Boost our internal economy by helping the fish merchant take his product to Mountain Country docks. Then, help him return safely to Mizu no Kuni with plenty of money in tow. WANT TO BUY? Quietly convince a few merchants there to come to Mizu no Kuni to do their business - as permanent residents - be certain that you are not caught as a biased party - a Kirigakure shinobi. FOUL MIST MISSION RANK: B NPC REQUIREMENT: Optional  PARTICIPANTS: Kaguya Toru DESCRIPTION: Rumor has spread that someone has been poisoning the natural fog that appears in Hoka no Mura at certain times of the day, causing many of its inhabitants to fall ill. Travel there and inspect the island for foul play. Bring in any suspects for questioning to Kirigakure no Sato. Be certain that our merchants there remain safe from harm. MATCHA MONEY MISSION RANK: B NPC REQUIREMENT: Optional  PARTICIPANTS: Hozuki Kyoka, Takahashi Kurai DESCRIPTION: Tea Country is well known for their many teahouses, as we improve and grow our economy we are looking for a way to bring in more exchange of currency in Mizu no Kuni. Travel to Tea Country, document and find where all of the matcha dealers are. Convince them discreetly to come to Mizu no Kuni. Take out any who refuse, do not be discovered and do not leave a single trace of your identity if any resistance is given.  IN THE MOUNTAINS MISSION RANK: B NPC REQUIREMENT: Optional PARTICIPANTS: Yamaguchi Daichi, Yuki Enri DESCRIPTION: The mountains that Kirigakure no Sato and Kagamino no Shi sit in and nearby are full of beautiful gems and diamonds. A huge portion remains totally untouched, enter the depths of the mountains and discover if there is anything else worth excavating for us. Take out any unauthorized personel in the mountains.  MATCHA MAKER MISSION RANK: B NPC REQUIREMENT: Optional PARTICIPANTS: Takahashi Kurai, Hozuki Kyoka DESCRIPTION: One of the matcha merchants from Tea Country agreed to come to Mizu no Kuni and has set up shop in Gengetsu and has seen excellent profit. He has requested safe passage from Gengetsu to Kirigakure no Sato to sell more of his product. Unfortunately, it is rumored that someone intends to bring the merchant back so that he can continue to provide profit to Tea Country in the form of taxes. Stop the hired mercenaries if they should come, protect our newest asset.  Must Complete: MATCHA MONEY alpha priority missions FOULER FOG MISSION RANK: A NPC REQUIREMENT: Required  PARTICIPANTS: Ishidya Shoyo, Kaguya Toru DESCRIPTION: It has been discovered that the foul mist in Hoka no Mura was not caused by one person, but rather a small organization trying to quietly take over the island by killing off its greatest competitors. Travel to Hoka no Mura, find their hideout, and put a stop finally to their evil doings. Keep our merchants and towns safe. Must Complete: FOUL MIST GREATER FORCE MISSION RANK: A NPC REQUIREMENT: Required  PARTICIPANTS: Hozuki Mizuki, Kaguya Toru DESCRIPTION: A few individuals have caught wind of the profit that can be made off of the vast mountains around Kirigakure no Sato and Kagamino no Shi after the beginning of our research, and further excavations. They intend to make profit off of it and stop us from continuing our business. Whilst watching over the activity of the diamond and gem mines in the mountains we have set up, be sure that no one attacks, and all those that try should be immediately eradicated.  Must Complete: IN THE MOUNTAINS NO COUNTRY LIKE OURS MISSION RANK: S NPC REQUIREMENT: Required  PARTICIPANTS: Sourei Zaizen, Kaguya Toru DESCRIPTION: Rumor has wrongly spread that Kirigakure no Sato and Mizu no Kuni trade routes are susceptible to an attack from a few smaller but powerful forces due to our 'weaker' economy and thus defenses. They have made base on an uncharted island southwest of us towards mainland. Arrive there and investigate. Destroy all those that dare tarnish our name show these would-be usurpers that Mizu no Kuni is alive and well and will not be easily torn asunder. Pillage their belongings, and bring back any newly found wealth back to the country. Burn what cannot be brought along.

If these forces are gathering specifically to attack Kiri, then it's very unlikely that the forward base will contain many valuables/wealth, and so might not fit an economic themed board. My suggestion would be to make it more economically focused somehow (perhaps they aren't looking to attack Kiri itself but its maritime trade routes?) or to lean fully into military aspect of the mission, removing mentions of pillaging wealth and focusing entirely on the aspect of putting down a military satellite.
