Forum Suggestions:

• Due to the consolidation of jutsu lists (Canon and Custom), it would create less confusion by removing the Canon Jutsu Links from the C-Box Hyper URLs.
• After mods have created an official link list to useful information spot, not only having it in Shinobi Handbook but adding a copy onto the Newbie Guide or as a post within Newbie Guide. This increases visibility to a helpful aid. This Link List is also very useful thing to add to Quick Navigation Links as it links to way more than what can already be in the panel.
• As an aid from moving away from the Canon Jutsu Lists so members have even less confusion, a proposal of giving a 1-time distribution of 300 XP per character account for each appeal that is to correct the jutsu lists to fit the current setup if they do not have it already corrected. (If I recall correctly, there are moderator notes attached to each account created, use of this is an extremely helpful tool to keep track of who already has had their distribution)
• The need for the clan jutsu list grows each time a member submits clan jutsus to be apped. This creates great confusion when a clan gains an upsurge of jutsus yet is not reflected entirely or at all, this is one of the most common complaints within the community observed. Two solutions: 1) We need to be as diligent as universal jutsus with clan techniques, OR, 2) There have been talks of a Clan Jutsu Index rework being built in the background for quite some time, this needs immediate deployment and maintaining, on the fly if need be.
• Site incentives and events help boost the board’s activity and look great in ads. These events by no means have to be world dictating of that nature, for example, reviving the Battle for Village Supremacy among (N.A.P.) Allies/Military Allies/Close Allies. Since political relations are constantly 1 side or the other. There could be 1 for each side per year. This condition noted earlier limits a character to 1 per year. These can be rolling sign-ups, much like the CEs, broadly opened to Genin+. Much more specific details can be given at a later point should the forum wish to pursue this. This is just an example of things to bolster activity.
• The custom village board needs to either be hidden from the view of members or locked like the Staff & Ruler Planning board. The current WIPs I guess can remain, but having it in view at all gives members hopes to get a new village than it does to bolster current villages’ activity.
• The Census needs to be updated, the importance of it can’t be stressed enough, it is a major question asked by new members and instead of being given accurate information, they are given ‘guess-timates’. This helps tally count and point which villages are in need of members.
• The Staffers segment in the Welcoming on the default skin needs to be vastly updated.
• The Lounge description needs an update as well for inclusion of Departures/Hiatuses/Temporary Absences. Communication through Discord is ephemeral and is easily lost in the Discord Chat as well as overlooked when the rule on DE threads and Skipping Posts come into play.
• An additional Sub-Board in The Lounge Category for member introductions/get to know the community members/RP schedule can definitely help the community inclusion/integraton. This addition can also be used as a place to track any hiatuses/absences in a more streamlined fashion in tandem with the suggestion above.
