. Hardy folk they are, as I have learned. Now it seems you are looking for something No? If it’s information you are seeking, I would suggest going directly to either the village elder or the local tavern. Though I guess the village militia’s outpost could help if this is a purely shinobi matter.”

That would be pretty much all the man would share with them and unless questioned more he would quickly resume his walking toward wherever he had been heading, after having done what he considered his one good deed for the day.

"Ah, shaddup...we already stick out like sore thumbs for cryin out loud, I’m literally wearing orange...and I mean who cares, bring this guy on I can take em.” she’d say pounding her hand into her fist. "I’ll break em half and bring him right back...I can already smell that sweet sweet promotion.” she’d gesture for him to come along.

"Less go, blue hair…” as they walked through the town she’d look to the people and try to approach em but everyone seemed to just brush her off. "Well fuck you too, ya no tooth having old bat.” she’d say under her breath as she attempted to speak to the older woman whom she had approached.

As the two kept walking an older gentlemen would beckon them forward and Taki would cautiously approach him hearing out what he had to say in regards to the townsfolk not wanting to help. This would cause the girl to frown. "So they don’t wanna help huh...but looks like we got some options." The girl would keep her hand on her chin and tap her foot on the ground. "Well Blue Hair watcha thinkin?” she’d say obviously he was the smarter between the two and relied on him to make a better call.

"The militia are da ones who fight off awl da trouble dat blows in so if we got ta dem they might give us a lead…” she’d think on it a bit more. "But I mean at da same time...that village elder guy could give us some good info too if ain’t rude like da rest o dese blowhards.” she’d say pointing to the townsfolk behind her.

"And den dhere’s da tavern...think we could get somethin out of dem? We can always use da transformation jhutsu to get in...but I ain't too sure what they might tell us. So it’s upta you.” she’d say turning to him. "I trust ya...sometimes.”

Konsho would look around as the many civilians in the area kept giving them sidewards glances. He’d be sure to keep his cloak around his right arm to obscure his headband. Although it seemed word of mouth traveled at speeds faster than most shinobi in this area. Soon almost everyone knew they were shinobi. "Well this mission just got three times harder.” Konsho would comment with annoyance. At Taki’s comment, Konsho would shake his head. "It’s not a question of if we can take him on, it’s a question of if he has time to prepare and thus run. We don’t know if he’s the type to run or take a hostage.” At the thought of promotion, Konsho would tilt his head. "Don't’ we need to take the chuunin exams to graduate?”

As the two walked through the village, Konsho found himself apologizing for Taki numerous times. Well if they didn’t like them before, they certainly didn’t like them now. Thankfully some progress was made as the two found someone who was willing to help them. Although he seemed like he didn’t want to be seen helping them. "Don’t consider us shinobi. We’re here on sage business. Please let us know if you have any local issues you need help with.” The first part was a lie, but Konsho hoped it would help ease the tensions of the area. Sage’s had a certain reputation, sort of more down to earth shinobi. Less caught up in politics, and more than willing to help random passersby. "For now however, thank you for your assistance.”

As Taki asked his opinion, Konsho would look around. "Each of them seems unlikely to help.” Konsho would state as he listed off each one. "The Elder could be just as hurt and bitter as everyone else, and he may even be more protective of the area as it’s his charge. So he might refuse us on principle. The Militia… well they’re a militia. They share the same views as everyone else most likely. The Tavern… is possible. But we might need to grease the wheels in that one. Taverns are the source of rumors and we’ve probably spread plenty just by being here.” Konsho would take a deep breath as he thought for a few seconds. "Elder is the best shot if we do it correctly. If we approach as Sages and not shinobi, he may look past to see the bigger picture, especially since Midori- er… mom was famous for helping citizens during the war and not participating in it.. Sages have a better reputation in the eyes of most people. Plus anything to distance us from Shinobi will only help.”
