SIGN-UP SLOTS: 2-6. 2 is the minimum for an event to run.
RANK: C-A (Rank of foes depends on what rank of shinobi sign-up)
NPC DUTY: Han / Mizukage.
RULES: - The event is Death Enabled.
- Skill/weapons/jutsu are allowed w/o scrutiny.
- The posting window is extremely strict. Missing it defaults to site rules, that whatever happened in the last post = happens to the character.
- A 24-hour extension may be given in the case of an emergency and the person contacts the Mizukage. Because each sign-up of the event is only supposed to be ONE MONTH there isn't a lot of room to allow more time.
- The only way to win is to cross the finish line first.
- Checkpoint does not open in the first stage.
- Any means to reach the checkpoint, the more time is wasted the more monsters are released.
- First-timers won't know there are monsters or the rules of the 'game'.
- You need the Objective to pass through the Checkpoint.
- You cannot participate in F.E.A.R and the Chuunin Exams AT THE SAME TIME.
POINTS:
The point scale is subject to change, the points available will be listed at the event start and depends on the participants.
- 10-50 points for an enemy takedown.
- 100-200 points for shinobi takedown.
- 100 for obtaining the Object first.
- 500 points for making it through the Checkpoint.
- 10 points for surviving pr. day.
- -50 (point deduction) for teaming up / helping other shinobi from final score.

Kirigakure has always been known for its cruel methods in doing things, it is a cruelty cultivated with shinobi living and existing in a violent environment.
F.E.A.R [Reborn] is a battle royale meant to improve the fighting skills of Kirigakure shinobi. Once spear-headed by the Nanadaime Mizukage, it is now the Hachidaime that carries the torch. Together with the medical department, Sekana Me, a once abandoned island has been transformed into a terrifying fortress and is guarded 24/7 by a rotation of shinobi that specialize in the medical fields and are part of the Suiryu Butai.
On this island, academy students test their mettle to graduate to genin. New weapons and poisons are tested for the future. And, when no such tests are being run, shinobi with proper permissions are given opportunity to try and survive on this island.
However, outside of this, the island is also used for the battle royale. Those who sign up are brought up to the island and dropped off at an outside gate. They face a mysterious future, with only the ominous trees being visible from behind the gate itself.
There are no teams, and everyone is separated.
There are ration packs hidden somewhere within, traps within the forest for the unweary and monsters that have not been fed so that their hunger increases. The objective is unknown.
The Medic Team:Kirigakure doesn't want to lose valuable shinobi who are simply in over their head, so in an effort to prevent this, all participants have been chipped with a chip so their vitals can be monitored and if possible, they will be pulled out of the event by medics in an attempt to save their life. However, they do not intervene unless the situation is utterly hopeless or the shinobi has called out to be taken out of the grounds. They will not come even if the injury is quite severe.
The Objective:The objective changes every event. The nature of the Objective isn't revealed until stage 3. It can be anything from a teddy bear, a blade, or a scroll.
Regarding PVP [Player vs. Player]:Only one person gets through the event and gain the full exp bonus, hence why it is of a ''battle royale'' nature. This is Death Enabled and killing fellow shinobi is encouraged. Teaming up is
discouraged and cuts 50 points off of the final score.Any who participate will gain the Event Exp for Failure.
