DESCRIPTION: There has been a rumor going around the lower class residential district of a potential home grown drug dealing 'ring' slowly growing. The problem is, is no one knows where it is. Investigate, determine the exact location and eradicate the ring before it poisons the local youth more than it already has.

DESCRIPTION: You have been dispatched to our capital - Kagamino no Shi - with the instructions to put a stop to a money laundering scheme that has been making a noble merchant a lot of money. It is yet unclear how he is making his dirty money, but it is without an unreasonable doubt that he has been funneling the profits into his legitimate business in order to make profits. Arrest him and put a stop to it. Be weary of confrontation on your way there, and moreso, be aware that the merchant may have trained mercenaries with him. Use lethal force only if necessary.

DESCRIPTION: The man from the foul smelling home has caved under pressure after many hours of questioning, he has admitted to having killed a series of local domestic animals, though it is not yet certain if he had killed people. Go back to his home and investigate under the floor boards, see if he is working with anyone else and if there is more to be uncovered.

If you are met with any amount of aggression, bring those who have outed themselves to justice.

MISSION RANK: ANPC REQUIREMENT: Required PARTICIPANTS: UnassignedDESCRIPTION: Though it has been discovered that there is in fact no 'black market' those responsible for the originally home-grown operation are in fact shinobi and therefore must be taken out of the ranks. They are said to be hiding in plain sight, most often hanging around the slums or in the entertainment district in the nighttime. Find them in the crowd and bring them to justice. Be certain that no civilians are hurt if they resist arrest.

He was in some manner convinced to kill not only cats but also people in the surrounding area - he has been put in jail for his crimes for a limited amount of time. However, the man has given a name "Tanaka, Hiroto". Hiroto is a jounin among our ranks, and has been assigned a mission recently that is taking him out of the village. You are assigned with him, get him out in the middle of nowhere, kill him, burn the body and bring only the head as proof.

You have been given the task of investigating his home for clues, determining where the thief has gone, bringing him to justice under any circumstance - even if it costs you your life - and if all else goes well, bringing the noble his belongings home. |

ISLAND FEVER

DESCRIPTION: There is a small island off the West coast of the main island. That is said to be a safe haven for escaped criminals and prisoners of all variety. Ones of Mizu no Kuni and those belonging to other countries. Inspect the island, circling with your vessel at least once. If nothing is discovered, trek deeper on your own two feet. Avoid engagement with any enemies, but if seen, leave no evidence behind and eliminate them.
HELD HOSTAGE
MISSION RANK: BNPC REQUIREMENT: Optional PARTICIPANTS: UnassignedDESCRIPTION: A watchtower built in the sea has recently sent out ominous messages with a mysterious voice coming over the intercom in the main administrative building of Kirigakure no Sato. You are sent to investigate, discover what is going on and why our own shinobi placed there are not responding to any calls. There may be a chance that they have been taken or killed, if there are enemies at the watchtower subdue them and bring them in for questioning.
UNITED WE CONQUER
MISSION RANK: BNPC REQUIREMENT: Optional PARTICIPANTS: UnassignedDESCRIPTION: Travel towards Mountain Country and find the two islands on the way there. Scout them and bring back information on any potential enemies as well as the prospects of these two islands. If rumors are true, they are lush with a lot of potential to expand outward. Be certain you are not identified, pose as merchants and leave your headband at home. If opposition is met, leave no evidence. alpha priority missions

MISSION RANK: ANPC REQUIREMENT: Required PARTICIPANTS: UnassignedDESCRIPTION: The shinobi that had not been responding at the sea watchtowers had been taken hostage, and the ominous messages have been found to be from those that have done the kidnapping. Return to the site of the crime with more ships, and in the mist stake out the watchtower. Follow them to where they live, and find our missing brothers and sisters.

WHAT IS OURS
MISSION RANK: ANPC REQUIREMENT: Required PARTICIPANTS: UnassignedDESCRIPTION: Enough information has been gathered on the islands closer towards Mountain Country. Now it is time to clean house. Take up the banners of Konohagakure or pirates - pillage and raze the islands, destroy all who resist. But, leave those that run alive. Leave both islands without any occupation and return to the Mizukage with the good news. Leave the islands ripe for the picking.
